Astarion and Karlach are sitting at the table having a drink when they look over to Aspen, who is hanging the groups clothes on a line to dry. Rolan approaches her and she smiles. He gets in close and leans down to press his forehead against hers. She continues talking as they both sway slightly side to side.

A: That's an...Interesting little ritual they do, isn't it Karlach?

K: Rolan's doing methinks. It's a tiefling thing.

A: Is that so?

K: Yep! We love to nuzzle. You'll see the tiefs at the grove do it too. Pressing foreheads or sometimes horns against each other. It's a show of affection. Aspen being so receptive to it melts my little metal heart.

A: *sigh* I've always had a soft spot for tieflings.

K: Do you now?

A: Mhm, didn't run into them often at the Gate. But I'd um, nuzzle with you in a heartbeat if you wouldn't scald my skin in the process.
