Life sucks really bad. Cosplay always helps me though <3

Pic 1: Luka Megurine. This cosplay was the first and only time I felt genuinely pretty or acceptable looking

Pic 2: Chara Dreemur. This cosplay was the first time I experimented with the outfit instead of making it as accurate as possible. I really enjoyed the flowers on my jeans

Pic 3: Burnie Burns. This cosplay was incredibly funny. A lot of people enjoyed it. I even got the mask signed! I loved it when people laughed

Pic 4: Miku Hatsune. This cosplay is very natural for me. Rolling girl is a great song and I want to share it on some way

Pic 5: Chloe Price. This cosplay is made from my own wardrobe! Being Chloe makes me feel like the teen I never was. It’s nice

Cosplay is really special to me, I’ve met people through cosplay and it’s just really fun to do. When I first started cosplay, they were never very good. They were poorly done and bad looking. But I still loved every moment wearing them.

I remember when I went to my first convention at eleven, I never knew other anime fans aside from my sister. So seeing so many people dressed as characters in cosplay, it was a magical experience for me.

I made this post just to say how special cosplay is. It might seem dumb, but I just wanted to share my love for cosplay somehow.

Sayonara, Comic Gong 2020

So, we just got the announcement we knew was probably inevitable, but were dreading anyway; due to COVID-19, Comic Gong has been cancelled for this year. Of course, we commend the organisers for making responsible decisions about public safety—but boy are we bummed out to be missing one of our biggest conventions, especially with similar writing still on the wall for our mid-year cons.

As you may know, most of our sales come from conventions, where we can meet fans face-to-face and introduce the games we genuinely love and feel proud of. We like to think that how much we love making games (and cute anime junk!) is pretty obvious when you meet us.

It’s a little harder to do that for an online shop, though. That’s why we would really, really appreciate your help! If you like what we do, please share it with your friends and tell them about us. Nothing helps get attention to small creators like people sharing the love 🙂
