regional holiday music is a trobed ep to me and like yeah a lot of that comes down to "you know id do anything you did" but also at the end of the ep when the study group comes to the apartment while abeds watching the inspector spacetime holiday special and everyones saying they should be together for christmas and celebrate but it's troy who catches sight of the episode playing on the tv and first moves to go watch it with him and its like. yeah the whole study group shows abed he can be loved but its troy who shows him he can be understood, yknow ?

trobed, ofc. when i was originally introduced to the show, it was an episode in season two and the person i was watching with told me that they were actually a couple. so when i watched it myself, i was like.... halfway through season one before i realized they could've been lying to me. it was funny, tho, because it was believable for awhile.

jeffbritta but not together. i want them fresh off their second divorce and constantly bickering. but as soon as someone butts into their bickering and insults one of them, they both gang up on the third person.

i can lowkey get behind abed and annie in season 5 and 6, but their friendship is so sweet i would hate to change it.

the dean and jeff is just so funny i would kill to see it be canon for like, a whole episode and then never addressed again. i want to see jeff suffer by having feelings for him.

i don't like shirley and her husband!!!!!!! she deserves better bruh andre is an asshole and needs to repent fr.

Something I just realized about DanDaDan. In most shows, the main group usually grows because the original team welcomes the new member. Like when Team Avatar brought in Toph Beifong or whenever Luffy asked someone to join the Straw Hats.

In DanDaDan, literally no one wants to be there and they only became friends after being forced to spend time with each other. What I mean is:

1) Okarun and Momo hated each other in the beginning.

2) Aira was a villain at first. Then when she mellowed out, Momo and Okarun were adamant that she not join their team. Aira only stayed because she’s so delusional that she declared herself team leader. Momo and Okarun then just kinda went, “Well, fuck, she’s not going anywhere so welcome aboard, I guess.”

3) Jiji annoyed the fuck out of everyone in the beginning, especially Okarun since he saw him as a rival for Momo’s affection. This man had to put in the work to get on Okarun’s good side. And then there’s Momo who, even though they were childhood friends, was still annoyed by him.

4) Vamola literally got dropkicked by Momo when they first met.

5) Kinta Sakata forced his way into the group. Even the characters were like, “Who the fuck is this guy?” And when the group did get to know him, they instantly wanted to kick him out.

6) Rin Sawaki’s first significant moment was getting into a public argument with Momo. She also weirded Okarun out with her vampire/dungeon fetish fantasy.

It’s like the manga version of Community, where none of the characters seem to get along but they’re somehow friends. It’s like they show love by getting on each other’s nerves.

whenever I see the occasional critic that the Dean (community) is problematic lgbtq representation I think of that scene in the last episode of the show where Britta tells her hypothetical pitch for a season 7 where she says if she made their lives a show she’d change the Dean from an insane queer man with a gender and sexual identity that is apparently so complex he refuses to explain it to anyone or identify with any particular lgbtq label to a cisnormative trans woman and cut out “all that other stuff” to make the Dean more positively representative of what most normal queer ppl r like and the Dean looks aghast and horrified as if he was just called every slur in the span of a minute bcus someone literally just casually said to his face that she would choose to make his identity and personality more palatable and easy to understand so that the lgbtq community won’t get a bed rep bcus in a show he’d be “bad representation”. Like lmfao 10/10 no notes. Community really said unproblematic lgbtq representation meant to make the community look good has so many more offensive implications then insane queer characters who don’t give a shit and that’s on period
