#mine is somewhat neat i dont allow people to eat in my car unless theyre careful so there’s minimal stains and crumbs #but there’s been a stray kleenex box floating around in the backseats for at least a year #and i have a ton of random papers shoved in my glove compartment #ive been in many friends cars where you literally cannot see the floor in the backseat because theres so much shit. it’s usually delightful #yeehaws #poll

I desperately want to be involved in a production of Ride the Cyclone, I love the show so much but no connections to my University Theater or local Theaters 😢😢

swagful new dining table and chairs (only the tall ones) acquired free from my moms ex bf who waited until the second to last day of the month to figure out what he’s doing with the furniture in the apartment he’s moving out of

#the left side extends too #we could seat ten people in our 650sqft apartment #also got a second computer desk and a 3x3 box compartment shelf #AND a ride to work afterwards #and my lovely gf did the actual work of assembling the table while i was at said work

#beanie babbles #okay so this is gonna be a vent post but all in the yags #tw pet death #tw death #i hope dont think this is ablest language but its not precise language #Here we go #I never really doubted I have a capacity for empathy. It can be kind of hit or miss- amd even when I dont understand I try to be compassion #-ate. all that good stuff blah blah #Whats a lot more accurate to say is I dont really feel bad for dead people #I'll feel bad at the idea of somone dying maybe. I dont want living people to suffer and die just because.#I get upset when my friends are suicidal or when somone goes out and kills other people or even when a fictional charecter dies sometimes #but the mourning isnt about their death. it sucks that i cant hang out with them any more or that they cant experiance shit any more #but im not crying at a casket #But I did cry when I found my housemates pet bird limp on the floor of the cage today- the other one not seeming to even realize #This is the second time. The first one the birds were closer and the loving one wouldnt stop making noise tryong to get our attention #this one didnt mind as much- was just hungry and looking for some more feed. The feeders were empty and water gross #I stay with the birds every day and make sure they get excerize and enrichment because my housemate cant do that part #but i dont check the nessicities #so that was a shock. I refilled the food compartment after taking the dead bird out and putting them in a box #I dont think thats why they died. These birds have their wongs clipped before purchase and cant flay very well at all #But this bird practiced and was able to get a lot of height and distance as feathers grew back. But didnt know how to stop #Constantly crashing into floors and walls. Thats the main culprit I think #Its just weird that I cry easier over birds and fictional charecters and material things than my family. I feel guilty about it #Not that guilty i got all that angst out in 2020 #vent post #not really actually this turned into an explination of events more #anyway #the actual post had nothing to do w9th anything bru

#my plans r that im probs gonna go shopping tomorrow bcos i need a few bits in town #need to try out sports bras n then also stock up on vitamins and see if they have a pill box w more than 2 daily compartments #plus itll b nice to walk around a bit after pretty much living in my apartment w only corner store trips for the past couple days #and then the day after that i need to go 2 my parents house bcos ill b out of ritalin and i left the rest there #and ill chill all weekend bcos my next essay isnt until the 20th so i can afford it #and then on monday morning i have a phone call w my psychiatrist (!!)#so ill probably be at my parents house for that #and then try and go back to my apartment. itd b nice to do it in the morning-ish but idk if anyone could drive me 2 the bus stop #so itll probs b in the evening #and then once im in my apartment again ill try get cracking on the essay!!!#i know my '1.5k essay in a day' skillz r likely more a response to deadlines than a skill i can enact at will #but like. ill try and enact it #one of the essay prompts is talking abt a local museum exhibit so i might go do that itd b nice to go to the museum #take the day go to the whole museum and take notes on the specific section and let myself think for a little bit #and then do the essay the next day #and then ill b fucking done for the whole summer!!!! yippee #well there'll be assorted miscellanea needs to get done but whatever. final assignment home free #yayyyyy yippee life so nice and fun. i needed this #gonna finish changing my bedsheets and then do my dishes and get myself some ice cream and then just chill!#ough hang on i can kinda feel myself crashing after my meal. tired again. goddammit. hopefully this is temporary #anyway erm yay yippee things looking up for eimear
