Let’s make a better version at home with just 3 simple and clean ingredients

How you can make it: 👇

1 cup honey

1/2 tbsp fresh ginger juice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4 drops cinnamon or lemon essential oils (optional)

Combine all ingredients and and heat until it reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit (watch carefully).

Let it cool for 5 minutes then either place in a mold or drop in circles on parchment paper.🤔

So recently ive been having this killer cold (Im just having the realisationg that it might be covid but oh well) and since ita now officially been a week with no signs of getting better I bought some liie cough drops and nasal spray, things ive always kinda thought was scams because surely that doesnt help right? But holy shit it does, my throat doesnt hurt from coufhing and I can breathe much easier and not have to blow my nose every 30 minutes I feel like the past 26 years ive been living with colds for no reason so yeah, if ur somehow an idiot like me concider getting that next time you catch a really bad cold haha

im having seasonal allergies which my body acts like is the flu which means I can't control my dumbassery and impulse posting so this blog should be fun for the next 2 or 3 weeks
