How the Salty Shark Crew would react to someone asking if they would still love them as a worm. Don't ask why I wrote this, 3 am boredom hits hard—okay.

Captain Caviar

-Takes this question far too seriously.

-He's asking logistics: what kind of worm are you, are you a common jelly worm, a sand worm, a cream worm; how big are you, as a worm are you still you sized, or are you as big as the average worm; do you still have all your memories, like have you just woken up as worm one morning, or is this a hypothetical where you were born a worm.

-He won't stop, this is a monster of your own making.

-You don't even get a clear answer, it's undecided if he'd still love you as a worm.

-Although he does say he'd carry you in his coat pocket, so that must mean something.

Blue Coral

-You never should've asked him this question.

-"Why, are ya' planning on turning into a worm sometime soon?"

-He brings it up constantly; you'd be having a some what pleasant conversation about what you'll be doing today or tomorrow, and then he rears his head into your conversation to ask if you'll be doing this before, or after you turn into a worm.

-But after he's thoroughly taken the mick out of you, he does say that yes—he would still love you as a worm.

-Although now he's asking things like if you'd still love him as a sea cucumber; but it's the small victories that count.

Staghorn Coral

-"Yeah! ...nah, yeah, nah, yeah!"

-They're just like the captain, witches save your soulstone.

-Honestly the answer for if they'd love you as worm changes every time, you won't be able to get a clear answer from them.

-The consensus is yes, however you need to be a cool worm as a bare minimum.

-Yes, they would.

-The only one to give a clear answer right out the gate, funny isn't it.

-Their thought process is that since you still love them, even if they're not quite a cookie anymore, then it's only fair that they would still love you the same—even if you somehow turned into a worm.

-You asked them if they'd still be your friend if you turned into a worm, and they gleefully said yes.

-Problem was they took the question a bit too seriously, after they had time to think about it they worried you were really going to turn into a worm—why else would you ask such a question?

-Like yes they'd still be your friend, but they don't want you to turn into a worm. How would you be able to do all the things you like doing if you were a worm; what if you had to leave the crew because of it!

-They're almost in tears, and when someone asks them what's wrong they confess that you're going to turn into a worm—and they don't want you to turn into a worm!

-Yeah, you end up swabbing the deck for putting the Rookie through such emotional stress.
