Rough designs if the ppg were androids created by the Professor similarly to why Dr. Light created Mega Man and Roll. Inspirations were my life as a teenage robot, chobits, paswg, little witch academia, kill la kill, the mega man series, and ppg Z.

Scrolling my twitter FYP against my better judgement and encountering "women don't like f/f because they're self-loathing misogynists and only like m/m because they're fetishists and objectifiers" and "drop your favorite tomboys/butches in the thread! (Thread has the same 5 tomboy/butch characters that surface in every one of these threads and then 30 other big titty anime girls who are not tomboys and/or butch by any stretch of the imagination)" in quick succession felt like a little like the guy who thought someone was breaking into his house and leaving post-its everywhere discovering he had a gas leak and was doing it himself

If you wonder I keep filling the house with m/m post-its, it's because there's a gas leak and it's "female characters designed around/defined by a time-tested and committee-approved feminine tropes"

"but you'll fixate one cardboard-ass background boy and give him imaginary depth why can't you do that for a boring background female character--" because the boy's elevator pitch one-note characteristic is something I align with and enjoy (loser, goofy, comedy relief, gross, obnoxious, weird, autistic) and I promise if you made that same boy a girl and changed nothing else I would make her my whole personality for literal fucking years.

Idk like it's true I gravitate to shitty obnoxious boys in fiction but if that's a problem for you have you considered maybe the solution is more shitty obnoxious girls in fiction and not more of the same girls that I don't really enjoy, or telling me to stop liking shitty obnoxious boys?

I do feel a little insane sometimes to see femininity constantly conflated with womanhood. "Soup, why don't you, a gnc woman, gravitate to more super sexy mommy doms or cutesy moe schoolgirls or walking talking fashion dolls do you just hate women?" like idk Jan I'll give you three guesses.

I had this idea for an AU where the girls are just normal children playing heroes and the villains act like regular people kind of like Mojo, Fuzzy, and HIM in “Telophonies.*

There’s also this monkey that’s like Mojo but the girls go to zoo sometimes to throw peanuts at him or smth like that lol

As previously mentioned - one of the first posts with AI renders from my idea for a continuation of FusionFall.

FUSIONFALL: PROJECT ETERNITY

My vision of this forgotten universe - in a nutshell - is that a new threat emerges 15 years after the end of the game.

Everyone has grown up and / or gotten older and are leading somewhat stable lives. The world has been rebuilt better than before and features new sectors and districts.

All of the areas are based on the original levels and places used by the characters in FusionFall. However, I've been slowly expanding on that concept and making "concept renders" of what each character would look like 15 years later.

This post shows off the original Powerpuff Girls, but as older adolescent superheroes in the universe of FusionFall. Close to about early 20's in age.

As you can see in the images, the girls now wear armored uniforms. And they're color-coded. They operate as a team of six - as the next post will feature the other three members of their unit. (Think something like a black-ops superhuman task force like Young Justice.)

Each member has a callsign - Blossom is Red-1, Bubbles is Blue-2, Buttercup is Green-3. I'll reveal the other three in the next post.

SIDE NOTE: I've got renders of not only Cartoon Network characters, but also some Nickelodeon characters.

The overall aesthetic I want to achieve with this concept idea is a harsher, more post-apocalyptic cyberpunk style take on a long-forgotten game that people once enjoyed.

Cartoon Network can try to make us forget their once shining past of greatness with memorable animation. But with Project Eternity - maybe a little of that old shine can come back for a while.

I really don't know why I am making these, to be honest. Maybe someone will be inspired to make a webcomic or something out of it. You never know...
