The CRK Pirate OC Challenge!

Hello everyone! So I've set up a little list of prompts for writing/drawing for all these Pirates I've been seeing wandering across my field as of late. But I'm going to make it a little more interesting.

If possible please either pick up four Six-Sided dice or use this dice generator and roll out a random number- that number will be your prompt! Cause pirates live on chance y'see?

If you take this challenge please do not read your options before you roll, but if you are uncomfortable with the result do go ahead and re-roll. Thank you and I hope you enjoy these prompts

1. Lunch! Your crew is having a meal in the ship’s mess. Do they behave themselves? What are they eating? BONUS: you show either the Cooking process or the cleanup

2. Dead End Race- your oc is sailing in competition with other oc pirate crews! (Bonus: What is the prize at the end?)

3. Your Crew have somehow made it to the Vanilla Kingdom! Costume swap for the win? (Note: If you don’t follow the CRK game/lore feel free to re-roll)

4. Soon May the Wellerman Come~ pick an appropriately sea-themed song for this prompt!

5. UNO REVERSO! Your OC has done a complete 180! What do they look/act like now?

6. Someone on the Crew has done a Naughty. How does your OC punish their sailor? 7. Sea Monster Attack! It’s up to your OC’s crew to save their ship. How does it go?

8. Your OC has gotten sick. Who looks after them and do they behave as a patient? BONUS: How’d they get sick anyway?

9. Your Crew have somehow made it to the Hollyberry Kingdom! Costume Swap for the win? (Note: if you don’t follow the CRK game/lore feel free to re-roll) 10. Someone needs to look after the Cannons. Does it go well or does it go poorly? 11. Bananas and Coconuts. No I will not explain further, your OC must deal with Bananas and Coconuts.

12. Your OC encounters a pool of water that turns everything it touches into solid gold. How did they discover it and how do they deal with it? 13. Your OC encounters a very snooty treacherous noble who has your OC dead to rights. How does your character Jack Sparrow their way out of this one?

14. Draw your OC as a human/meme. If you’re doing this as a writing challenge then you must write a story with as many dad jokes as possible!

15. Drinking Contest! Team up with a friend and have your OC’s in a drinking competition! Decide the winner by rolling a six-sided die, the winner will be whoever rolls higher! (Note: if you’re too nervous to ask anyone, please re-roll)

16. Your OC got into a bind and now must use their Charisma to escape. Are they successful or cringey?

17. Your Crew have somehow made it to the Dark Cacao Kingdom! Costume Change FTW? (Note: if you do not follow the CRK game/lore feel free to roll for a new prompt!)

18. Things are getting Lovecraftian around here. How does your OC cope with the squishy horribleness of it all?

22. GIANT BOULDER! AKA, your OC’s Indiana Jones moment. How do they handle it?

Whenever Gold has to leave his workshop for business that can't be conducted via drones or in the comfort of his own home, he usually just throws on a cloak.

His "business deal" stuff usually involves him scuttling to the shadiest parts of Earthbread and either making bank or making an example of an ex-customer. Which is why his physical appearances are few and far in-between. So, he tends to put on, say... a "show" for when he does bother to leave home and why there are so many crazy rumors about him.

Yeah, Gold doesn't like leaving his workshop or places of work if he can help it...

Look, you already know him. Banana Eel is very bad at talking his way out of sticky situations. He can't really make good excuses up on the fly, and his charm is.. well, it's charming that he's trying so hard.

Doesn't do much if you're out for his head, so there's the "last resort" he ends up using.

Yes, he's got a slimy moray eel form he can pop into at will!! It's saved him more times than he can count. If you asked him which form was his real form, though, he couldn't say. He doesn't remember what came first, just came naturally.

That is Captain Salt the Headless Pirate (Puppet) (Previously known as Captain Alaea Cookie), he was an actual cookie who connected with Half Moon Cookie (Another OC i have made lmao), a little trigger warning on his lore

Captain Alaea Cookie sailed to many islands with his crew, and his first mate, they would sail on the nights until dawn, and sometimes, during the day, or midnight hour, the night fell as the Captain's crew would be on a look out in case of any sights of danger, a fight with the pirate crew that was dubbed unknown, a lasting battle ended in fatality, crewmates were unable to breath, as they the ship sunk, sailors souls left the deep blue, and the Great Captain was alone, left to be pronounced dead from a SLICE of a blade, after death, his spirit would take the appearance of a mix between and a puppet, and a cookie, hence dubbing him, Captain Salt the Headless Pirate, or The Beheaded Captain...

Captain Jasper's first mate, Phantom Anglerfish Cookie! Big ol intimidating w a r c r i m i n a l . Meeting her you'll either get mauled or a pat on the head by her claw. Just a sea monster only made to be a killing machine and nothing more,, now being a hearty sailor while on the run from bounty hunters and monster hunters trying to get head. Besides that, she loves fighting other cookies who seem strong enough yet she always ends up pummeling them and their dabloons go missing,,

Introducing my newest pirate OC: Red Reaper! A terrifying pirate who wants to pretty much destroy the navy and become the Pirate Lord!

His lore is still a HUGE WIP, but he's basically a huge, flaming undead lizard. His ship is called the "Bell Toll", and it's specially equipped for heavy "fire"power. I mean it quite literally has FLAMETHROWERS on the front so....(thank you Pirates of the Caribbean for that inspiration!) He's very VERY strong, but he has one weakness: the moonlight. Nobody knows why, but Red Reaper cannot stay under the light of the moon, or he'll quite literally just die. Perhaps that's why he always covers his ship in a blanket of smoke, so that the moonlight doesn't reach him.........

I wanted to join the bandwagon of artists making pirate OCs because it looked like SO MUCH FUN AAUUGH. Reaper's design was mainly inspired off of a Carolina Reaper pepper and Red Rackham from Tintin! I'm honestly so excited to make more content for him AUUGH

Decided to roll for a prompt for miss humpback anglerfish and I got this one!

She accidentally stepped in it, then threw TONS of coin shaped pebbles in a net into it because a bitch need money for food n shit.

time to introduce some of king crab's crew woop

unagi is the quartermaster and king crab's best friend, they're ride or die together. he wasn't super poor but his home life was pretty abusive, so he said fuck it and left and he now lives his best life on king crab's ship w the rest of the crew

sardine is a cabin boy, he's baby and he's also an orphan that king crab found struggling in the lower city, took him in and helped nurse him back to health, he doesn't much like partaking in fighting or stealing like the other crewmates and is pretty shy but he feels indebted to king crab so he lives on the ship doing chores and helping with food and other necessities instead, he enjoys it lol
