BEER RELEASE North Quincy – Copper Ale – 5.2% We’re heading “Up the Downs” to celebrate North Quincy with our latest neighborhood beer brewed in partnership with Quincy Is Everything! From the shores of the mighty Neponset and along the well-worn tracks of the Red Line, North Quincy has grown from marshland to military training grounds to now, a hub of activity, cultural melting pot, and home to a criminally underrated food scene. This Copper Ale pours a very pretty copper & marmalade color. It presents a balanced profile – slightly malt-forward paired with earthy hops and rounded bitterness. You might catch enjoyable notes of raisins and sweet bread on the nose. This beer would be great for many different food pairings. Available starting at 4 pm today on draft and cans to-go in our Marina Bay taproom. Also available at select stores locally. Grabs some now before it’s gone! A portion of proceeds to benefit a local non-profit, the Quincy City Club. You can also catch some live music tonight when John DeBellis makes his taproom debut from 6-9 PM. #quincybuilt #NorthQuincy #breakrockbrewing #copperale #gatewaytothesouthshore https://bit.ly/3ORUPBw
