RF wally and Brienne sketches, in the RF universe Brienne is a pure blood vampire countess who is a very close friend to Wally.

Brienne Velvet, is the only vegetarian vampire, outcast and exile by the vampire society due to her betrayal to her kind.

Brienne didn’t eat humans like vampires, her parents and younger siblings were haunted down by vampire hunters.

Brienne knew the humans were scared and had no hatred as she would forgive humanity and save it.

Her older sister Brittany had other intentions she wanted to erase humanity and Brienne had no choice but to staked her sister in the chest.

Brienne is 978 years old when she meets Wally when he’s a teenager and was there when he lost his arm.

She wasn’t able to save his arm but healed him back to health, she was somewhat a mother figure to Wally as a boy as he didn’t have a mother and deal with an abusive father.

Throughout their friendship she transform into a bat to watch over him, she was there when he married Julie, adopted Ophelia and lost his daughter and wife.

She help them through so much heart ache and even if he was still cruel Brienne knew he was a good person.

Even after the factory, the experiments, subjects. They were innocent but it needed to be done.

Brienne did attempt to raise wally to have good morals as she did and somewhat worked.

While Wally and Brienne had a family like relationship in the beginning, overtime as wally reach his 40s it got romantic.

Facts about Brienne:

Brienne is weak to sunlight, it could kill, she is allergic to garlic, sucks red color of fruits and desserts as well as food or drinks hospital blood bags.

Brienne can be killed by any regular vampire, a stake to the heart.

Brienne hangs from the ceiling in her bat form

Vampires are stronger and deadly than humans and many other creatures, Brienne is an S class monster in that sense and yes if she did. She could kill wally.

Brienne is an OC and is not canon to @dodozoi canon RF au story and she not canon to suck blood as she doesn’t kill or eat humans aka vegetarian.

Summary: There was something so simple about mornings with the one you loved most, wasn't there? Tender touches, softly spoken words, oh, and don't forget playful teasing either. What else is there to expect from a happy marriage if not all the above? Warnings: None! Just pure fluff, as expected from yours truly, lol. I haven't written in a hot minute, but a dear anon requested after I fangirled over their absolutely precious prompt that they sent in, so here we are! I apologize for any typos, I kinda had to speed run editing it since I'm quite literally going out in less than an hour, lol. Anyway, happy reading!!

Spring was here, this much was evident. The skies a bright blue, fluffy clouds floating by and providing periodic cover from the bright sun, the flowers only just beginning to sprout, and the birds making their way back home. The return of spring was always your favourite, even if it did mean rainy weather and bleary days at times, when it was just right, warm and sunny with a gentle breeze, that was when it was most perfect.

A lovely stroll through the blooming gardens was the best on days like those, especially because your entire family could join you now, the warm weather enough for your daughters to handle after a long winter.

Spring also meant that the workload was a little lighter, which provided a little leeway for sleeping in a while longer.

Early morning light and gentle conversation were heard for a few moments, only in bits in pieces though because of your drowsy sleep-filled mind...

Alcina had been up for a little while now, waking up before you was commonplace with how little she really needed to sleep after so many years with the cadou. To make it a little easier on the maids she decided to do her hair up in curlers on her own just to keep her hands busy before actually needing to do work in her study.

Not without the surprise of her personal maid Brienne, who walked in carrying a tray of tea as well as the readiness to help. Her eyes widened for a moment in seeing the Countess at her vanity pinning the final curl up into place.

“G-good morning, my lady,” Brienne says with a slight bow of her head, recovering from the initial shock. It wasn’t every day you see a noble doing the work maids are assigned to do after all. At the sound of Brienne’s voice you stir a bit, turning onto your side before falling asleep once more. This doesn’t go unnoticed by Alcina however and she raises her finger to her lip with a quiet shush before smiling gently.

“Good morning Brienne. I require no aid this morning, so you may go off to your the rest of your duties as usual” Alcina says quietly with a dismissive wave of her hand. “Oh, and do be kind and bring up today’s breakfast. We’ll be taking it in here today.”

“Of course, my lady. Right away,” Brienne whispers back, and with a bow she places the tray down onto the nightstand and makes her leave, not without smiling internally at the softness of her lady this morning, however.

Turning away from the door, Alcina looks back at you sleeping peacefully on the bed, your hair sprawled every which way, a bit of drool at the corner of your mouth, but nevertheless still beautiful. Standing up from the vanity, Alcina makes her way back to you and sits down on your side of the bed. With a light hand she strokes your hair slowly, the soft strands effortlessly falling from her fingertips.

She does that for a little while, playing with your hair and simply admiring you as you slept. Her heart swelled with love at the sight of you, even after all these years of being together she could never get tired of waking up with you by her side.

Gently she moves down to stroke your cheek with the top of her knuckle and smiles softly as your nose scrunches at her touch before relaxing, a little grin replacing the expression. Then you begin to stir a bit more, waking up. Blearily you open your eyes, blinking the tired away while subconsciously leaning more into Alcina’s touch despite having only just woken up. At your sleepy daze, Alcina lets out a low chuckle, her heart bursting at how positively adorable you looked.

“There’s my sweet girl,” she says, cupping your cheek in her hand as she smiles at you fondly. Your cheeks flush at the term of endearment, but you smile right back up at her regardless.

“Good morning, my love,” you say, your voice still hoarse with sleep (little did you know Alcina absolutely adored your morning voice). Shifting your head, you move so that it could rest on her lap and began nuzzling in like a cat waiting to be pet. And pet is exactly what Alcina does, resuming playing with your hair once more.

“How did you sleep, my darling?” Alcina asks, meanwhile you’re trying your damnedest not to fall back asleep at her tender touch.

Humming for a moment, you think. “Very well. It was quite nice being able to sleep in,” you say before pausing. “Oh? Was Brienne already here? You two were awfully quiet this morning then,” you say, reaching up before gesturing to Alcina’s hair.

“Ah yes, she was here for a bit but only to drop off the morning tea. I decided to do my hair myself this morning since I had woken up quite a while before you. I hope it looks alright,” she says, touching her hair self-consciously.

Sitting up onto her lap, you inspect her work playfully, your fingers stroking your chin as though you were a judge at an art show. The sight makes Alcina laugh at your antics, shaking her head fondly.

“I will say you have quite the talent indeed, Madame. I cannot find any faults, they are positively flawless,” you say with an absolutely ridiculous British accent.

“Why thank you, kind miss. Your words are most kind” she says, playing along with your act. “But I think I am now entitled to a reward, no? If my work is so ‘flawless’ as you say” she smirks, her tongue poking out to lick her lipstick-free lips as she wraps her hands around your waist.

You snort at the sight, the mirth in your eyes making them gleam. “Hmm, I suppose that’s only fair. Very well, my lady.” Pressing your lips to hers you both let out a pleased sigh, wrapping your arms around her neck to be even closer. Not before your stomach lets out a monstrous grumble however, protesting the lack of food. Pulling away abruptly, Alcina throws her head back in laughter before looking at you with a wide grin despite your flustered face.

“Oh my! What kind of person would I be if I let my darling wife starve right here on our very own bed!” she says, laughing a bit more.

“Maybe almost as bad as a person who laughs at her ‘darling wife’ for sounds her body can’t control” you grumble, crossing your arms with a huff.

“Aww, I’m sorry my love. I just found it so adorable, will you ever forgive me?” she says, grabbing your cheeks and placing little kisses across your face. You can’t keep your grumpy facade up for long, not while Alcina’s happy mood is so contagious.

At that moment a loud knock comes from the door.

“Come in,” Alcina says, moving her hands back down to hold your waist.

With that, Brienne comes in carrying a small collection of pastries that looked absolutely drool-worthy, as well as a small bowl of fruit for the both of you. Your stomach almost growls again at the sight but you will it to stay quiet to save yourself from your wife’s incessant teasing once more.

“Oh!” Brienne says, her face flushing at the sight of you in Alcina’s lap. “My apologies, my ladies. I hope I’m not intruding,” she says quickly.

“Not to worry, Brienne. You have rather splendid timing, we were just beginning to grow hungry,” Alcina says, looking down at you with a knowing smirk.

“Y-yes. Well then this works out quite well then, happy to be of service my ladies,” she says, placing the tray down next to the tea before quickly bowing and making her leave, closing the door behind her.

“She’s still so skittish after all this time,” Alcina says with a quiet laugh, “you’d think she’d be alright after being my personal maid for so long now.”

“Well, I too would feel nervous if I had to work for an absolute goddess such as yourself Alcina.” With a smile, you reach up and place a hand over her cheek, “But I suppose that is the power of divinity.”

“Oh my, what a silver tongue you have today, darling. Have you already forgiven me so soon?” she says, placing her own hand over the top of yours. That quickly reminded you of the teasing you had endured not moments ago.

“Perhaps...” you say, slipping your hand from her grasp “surely that wonderful looking breakfast would make me more inclined to forgiveness,” you say as you eye the cinnamon rolls and fruit sitting on the side table.

“Of course, I was a fool for thinking it would be that easy,” she says with a lighthearted roll of her eyes, pressing one last kiss on your forehead before leaning over to get the food. Placing it down on the bed she grabs a fork before picking up a piece of fruit with it.

“Open up, dear,” she says, holding out the fork for you to eat from.

“I can eat by myself you know,” you say with a smirk but open your mouth regardless.

“I know, darling. But indulge me once in a while, will you?” she says with a slight pout before feeding you. You chuckle a bit at the face she makes as you chew. It was hard to believe that someone like Alcina who usually carried herself with an air of regality could make such an expression.

That’s what made it all the more fulfilling, knowing that she trusted you enough to let down her guard. It was never the cold and composed Countess when she was with you. She was simply...Alcina. Your kind, caring wife, mother to your three daughters and the love of your life.

Of course, she still had that sort of properness at all times, it was instilled in her since birth with being born a noble, but the fact that she could let down her guard as much as she did with you made your heart warm. What was a marriage if you couldn’t truly be yourself after all?

The conversation flows between the two of you after that, you both each taking turns feeding each other as you laugh at the little stories you tell and just inner thoughts you both have, all the while sipping your morning tea. It’s just so easy with Alcina, that’s the best way to describe it. It feels easy and right, just as it should be.

Halfway through breakfast, however, loud buzzing interrupts the quiet atmosphere you and Alcina had been talking in.

“Mama!! Mother!!” you hear from outside the door before Daniela comes barreling through with Bela and Cassandra in tow, a platter of food far larger than the one Brienne carried up in Bela’s hands. In her haste she speeds through the room, tripping over the rug in the process and crashes to the floor. Cassandra only snorts at her younger sister’s tumble while Bela cringes outwardly at the loud bang.

With a gasp you sit up a little straighter, trying to see if she was alright.

“Daniela? Are you okay?” you ask worriedly. Somehow they could be so grown but so childish at the same time, you thought fondly.

Almost like straight out of a comedy, Daniela’s head pops up from behind the bed frame with a silly grin before standing up properly. “Quite alright, mama. No need for worry,” she says as she dusts off her dress.

“What’s brings you three here this morning,” Alcina says, beckoning Daniela over to fix her unruly red hair that got messed up with the fall.

“Well, we decided to join you and Mama for breakfast,” Cassie states simply.

“Yes, it’s been too long since we’ve had breakfast in bed like this. We thought it’d be...nice since we saw Brienne carrying the food up for the two of you,” Bela says, “I hope you don’t mind.”

“It can be like a picnic! Speaking of which, since the weather is nicer now, we should definitely have a picnic in the gardens. Imagine how nice it would be~” Daniela says dreamily, plopping herself onto the bed before nabbing a piece of fruit for herself.

Glancing over to your wife you share a knowing look.

“We would be happy for you three to join us. But you better not make a mess, understood?” Alcina says, an eyebrow raised to make her point. It was a known fact your three daughters were messy eaters, much to Alcina’s dismay.

A chorus of “Of course, Mother!” rings out from the three girls, it was almost scary how in sync they were at times, you thought, but not without fondness.

You shift off of Alcina’s lap to seem a little more composed in front of your daughters, which only makes them giggle as you shake your head. If there was a competition for who shipped you and Alcina the most, the three of them would surely take the top spots.

Bela carefully places the tray she brought up onto the bed before joining everyone else, and the conversation begins to flow easily once more, all the while carrying a more excitable tone now in the presence of your three daughters.

This was the morning as it should be. Perfect.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not.

Nearly always. I view fic as part of the fannish conversation, and comments are a response to the conversation about the characters that I’ve started by writing and posting the fic, so of course I want to continue that exchange by responding. Occasionally comments get away from me because of stuff going on in my life, or I just don’t know how to reply to them so they go unreplied-to, but only very occasionally.

6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the angstiest ending?

Of those that are still online, I’d say The Rain Keeps Falling, which is a HP story about a lot of strong emotions, including grief, and features a major character death. The angstiest ending I’ve written recently would be We seek him here, we seek him there..., which is a JB Scarlet Pimpernel AU that I should probably write a follow-up to at some point.

7. Do you write crossovers? What’s the craziest one you’ve ever written?

I was going to say that I don’t - and then I remembered that actually I have. (What can I say? I’ve been writing for a long time, and things slip my mind. 😂) Probably the most unexpected was a pair of drabbles featuring Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Count D from Pet Shop of Horrors. 

8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?

Once or twice, but very rarely in 22 years of writing and posting fic. The most memorable was the vague death threat I got - probably from a fourteen-year-old who didn’t realise that phrasing their displeasure that way wasn’t the best idea - for a very silly HP fic that was written for the blame someone else challenge, and, well, they blamed me. 😂

9. Do you write smut?

I’ve been writing smut since my first fanfic in 1999. At first, I didn’t realise that writing non-smut was an option, and by the time I learned otherwise, it was too late. 

But yeah, I do like using smut to dig down into the characters and find out what makes them tick, in all sorts of ways. You never know what a character might reveal without meaning to in the course of a sex scene.

10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

A couple of times. I’ve had multiple fics reposted without permission by an automated fic harvesting site that was trying to monetise fic and took a whole lot of fic by many people. I had to send them a C & D letter. 

I’ve also had a story stolen by another fan and reposted as their own work. I think in that case they thought the story was old and obscure and so no one would notice, but it was actually old and well-known and people noticed immediately. Very luckily for me, other people went after that one and yelled at the ‘author’ as soon as they saw it, and it was taken down before I had to do anything.

11. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

No, I haven’t, actually! Maybe, one day, with the right person.

12. What’s your all time favorite ship?

Weeeell, the problem I have in answering this question is that I don’t really have favourite ships. I have favourite characters, and then I have the ship that works best for me with whichever character is my favourite. I guess Jaime/Brienne is my favourite in the sense that, unusually for me, my love for both characters is almost equal.

13. What was the first fandom you wrote for?

Xena: Warrior Princess. I stumbled into fandom completely by accident, spent a few months reading and lurking, and then decided “I could do that.” So I did.

14. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?

If I’d been asked that question a year ago, I would have had a hard time answering. But now I actually do have a favourite fic of my own. It’s That Greek Thing, the fandom is Friday’s Child - Georgette Heyer, and I wrote it for Yuletide last year.

I’d been talking about writing a fic for those characters for about twenty years, but I never quite reached the point of actually writing it. I first read Heyer when I was thirteen and she was very formative for me in certain important ways. I didn’t want to try to write in her world if I didn’t think I could do it justice. So this fic was a VERY long time coming, and when I finally wrote it, it turned out to be sort of the ultimate fanfic for me. It was VERY hard to let go after it was done. It’s exactly the story that I so wished someone would write for those characters - which is really why I write fanfic at all, when it comes right down to it.

A lot of historical fiction is only lovely if you’re rich, and that usually requires the servitude or slavery of others, so. 1) Hobbiton or Rivendell at mealtimes (seed cakes, elvish delights!), 2) The fictional world that I have created in my mind of the behind-the-scenes comradery in big movie shoots, like LOTR and the Marvel series, 3) The fictional world that I have created in my mind of the Broadway musical theatre world, where a talented costumer is making beautiful gowns for me, and a brilliant composer/lyricist is writing a masterpiece, so that I am witty and charming on stage. Too much to ask for? Well, fictional universes are indeed that!

This worried Wally and he was terrified, where could they be?

Switch Brienne goes missing, Wally ventures out of Home.

Opposite Brienne is missing, Wally looks and looks for his girlfriend in Home but she's nowhere to be seen.

He ventures out of Home.

In the Rainbow Factory AU, Countess Brienne Velvet an immortal vampire.

Who was Wally's assistant goes missing.

YOU an engineer of the factory starts to notice much like Wally.

Wally knew something was up when Brienne didn't showed up for work like the rest of her coworkers.

Wally looks for her, the ceiling, the cave, her room, the factory...even her old estate.

Nothing of her was there.

Wally eyes were glowing red as he was about to blow someone's brains out.

He had a feeling something. Took his Brienne and he knew he couldn't leave the factory but he was on the spot.

How is he going to find her?

Reporter Brienne is missing in the Butcher AU Which destroys her Canon event.

Depending on the path, she and Brittany kills Wally

But on this path, Brienne and Wally date before she finds out he's an cannibal murderer and accepts him how he is.

Butcher looks everywhere for his girlfriend but no trace of existence is left...

Reporter Brienne from the police officer au goes missing...no trace of her existence.

Police officer Wally investigate where could his friend be.

Rebellion Brienne Canon event was to kill evil Wally and save her friends.

However, she fades into the void and YOU Frantically looks for her.

This time, Evil Wally feels something missing..he has no memory of Brienne Velvet's existence.

Actor Brienne stops functioning...she doesn't move like a rag doll.

Like she is just a doll with no soul, Brienne eyes are blank and her friends, staff worry.

Wally hates to show his feelings but he couldn't help but tear up...worry about his friend condition.

He scared she won't wake up or snap out of it.

Her family is terrified, her mother tears up fearing the worst.

In the Trapped Neighborhood AU, Brienne Moreau, the fusion becomes undone...

Leaving the ghosts of Yvette and Annette Moreau vulnerable as they don't have bodies.

Their souls fused creating Brienne, their body, vessel and child.

It destroyed their Canon event, for Brienne to save Wally from home and the neighbors...

Yvette and Annette couldn't communicate properly with their rebellion and Wally was looking for Brienne nut couldn't find her.

Annette started to realize maybe he wasn't a heartless monster trying to kill the neighbors.

Was he...lonely?

He looked upset he could Brittany find her but her spider was still around.

Home tried to "comfort" him but he kept repeating the same thing over and over again.

"Where is she...what was that light...no no no shew not dead"

Maybe he didn't realize what he was doing and just wanted everyone to know their existence but it seemed he couldn't do that without Brienne.

Brienne Velvet a gothic teenager in the high school AU went missing with her pearl necklace left of her.

The police department were on a search, unfortunately it seemed it lead nowhere.

The last time anyone saw her was at school.

Her family was worried, Brittany was terrified what happened to her little sister.

Their friends were worried sick and Wally wasn't taking it very well.

He was furious, worried and wanted Brienne back...he wanted to tell her how much she meant to him.

He knew something... took her, she wouldn't run off.

Like most of Wally's variations....he fled home to look for his friend himself.

In Mafia AU a variation of Brienne goes missing from her flower shop...leaving it abandoned.

Prior to that, Wally a mafia boss that had been pining over her was waiting up for her as she had taken up to his idea for a date.

She never showed up, so he went to visit her house but found nothing out of the ordinary.

Her pet cat Nancy was by the door waiting for her...

Wally pushes all the doors open but...she wasn't there.

Wally sent his soldiers to look for her but she was gone.

Gone....

It didn't add up, she didn't leave her house had all her stuff was still there.

Brienne never lies or makes up excuses to not come and meet up with him.

He was frustrated of anger, worried, sadness and for the first time fear...

Did something take her?

In the human AU, Yvette/Brienne Velvet went missing much like OG Brienne and Wally, and his friends started looking for her after the police didn't do anything.

Wally decided for himself to venture off out of home...

In the Streamer AU, human Brienne was live streaming.

She was playing a video game, "Not what it seems game" she was playing for hours until she heard noises from behind her.

She took off her cat headphones as she yelled out, "Wally! I know it's you. It's not funny!"

But there was no response, and an hour later, she was watching a film until she heard a loud noise again.

She froze when she heard a voice behind her...but it wasn't Wally.

It wasn't her friends.

It wasn't anyone she knew...

As tears fell, she looked at the camera one last time before the camera died.

Only her screams were heard, and footsteps of her friends.

They yelled out for Brienne, but she was missing.

Her stuff was there, but she was gone. The video ends...

Unknown to the viewers who were confused and scared.

Wally and his friends looked for Brienne, but to no avail, they couldn't find her.

Wally didn't understand she..

She was...just here!

He was confused, scared, and worried...who the hell took his girlfriend?!

Wally needs to find her.

A/n: This, is just an idea. It's probably not gonna be an au but the horror aspect of Wally's neighbor/friend going missing without a trace is interesting

Violet Waterfield x Sebastian Malheur from The Countess Conspiracy by Courtney Milan. I f/cking love that book. Childhood friends to lovers! Victorian lady doing science! The Shit Women Face taken Seriously! Unabashed adoration all around! Embracing sexual desire later in life! There’s a bit of a JB vibe, actually, in that the man protag is a hot piece of ass and the woman protag who doesn’t fit cultural beauty standards; they’ve been bffs for years and they’ve both been pining and don’t think they’re good enough for the other person/that the other person could ever see them as anything other than a friend; bickering to show affection; showing affection to showing affection; unconditional support of one another... Anyway I could go on forever about this book generally and also that lightbulb moment re JB I just had (lol) but I’ll stop. It was the first romance novel I read since I dabbled with them as a kiddo, and it basically single-handedly pulled me into the genre and lives in my soul. I’ve got a key quote stuck on my wall -- “burn it all, sweetheart” -- and I love it forever. (shoutout to @theopensea for reccing it all those years ago)

Lipstick or chapstick: Chapstick! I am v keen to get more into lipstick though. I rarely wear makeup, and when I do I tend to lean more towards doing something with my eyes, but I also have a lot of fun with the few lipsticks I do have.

Reading: I finished Redshirts by John Scalzi last night. I... can’t decide if I liked it... The premise was fun though. I did also recently finish the first two books of Seanan McGuire’s Wayward Children series and very much enjoyed those! Fair warning that they are horror...? I’d say light horror, as I didn’t have to nope out though usually do when reading horror, but ymmv.

I also tend to read at least one short fic or chapter of a multi-chap fic each day. Currently, am keeping up to date with Deserted by gwen77 (WIP) which is so emotional and somehow also so quiet a fic, and am about to start They Make You Swear and Swear by @angelowl-fics. The two one-shots I’ve read in the last couple of days I’ve already recced on here (fic rec tag!) so will hype two others which I read this month: Let’s go our separate ways (But know that you’re flying home to me) by ImberReader which I thoroughly enjoyed which is a sci-fi take on JB including an overture which goes missed due to cultural misunderstanding, and Cruel Summer by theworldunseen which is an AU where Brienne and Jaime have summer jobs as lifeguards at a swanky country club (owned by Tywin, ofc): it’s v sexy and fun.

Last summer I started up a wee garden on my balcony, and it is starting to come out of hibernation at last!

I’ve currently got a cat on my foot and that is always soothing and delightful.

because im listening to the musical again - 

gendry/arya anastasia au. vladimir is jaime, countess lily is brienne and the grandmother is catelyn (so its mother now)

and its the same plot !! the non nobles in KL had enough of the royals (probably joff’s reign) and there’s a revolution. a lot of people are killed, jaime gets away, ned/arya/sansa tries to escape too but something happens, arya gets seperated, etc. so years later, king’s landing is like in a new rule but they still loathe the royals so if you have royal blood you get executed. 

jaime’s in hiding (he’s bald!!) and he meets gendry. gendry looks like a baratheon so he’s like, proposes a plan to get out if he helps him (otherwise they’ll both be executed), he hears that rumor that a stark girl may still be alive then he hatches the idea to take a girl to north - to her mother, and they’ll be offered safety as well as a reward if they bring back cat’s daughter. also he’s like, super confident is gonna work bc brienne is cat’s sworn sword and they have history. arya has like, no memory of everything and she goes by ‘cat’ , they meet her, cue anastasia plot !!!

Just to clarify on the Virgin Queen Sansa post, Christina of Sweden DID fall in love. In fact, she was a lesbian who fell deeply in love with one of her married ladies-in-waiting, Countess Ebba Sparre. While she didn't want to marry a *man* because she didn't want to lose her crown to him, she did still want love in her life. Everyone does is some fashion, be it platonic, familial, or romantic love. It's a normal human desire and need and Sansa should have gotten it.

I think either way it’s a diss to all forms of love and relationships both platonic, familia and romantic when Sansa had none of those things in the final moments on screen and arguably the most important moment in her life. It was literally her endgame and yet we see no platonic love (Brienne, Theon) Family love (Bran, Arya, even Jon!) or romantic love. Instead, we have her completely alone without a single substantial relationship or character in sight because (D&D most likely) believed Sansa cared more about ruling and being queen than she did anything else. That is NOT and NEVER was the case with her character but I suppose they thought that one time in the pilot where she mentions wanting to be a queen was what she “deserved” as a “happy” or “powerful” moment.

Sigh, if only they remembered the rest of her desires for a marriage and love like her parents had. Instead, they stripped this all from Sansa and essentially showed us she was foolish to have any desire for romantic love despite, you know, taking their time to show Sansa looking all around her at the coupling pairs at the celebration feast in episode 4 and Sophie talking about Sansa’s hope for a happy marriage before the premier aired when recapping her character’s journey.

The idea that she had to choose to either be a queen or to have love is just plain wrong and idiotic and isn’t even accurate for the most notorious “virgin” queens
