Today, I’m tuning in to that little voice that tells me it’s wrong to trust that life has its own way of unfolding. But it’s not selfish to believe in divine timing—it’s brave to allow for a bit of mystery. Maybe the discomfort just means I’m getting closer to something new.
This month, I’m leaning into what it means to truly show up for myself, especially when my emotions feel wild and unpredictable. I’m letting go of the idea that I have to stay perfectly put together—sometimes, getting messy is where the real growth happens! But I want to be thoughtful about where I place my energy and focus, making sure it’s aligned with who I’m becoming.
So I’m asking myself: ‘What old habits or ideas am I still carrying that don’t fit anymore? What am I holding onto out of habit that’s really just weighing me down?’ It’s time to clear out the clutter and make space for something fresh.
I’m learning that releasing what’s outdated isn’t losing—it’s freeing. It’s being honest with myself about what I’m ready to step away from, so I can step into what’s meant for me. It’s about making room for the things that light me up now, not the things that belong to an older version of me. 🥹🫶

Often, the issues we experience in our physical bodies can be a result of trying to escape something deeper—an unspoken way we try to balance our feelings with our thoughts. It’s like we’re seeking refuge in a place where the lines between reality and imagination blur. To truly thrive, we need to embrace and accept the world as it is and let ourselves express who we are without hesitation. This isn’t about chaos or stepping on others’ boundaries—real self-expression respects everyone’s right to do the same. It’s about freedom that honors both our own voice and the voices around us, a true sense of freedom without overstepping. As a society, we’ve collectively accepted the belief that aging and injury come with inevitable limitations—that with time, we must give up parts of ourselves, sacrificing our vitality, dreams, or sense of freedom. We hear stories about how growing older means slowing down, how injuries force us into smaller lives, and we begin to internalize these messages. But what if we chose to challenge this narrative? What if we recognized that while the body may change, it’s our spirit, our perspective, and our self-expression that truly define us? Instead of giving in to a sense of decline, we could see these experiences as opportunities to deepen our self-awareness, adapt creatively, and discover new ways to engage with the world. 🌎🫶

Sometimes, the world dims our spark, but within each of us lies a powerful flame waiting to ignite. To set the world alight with compassion and unity, we first have to stand tall and reclaim our inner fire. Loving yourself means showing others how to love themselves in return—not by convincing them, but by embodying authenticity, strength, and truth. Let’s walk this journey together, shining a light for each other and embracing the beauty of our true selves. You are a beacon, and the world needs your brilliance. ❤️🔥

This Trans Awareness Week, my heart is overflowing with gratitude and pride. As a trans-femme, non-binary individual, I am honored to stand in the light of authenticity and celebrate the beauty, resilience, and diversity of our trans and non-binary community.
Every day, I am reminded of the courage it takes to live our truth, the strength we hold in the face of adversity, and the love that connects us all. This week is about more than awareness—it’s about honoring the journeys of every trans soul who has fought for visibility, acceptance, and the right to simply be.
I am proud to be part of this legacy, and I am committed to advocating for a world where every trans and non-binary individual is celebrated, affirmed, and supported. Whether it’s through my performances or simply showing up as my authentic self, I know that our light has the power to inspire change.
To my trans siblings: you are loved, you are valid, and you are powerful beyond measure. Together, we create a world where love outshines hate and authenticity transforms lives.
Happy Trans Awareness Week! 🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Alright, let's spill some tea, darling! That love and power brewing inside you? It’s not just potent; it's a damn revolution in heels! 💃 Trust the universe to handle its business, set those boundaries like you're a VIP at the club, and soak up the serenity that comes from owning your power. Splash yourself with all that love you’re tossing around, because you can’t be out here shining for equality if your own light’s on dimmer, babe! Glow up and glow on! ✨

Open up. I know it can feel like you’re caught between the pressure to break through and the comfort of staying put. It’s okay to choose the path that feels safer if that’s what you need. Just don’t shrink yourself to fit the story that says only what you see is real. Trust that there’s more to life than what we can fully grasp—more magic, more hope, more possibilities. The truth is, most of life is beyond our control, but joy? That’s a choice we get to make every day. So today, I’m choosing joy. How about you? 💖✨

You deserve a relationship that makes you feel unstoppable—a love that’s full of excitement, happiness, and abundance. The right connection won’t hold you back; it’ll push you to grow, thrive, and become the best version of yourself. Your partner should encourage you to be your true, untamed self, while loving you fiercely.
You’re way too vibrant to be anyone’s emotional dumping ground. It’s not your job to take in their negativity and transform it into love. One person’s indecision is another person’s certainty. The love meant for you won’t leave you questioning where you stand; it’ll be confident, clear, and steady from the start.
Choose someone who lifts your spirit, someone who brings both laughter and warmth into your life. Someone who you can lean on, laugh with, and trust completely. When you’re compassionate, loyal, and full of humor, you don’t lose people—they lose you if they don’t appreciate you.
You deserve a love that feels safe and uplifting, not one that makes you feel on edge. Relationships shouldn’t be about “settling”—they should inspire you to live even more boldly! More adventure, more joy, more late-night talks, more experiences that make life rich. The right person will want to experience all of that with you.
Never forget: You deserve a love that sparks joy, fuels your passions, and empowers you to live freely and authentically.

When we’re hurting or navigating through a difficult chapter, what we need most isn’t someone brushing aside our experience, but someone who will truly see us, sit with us in our pain, and gently remind us of our inner strength. Healing doesn’t come from lofty statements or quick fixes—it comes from feeling heard, loved, and accepted right where we are. I’ve often wondered, have you ever been in a situation where your struggles were minimized, where someone told you your pain wasn’t real? It can leave you feeling unseen, as if your experience doesn’t matter. And I have to reflect: in my own excitement about the transformative power of spiritual healing, have I ever said something that might have made someone else feel this way? What was their response, and how did that shape the conversation that followed? It’s easy to get caught up in the power of spiritual truth and forget that real healing happens in the tender space of connection. It’s not enough to speak from a place of knowing; we have to be willing to walk alongside others with compassion, to acknowledge the reality of their struggles without diminishing their experience. Only then can we truly help them rediscover their own wholeness. 🥰🫶

Sometimes, we don’t always get the chance to see ourselves the way others do. This picture captured a moment that I didn’t quite see in myself at first, but wow, I’m grateful for the perspective that showed me a different view of my own beauty.
There are days when we all need a little reminder—our unique spark, that inner glow, it shines through, even when we may not feel it. Thank you to those who hold up a mirror that reflects the beauty we might have missed. May we all be that reminder for someone else today. ❤️✨
Thank you for this beautiful reminder from your lens, Jennifer Lance. 🥹🫶

Your inner voice is always trying to reach you, but it’s easy to miss when we’re wrapped up in the day-to-day grind. Life can feel rough and messy, but we don’t have to let it bulldoze us. Taking time to pause and listen—really *listen*—to our own wisdom is where the magic happens.
Be bold enough to set your own standard. Honor what your heart is saying. Narcissus got a bad rap! There’s a difference between being self-centered and *centered in self*. Self-reflection and devotion aren’t about vanity; they’re about recognizing your own power and choosing to nurture it. The more we *see* ourselves, the more we can show up for others.
So take a moment today, take a breath, and give yourself the same love you so easily give everyone else. You deserve it. ✨💜
