It's taken me so long to renovate this lot, but I wanted something with a bit more playability than what was there already. This is strongly based on Blackwell Academy from Life is Strange

An Introduction

Hello angels and welcome to my blog. My name is Rebecca Sawyer, but my friends call me Becky, and I consider you all my future friends. The world can make you feel so alone for following the truth but stay strong sisters. I promise to use this blog to proudly praise the Watcher in hopes of inspiring others. I'm nineteen years old and I live in Copperdale where my father has worked as the principal of Rockridge academy for the past twenty years. I was blessed to be raised in a watcherly home with my three older sisters Hannah, Abigail and Miriam.

Here's a picture of my parents from my mom Lizzie's fiftieth birthday. She's truly the gentlest woman I know.

My eldest sister Hannah is only a few blocks over. She lives with her husband Atticus and their children Margot, Lincoln and Cecilia. Hannah works as a stay-at-home mom while Atticus teaches science at Rockridge.

Abigail is living her best life in San Myshuno. She always dreamed of moving to the Del Sol Valley to start her music career, but the Lord had different plans. She now serves by supporting her husband Adam, a pastor at one of the largest churches in the city, and raising their daughter Noelia. Abby still shares her gift through preforming at Sunday service and leading the youth choir.

My sister Miriam is the closest to me in age. She lives in Windenburg with her husband Connor, who just became partner at his father's law firm. They have a one-year-old Bethany as well as a baby boy on the way. Miriam is intimidatingly smart but so humble and sweet, I can't think of a better maid of honor for my wedding. That's right wedding!

If you couldn't tell from my first picture, I'm engaged! My life is finally about to begin. I've known Dallas since I was sixteen years old, and his family moved to Copperdale. Through participation in our church's youth group, we developed a strong friendship. I was smitten from the start but thought he would never look at me that special way. On a group mission trip to Tomarang, he pulled me to the side and asked if I would enter a courtship with him. It's a good thing we were being chaperoned because I nearly jumped into his arms. After four month's he got down on one knee and made me the happiest woman alive. The next time I post it will be as Mrs. Dallas Prescott, so make sure to stay tuned for photos of the wedding.

I finally collected all the CC used in the build. Some of it is included in the archive with building, for other you have to check Word file. And please, don't be scared when you'll see 10 pages of mods (I know it's kind of TOO MUCH). I separated them on 2 groups: mods for facade and mods for interior. So if you don't want to download all CC, you can chose only mods for proper look of the facade.

There's also a huge possibility that I forgot to specify some mods, mostly Felixandre's, because I got confused in the items scattered on a bunch of sets. But if you are the same building maniac who loves historical styles and has their content, then you should not have any problems with it c:

It's me, hi, indecision it's me!

When I woke up this morning and saw that the lovely @neishroom was looking for teens, I was beyond hyped and knew that I'd spent the day crafting and choosing little fella's for her to play with.

I obviously can't JUST make or pick one Sim. No, that would be normal. I have to make fucking six, because I'm me.

And since I couldn't decide for myself, I figured I'd share them all and let Nei pick whichever one she likes best!

Akira Ikeda - He/Him; Pan; Mt. Komorebi

Akira is your not-so-average lad from Mount Komorebi.

He was raised by not one but two mums - Ayame and Samsara - who more than dote on their baby. (Yes, he's very spoiled. Yes, he can be a bit of a twat. But he means well....?)

Thanks to his mum, Akira is interested in all things surrounding engineering and science. He may not look the part, but he can be rather geeky and he'll gladly hold a lecture about the proper way to assemble a servo. (No, he'll not stup until he's done, no matter what you say.)

Devante Zanders - He/Him; Bi; San Myshuno

Devante - Dev to his friends - was raised in San Myshuno and is exactly what you'd call a city boy. He loves the streets of his home town almost as much as he does dogs.

Dev likes sports - any sport, he'll play pickle ball, he'll play football, he'll surf, jog or run the treadmill. It doesn't matter to him as long as the company is good.

And, keyword company: Dev is quite the charmer. Ever since his toddler days, he's had an easy time making friends and gathering hearts wherever he steps with his laid back vibe and disarming smiles. But only those he truly trusts get to see how much of a goofball my guy really is.

Kareena Advani - She/Her; Demi; Tomarang

Born in Tomarang and raised by one dragon of a mother, Kareena doesn't remember the last time she just got to let go and chill. Every single day is spent bowing to her mothers whims and demands - good grades, good performances, good behaviour, good everything. Maybe then she'll finally be worthy of her mothers love.

Deep down, she doesn't want or care about any of these things. Kareena seeks to enjoy her life and go with the flow, until she's old enough to start a family herself. And once she does, she swears she'll do everything to be a much better mother than her own.

Jiajia Ouyang - She/Her; Lesbian; Ravenwood

Let me tell you - this girl may look all sweet and demure, but don't forget that she's made in Ravenwood ™️. So while she does love little, fluffy creatures and all things soft and cozy, she's also absolutely obsessed with ghosts and any other spooky shit. Thanks to that, Jiajia doesn't scare easily and is likely to react with fascination to any urban myth or ghost story.

Be aware: It's not super easy to become her friend. The best approach would probably be to treat her like on would a crow. Yell "Hey, look at the cool rock I found!" and she'll be by your side, longinly staring at whatever trinket you show her now.

Gracie Lou Freebush - She/Her, ???, Del Sol Valley

Grace - try and call her Gracie, and she'll knock out your teeth - grew up in the lower parts of Del Sol Valley to a deadbeat single dad. Thanks to that, she's always been selfsufficient and never relies on anyone else. Her motto? If you want it done, do it yourself and if it's too hard, get tf over it.

She tends to be a loner, despite her loud and confident demeanour, and getting to know her may be quite difficult. You're just as likely to run into walls as you are to find a way around them, so best stand back and listen to her play the guitar until she decides it's time to like you!

And a little bonus duo that likely won't be picked since they're kind of a package deal, but I wanted to share nonetheless:

Floortje van der Bijl - She/Her; Straight, Brindleton Bay

Mats van der Bijl - He/Him; Bi; Brindleton Bay

These blonde cuties are Floortje and Mats, your average twins from Brindleton Bay. The two of them couldn't be more different - at least in character - but they're as close as they come. Having never met their parents, they're the only blood-family they know. I specifically say blood family, because the two of them grew up in a very loving foster home, meaning they've always had good people surrounding them.

Floortje is ambitious and goal oriented. She doesn't quite know where she is headed, but she'll do everything to make sure she has all her options open. In her free time, she loves hanging out with friends or playing the violin - something she's loved ever since she was a child - and, if the mood strikes her, she may even throw down a mat and do some yoga.

Mats, however, is less motivated. All he really wants to do is dance and he knows he doesn't need to get good grades to do that - much to his sisters chargrine. So he usually just practises or chills, whatever he wants more at the time. He's barely hanging on, all things considered, but it could be much much worse. And, luckily, he can always rely on his sister to kick his butt whenever necessary.

Wade grew up in a two-parent household on a homestead in Henford-on-Bagley with two younger brothers. His educated parents, Kai – a farmer/biologist, and Melisa – a mechanical engineer, were wildly successful in their careers and could always provide their sons with whatever they needed. With a private school education and plenty of money to start his adult life, Wade seeks out the one thing he always felt he was missing – a little adventure. Now he has to figure out how to make a career out of it and who he wants to share it with.

Day 4.4 - Dub gets caught up in a ‘sticky’ situation, which causes strife with Mase.

Day 5.4 - The Batuu trip ends abruptly, as Dub is forced to go home and “face the music.”

Day 6.4 - Dub asks his parents for help with his plans to move out and later meets with Perla to break things off.

Day 7.4 - Mase ages up to a young adult, and the Banks Boys learn some family history from Uncle Merit.

Day 8.4 - Dub moves out, but his first day in Brindleton Bay is not what he thought it would be.

Day 9.4 - Dub discovers the Skills Academy and some of the more appealing locations in Brindleton Bay.

Day 10.4 - Back at the skills academy, Dub meets someone new and intriguing. Then, later, he makes an impulsive decision.

Day 11.4 - After a hectic day, Dub realizes that he has a tough decision to make.

Day 12.4 - Dub’s 2nd meeting with Maia doesn’t go well.

Day 13.4 - Dub shoots his last shot when he bumps into Maia once again.

Day 14.4 - Maia gives Dub a tour of Dreadgrass Isle. Later, Dub makes a move that he soon regrets.

Day 15.4 - Dub receives a surprise visit from his family and finally finds out what Maia thinks about the kiss.

Day 16.4 - Maia joins Dub on his trip to Del Sol Valley for the Starlight Accolades ceremony.

Day 17.4 -  A trip to San Sequoia to meet Maia’s father leads to an unexpected friendship for Dub and convinces him that it’s time to make some big moves.

Day 18.4 - Dub and Maia experience the first day of their new relationship.

Day 19.4 - It’s Winterfest. Dub makes another big move, and later, he and Maia arrive in Henford to spend time with Dub’s family.

Day 20.4 - Dub and Maia plan to attend a friend’s wedding in Tartosa.

Day 21.4 - Maia experiences a serious mood swing as Dub plans how to spend the early part of their vacation.

Day 22.4 - While Dub and Maia attend the wedding, Dub’s cousin Brianna meets an interesting guy and Mase is finally introduced to Zoe’s family.

Day 23.4 - Dub starts to worry as Maia begins to suffer from a ‘mysterious’ illness.

Day 24.4 - Hit with a new reality Dub and Maia are forced to come to terms with their past, present and future.

Day 25.4 - It’s time to share the news of Maia’s pregnancy with the rest of the family.

Day 26.4 -  Me-Me throws a baby shower for Maia and Dub in Copperdale.

Day 27.4 -  A new baby of the Banks dynasty is born soon after Maia’s father, Clyde, comes to visit.

Day 28.4 -  Dub’s family arrives to meet Tambara, and Clyde comes through for Dub in a major way.

Day 29.4 - Dub earns the badges of fatherhood, and later, he and Dwight search for a rare gem for Maia’s engagement ring.

Day 30.4 - Maia and Dub reminisce on their last day in Brindleton Bay.

Day 31.4 - Moving day has arrived – Dub and family relocate to the West Coast.

Day 32.4 - Tami becomes mobile, and new tenants move in next door.

Day 33.4 - Dub has a strange run-in with his new tenant and later hosts a visit with his best friend, Luca.

Day 34.4 - It’s Tambara’s toddler birthday, but Dub gets the biggest surprises.

Day 35.4 - Dub feels paranoid, and his new tenants don’t help the situation.

Day 36.4 - After such a challenging day yesterday, Dub wants to spend some quiet time with his family.

Day 37.4 - The day begins with trip planning and self-care but ends with a trip to the vet.

Day 38.4 - In Ciudad Enamorada, Dub finally proposes, and Drake discovers how much babysitting can pay off.

Day 39.4 -  Dub and Maia exchange vows with friends and family. Later, Drake and Mariana dance the night away.

Day 40.4 -  Dub and the family return home to San Sequoia, only to discover that things aren’t quite right with Maia’s father, Clyde.

Day 41.4 -  Dub and Tami age up and later celebrate Spooky Day.

Day 42.4 -  Maia and Tami help Clyde settle in next door while Dub questions his own parenting skills.

Day 43.4 -  Despite it being her birthday, Maia stays behind in San Sequioia with her father while Dub and Tami go to Henford-on-Bagley the day before Mase’s wedding. While Tami spends time with her grandparents, Dub comes face to face with his past at the bachelor party.

Day 44.4 -  It’s Mase and Zoe’s wedding day. Dub makes things clear with Perla.

Day 45.4 -  Tami starts school, but the day ends with terrible news.

Day 46.4 -   Dub makes a decision that threatens to change his relationship with Maia, and later, the family faces another tragedy.

Day 47.4 -   Dub, Maia, and Tami spend Winterfest in Chestnut Ridge and meet a new family friend.

The evening came on faster than Rhea would have liked, and she realized she was out past curfew again. She was struck with a looming tension and instead of going home, opted to hang out with Peter at Trotter Park because she wasn't going to be in any less trouble if she stayed out later. Despite the trouble she often found, Rhea had one undeniable friend in Peter Rodancik, who had also started high school. However, his mother had him enrolled in a boarding school for young werewolves in Moonwood called the Atlas Academy Thankfully, there were a few days a week he was able to come back to Copperdale, and like Rhea, he had no interest in going home anytime soon.

To Rhea, that limited time was worth the extra days added to her grounding that was inevitably waiting for her at home. Peter: "You think he's sneaking to look for you?" Rhea reached up the branches of the old, sturdy tree and pulled herself further up into the tree. Peter was close behind her. Rhea: "Not him personally, no. Can't be too careful though, he's always talking about hiring secret agents. He could have eyes everywhere."

Rhea found a comfortable spot in the tree and leaned back into it, looking out towards the amusement park in the distance. Rhea: "What if neither of them noticed we were gone." Peter, meeting her gaze: "Would you run away and live in a treehouse with me?" Rhea, touching his lips with her index finger: "Stop there, you smell like a wet dog." Peter, giving her a mock form of offense: "It's better than whatever pier you rolled out from under, Guppy."

alexander goth ; little clout-chaser, alexander is the second born heir to the goth family, his father mortimer, a renowned scientist. now teaching at the foxbury university, after bella goth mysteriously disappeared, alexander has been living it up with his permissive step-mother eloise hiddlestix introducing the flashly and lavish lifestyle to him. an admired icon on simtube and simtok, at only 16 alexander is already the starboy of the internet! well he's not so much an admired icon in school though. . . his annoying pranks, unchecked bullying, threatening to "cancel" anyone who didn't listen to him whatsoever, ok maybe five teachers got fired? so what.

atlas michaelson ; the student body vice president and co-captain of the copperdale basketball team, atlas is the teen dream. working as a rookie model under penny's modelling agency thanks to the grace of his bestfriend ishmael's sister brianna, atlas scored an early headstart of an career. atlas rarely seems to use his social media pages but when he does, everyone goes crazy. but until when his senior year comes, atlas is enjoying his benefits before it's time to actually have to put work in. and most of all keep his girlfriend luna villareal happy or else.

malcom landgraab ; richest guy in the academy but yet couldn't buy himself a prettier face or better personality. malcom is the leader, he's satan in a polo and slacks, and plus he plays golf! that's a red flag enough. he flexs his sports car and showcases his parents liquor to make his friends feel jealous and most of all stroke his ego. malcom gets away with so much it's fairly unbelievable from blackmail, vandalism, bullying, the academy refuses to do anything about it and he crosses his leg at the ankle knowing that "i run this school.. i run copperdale" everyone is scared of him rightfully so.

syndi scott ; the queen bee, she's the head cheerleader and the leader of the pack. syndi is a admired icon on social bunny and simtok as well as being besties with luna villareal & brianna reardon. syndi is in a PR relationship with ishmael, well the both of them... who knows honestly if they even like each other? while in the public eye the young couple always so happy and at solace, however times in the academy, the couple is either arguing, one crying or at frustration, and plus not to mention the anonymous sources have claimed that they see ishmael seeing other people. syndi knows what she can benefit from this relationship and her social status can't just spoof! the both of them are highly toxic but honestly in their own weird ways they love each other and their situationship.

Luz Thornfield is now a Teen and goes to Copperdale Academy. Her mother had been murdered by Damon Walden who she found out isnt who she thought. He is Angel, a member of the Netherworld.

Luz was only 14, couldn't believe what had happen in front of her. Damon - Angel killed Mara Thornfield.

Now 17, Luz is a senior of Copperdale Academy. Her last year before starting University in the Fall. Luz loves the Arts and is hoping to get accepted in Britechester.

Sierra grew up around the sandy middle class suburban parts of oasis springs. Sierra had a good childhood that include her mother and father for a few years. Then, her parents then had her little brother Dominic, who now is a senior at Copperdale High School. Her parents both are working in the law field, as private attorneys. They did everything they could to bring happiness to their two kids, and which they accomplished.

Sierra knew from an early age she wanted to dance from the moment she woke up at dawn, till she lays her head down at dusk. Sierra had a natural god-given ability and she was like an effortless angel anywhere, on or off the stage. She trained day and night until she was finally accepted into the Academy of Dance and Arts of San Myshuno at the age of 21 with hard work and determination.

Sierra packed her bags and said goodbye to everything she knew back home and said hello to a whole new world of arts and life. Sierra has lived in San Myshuno for about less than a year. Sierra has been working at an in home job and with the help of her parents ever so gratefully, she is able to live a comfortable life in the big city. However, she has finally decided to venture out into her social life as well as achieving her main goal in life, to become the next prima ballerina of San Myshuno.

"You wanted to see me Mrs. Colbert?"

"Yes. Have a seat, Ava. There seems to be a small problem with your advanced curriculum."

"I've been doing all the work...and getting A's. What's the issue?"

"You haven't put down your plan for completing your service hours."

"Oh...I haven't been able to find anything yet."

"Well it turns out that I have a fantastic opportunity for you. There's a student who is struggling with his science class. In fact he'll be expelled if he doesn't get his grades up."

"Oh I love science, I can help."

"That's what I was hoping you'd say. You can come in now."

The door opened and a fashion nighmare walked in. Ava cringed as the teen flopped into the other chair.

"I told you I don't need a tutor Mrs. C. It's just a few missing assignments, I'll turn them in next week."

"See that you do. If you can't get your grades up you will no longer be welcome at Copperdale Academy. Perhaps you'd have better luck at Myshuno Prep."

"Don't worry." Ava piped up. "We can meet after school. You'll be caught up in no time."

"I don't need a plumbing tutor!"

"What did the old hag want." Nancy was in one of her typical moods but they barely phased Ava anymore.

"She had a community Service opportunity for me."

"Right...I still can't believe you signed up for that stupid program."

"Not all of us can rely on daddy's bank account."

"So what's the assignment?"

"Tutoring!" Ava couldn't hide her excitement at the opportunity.

"Who?"

"Kyle Kyleson."

"Ew! The hoodie, beanie kid? He's like 10 levels of gross."

"Relax Nance, it's just tutoring. It's not like I'm gonna marry him."

"Ew! Don't even say that!"

By the end of the month Ava was nearly convinced Kyle was a lost cause...until one day... "Stop. What was that?"

"What?"

"I saw you. You mouthed 7 but wrote down 9." She frowned and scribbled something down "Solve this." He rolled his eyes and did as he was told. "And this?"

"Kyle...these are university level equations...you're like...a genius."

"Wow, thanks Einstein."

"I'm serious. What's your deal?"

"How bout this...My sister and I need a 4th for our bowling league this semester. You join, I'll tell you."

Ava rolled her eyes. "Fine."

"KYLE! You didn't tell me your girlfriend was so CUTE!!!" The woman went for a hug.

"Sorry, I don't do hugs."

"Oh..." The woman looked like Ava had smacked her, clearly not used to people denying her friendship.

"You must be Jennifer. And just to clarify...we're NOT dating."

Kyle had already settled in at a lane "Ava you're with me. Jen and her college buddy will practice down there. You know the rules?"

Ava rolled her eyes. "Throw ball, hit pins. Not that hard"

He smirked and pulled his ball off the rack wasting no time in showing off his skills.

The ball struck the pins with a satisfying clatter and Kyle whooped as all the pins fell and he did a little dance as he spun off the lane. "And that's how it's done."

"Give me a break, literally anyone could do that." She grabbed a ball and stepped confidently up to the lane.

"Ooooh not bad Mizrahi. Nice form!" Kyle cheered for her and his praise made her heart soar more than she cared to admit. She released the ball and watched with satisfaction as it rolled right into the gutter.

"Oh well...that's unfortunate."

"Plumbob. Give me another ball."

Kyle came up behind her. "It okay to admit you don't know something."

"I'm fine."

"Really? Cause from here that looked like a gutter ball."

"I don't need your help."

"And that sounds like a wall."

"Fine whatever, how would you throw it?"

"Hold it like this."

For the next hour Kyle showed Ava the proper techniques and explained the rules of the game. He would occasionally throw his own ball to demonstrate and laughed when she got another gutter ball but he always showed her what she did wrong. Until finally...

"I HIT ONE!!"

Ava leapt excitedly into Kyle's arms as the singular pin toppled over. Kyle grinned up at her, spinning her around. "I knew you could!" Looking down into his beautiful blue eyes, Ava felt like the world around them melted away.

"So can I join your team?"

"I'll think about it."

For a moment she thought he was going to kiss her and she wasn't quite sure how she felt about it. "I should probably walk you home now."

As promised Kyle explained his bad grades as they walked home. "I was doing this stuff in grade school. Why waste my time on classwork?"

Ava looked about to protest but he didn't let her speak. "Hey did you know that when a wet object touches a frozen object it creates a shared ice layer that causes stickiness? Watch!...Oh thit!"

Ava laughed, "Are you stuck? Here let me help"

"Na! Thtop!"

"Sorry what was that?"

Ava grinned mischieviously and took a step closer, her heart pounding as her shoes bumped his and she pressed her body against his. A shiver of excitement went through him as he felt her warm breath on his tongue and the 'shared ice layer' melted away.

"That's better."

Kyle turned to her in embarrassment his frozen tongue still hanging out of his mouth like a sad puppy. "Kyle Kyleson, you may be a genius but you're kind of an idiot." She pressed a warm kiss to his cheek. "I mean really. Who flunks out of 3 schools for being too lazy?"

"It was only 2, I haven't flunked out of Copperdale yet." She slipped her hand into his and he pulled her a little closer.

"I'll be real upset if you do...after all the work I put into you. So get your act together."

He tucked their hands into his hoodie pocket. "Only if you join our bowling team."
