SYNOPSIS fans always point out the chemistry between you and riki, and it only continues to grow after you become mc’s together on music bank. but as your feelings rise, so does the tension. and people begin to notice, so you try not to let riki know how you feel. but unbeknownst to you, he feels entirely the same way.

authors note so thats a wrap! just like that, its over. this is technically the last official part bc ep15 is more like an epilogue/can be read as a standalone, but its still just as meaningful to the plot. i had so much fun writing this and i gained so much support and so many new moots. i love you all and thank you for staying here even though i struggled to update while juggling school and work. 💗

“this was newjeans’ y/n,” “and this was enhypen’s ni-ki! please look forward to our future projects. we may no longer mc together, but we will forever be a couple together. thank you everyone!”

the cameras stopped rolling, and the red light turned off which signaled the recording was over.

staff and crew rushed to the both of you, so you were immediately bombarded with baskets of fruit, chocolates, snd two flower bouquets.

“this is for a good few months of connecting together. thank you for your hard work and dedication.” the head of the staff greeted, as his assistants handed out your gifts.

“thank you sir. we look forward to seeing more of you in the future!” the two of you bowed, before leaving to head backstage.

“dani said she’s gonna come with everyone else to pick us up. they want to get dinner at that chicken spot to celebrate our contract ending.” you informed riki, turning to show the texts in the group chat as he finished changing out his stage outfit.

riki chuckled, before handing your phone back to you. “sunghoon and heeseung are gonna get so drunk. so, beware.” he emphasized.

“no worries. im stuck with you anyway.” you sighed, gently punching his shoulder.

“here’s to riki and y/n, for finally being free from kbs! i hope none of us ever have to mc again.” sunghoon toasted as he raised his glass, after jake poured everyone shots.

“for real. we barely saw you guys while you were signed to that contract.” minji nudged your shoulder.

hyein burst out laughing, almost spilling the drinks scattered around her place at the table. “if you guys weren’t dating, y/n would’ve been sobbing because she’d never see you again!”

“is.. is she, drunk?” sunoo raised a brow, gently pulling hyein’s hood over her head.

“sunoo! she’s underage! all i got her were 2 shirley temples.” danielle gasped.

“okay! enough. we’re in public.” riki announced. “baby? go ahead my love.” he gestured sweetly for you to make your speech.

“thanks ‘ki.” you smiled. “i’m pretty happy our managers decided to let us have a joint interview that day. if we didn’t, me and riki probably would’ve never met. so, i’m glad music bank happened. otherwise, i couldn’t call this kid here my boyfriend.” you spoke, moving to wrap your arms around riki in a soft hug.

“cheers!” everyone exclaimed in awe.

as your group members around you yelled out congratulatory speeches, all riki could think about was you.

because now that you could be in his arms in public with no repercussions, that was all that mattered.

you looked at him with a bright smile, and riki could feel his heart melt as your expression.

the world had one less lonely girl.

I have been tagged countless times regarding a recap and/or what I was thankful for by so many wonderful friendos - but I'll give credit to @jolapeno for kicking us off.

This time last year, there were only 400 of you following me while I wrote my silly little stories. I had no idea how the year would go, from coming close to deleting everything to finding a community of people and friends who I now count as irl besties. I changed up the content I write and have explored all sorts of new things with the love and support of all you.

I love you all so very much. Here's to keeping one another afloat and warm in 2025,

One Shots:

Purpose: I know, I know... I have hooted and tooted about this fic before, but I really loved this so much. The fact that @perotovar loved it also makes this extra sweet. I know I am not known for seriousness and such, but I loved the experience.

like a cigar: I love this one for many reasons but chief among them is the brainstorming with @noxturnalnymph and @strang3lov3 that brought it to life. That evening will stay with me from now until the day I yeet from this mortal coil and I love you both so very much.

what the hell is wrong with tim: A vanity project that sat in my wips for 5 months. I started it because I wanted @pedroscouts badges for 'Sex Pollen' and 'Tim Rockford'. Then all hell broke loose and in to the wip bin Tim went. I finally dug him out and plugged away at it and the end result is one I am proud of. I worked hard for Tim... and all he got was pussy-fluid induced conjunctivitis and an eyepatch.

Shorties:

For the Stars: This one was brought about for my beloved Deedle @bitchesuntitled - she has worked hard on her sobriety, then wisely and bravely chose to celebrate it with her community. I was honored to get to take part in this celebration.

Ezra Goes to Church: @toxicanonymity knew what we needed during the summer and brought about the Manspread Olympics. This shortie, sitting at 350 words, has brought me so much joy. A titan's girth in so few words.

Series:

There are Other Fish in the Sea: This one came from a deep place of ouch. I had found a community on here who enjoyed the same things I did and it blew up in my face bc some people cannot play nice in the sand box. I still remember sending this idea to a beloved moot and their response was "I'm sorry, what are you going to do to Frankie & Mouse???" It was cathartic and a blow out way to change direction and I love Ezra.

the BEEF: I know there is only one fic in this anthology series so far, but I love the concept for it so much (thanks to @covetyou). The grumpy old neighbour Joel that kicked it off really allowed me to be as unhinged and horny as I wanted and my love for him is eternal.

This year, I took up making posters for my wips and fics to boost my moral in writing. It helped! Below are the ones that have really made me fluff my feather in my cap (some are still wips).

For the @alliwantforchristmasislou initiative 💖 (thanks for the heads up @bucksbignaturals mwah!)

I did a speedrun of S1-5a after a friend told me I had to watch this show. Indeed I did and quickly fell in love with all the characters, but particularly Buck and Eddie. I really thought "they're perfect for each other, how could anyone else measure up?" And then Tommy Kinard kissed Evan Buckley. As they say... 'everything has changed'.

Moots and friends became mortal enemies and another notch on the Blocked list, seemingly overnight. But, from the ashes emerged new moots, new pocket pals, blessed friends that never left, and the expanded world view of multi-shipping.

Lou and Oliver treated Buck and Tommy's relationship with such care on screen. As much as they could within the roles written for them. And I always appreciated how their on-screen relationship wasn't a big deal to those around them. After a few hiccups, they were just two guys dating. It's beautiful.

April 4, 2024 is a day that feels so monumental in my personal history book. I was watching the episode with my mother of all people. My mother who has never denied how happy she was when my first adult queer relationship ended and I wound up marrying an (incredibly straight) man. My mother who wonders aloud, in my presence, why "everything" has to be gay now.

While I didn't actually come out as an adult (the first time), Tommy and Buck's stories both speak to me on a soul shifting level. Tommy for pushing down what he knew to be true of himself, and Buck discovering for the first time what's waiting for him in the world. All the answers to questions he didn't even know he had. Things he didn't know he was allowed to want. And this is a large reason why I chose The Trevor Project. They've been near and dear to my heart for years now. Because every queer person, young or old, deserves to know there's support available. So they don't have to think that they're better off dead than gay.

I truly hope to see more of Buck and Tommy's relationship, and growth, in the future. Even if we don't, they will always be a special part of this incredible show.

Some arthritic Telemachus headcanons, because I love projecting

His first flare happened when he was two, and it scared the daylights out of Penelope. She spent hours poring over Polites's old medical texts and writings for any solution (because I'm definitely in the camp of him being a healer)

I know they didn't have immunosuppressants in Ancient Greece, but they also didn't have jetpacks, so let's say the combined brain trust of Polites and Penelope managed to figure something out. Telemachus's fevers came further and further apart, the aching in his joints became manageable, the fatigue no longer kept him bed- bound, but things were never the same again

For one thing, because of the aforementioned immunosuppressants, Telemachus got sick all the time. He felt increasingly guilty about it the older he got, fearing it was keeping him from being able to defend Penelope from the suitors. Penelope, however, just spread rumors that everything from a cold to an infected toenail was actually a deadly and very contagious illness that only she should take the risk of tending to, so those episodes actually ended up being a defense of their own

In addition, while Polites had notes on some things that helped with symptom management- stretch and strength exercises, warm blankets and baths- fatigue and pain were common enough in Telemachus's days that learning how to fight proved difficult

That is, until Athena showed up

Telemachus had absolutely no plans to tell her about his condition, having hidden it from the suitors his whole life, until he walked into his first day of training with her and she handed him a spear with a grip she'd designed specially to help his fingers

He'd fully assumed she wouldn't want him as her warrior if she knew. But she not only did she continue to train him, she put all her goddess-of-wisdom prowess into doing so in the most accommodating way possible. She hounded Apollo about what exercises Telemachus should be doing to warm up and cool down, always kept their sessions short, and crafted his Warrior of the Mind outfit with his joints in mind: boots with extra arch support, wrist and knee braces built in, gloves to protect his fingers, etc

That's how he became such a competent fighter so quickly between Little Wolf and Odysseus: for the first time, he had a teacher that knew how to work with his limitations

Training with Athena was a major confidence boost, but when Odysseus came home, Telemachus still begged Penelope not to tell him

Obviously she refused, never having lied to Odysseus and not about to start now, and never having seen arthritis as a weakness the way Telemachus had growing up trying to keep up with the suitors

But the argument was rendered moot when Telemachus got an infection from Melanthius's blade, because come on, the man definitely never cleaned that thing

Obviously, Odysseus freaked ("this is Poseidon's fault, I know it, he still hasn't gotten over the stabbing thing-") but Penelope was just like "don't worry this happens all the time"

"What do you mean this happens all the time"

Odysseus didn't leave Telemachus's bedside until his fever broke, lying next to him and singing the lullabies he used to sing to him when he was a baby. In his delirium, Telemachus just assumed he was dreaming Odysseus was there the way he often had in years past, and he cried with relief when he was well enough to remember that his father really had come home

Then he wiped his tears away and saw the way Odysseus was looking at him

"Mom told you, didn't she"

He waited for the disappointment that was surely coming, for the legendary hero to bend under the weight of realizing that it was impossible for his only son to ever measure up to his legacy

Instead, Odysseus took his face in his hands and said he couldn't believe how lucky he was to have a son stronger than he ever could have imagined

It still took a while for Telemachus to stop trying to perform around Ody, trying to be the son he thought he expected even though they both knew it was a struggle

But there came a day when they were at the base of one of the palace stairwells and Odysseus could just tell it was a bad enough day for Telemachus that they would cause him a lot of pain. He could also tell that Telemachus would insist no matter what that it was fine

So Ody just. Scooped him up and carried him up the stairs

When he set him down, Telemachus was blank-faced, and Odysseus began to worry he'd overstepped. He started to apologize, but Telemachus cut him off. "It's okay," he said, and then, "thanks, Dad."

It was the first time he'd ever called him dad. Odysseus cried for half an hour

After that, Odysseus became the first person that Telemachus was fully able to let take care of him. He'd grown up trying to protect Penelope, and he never totally stopped wanting to please Athena, but Odysseus was so genuinely delighted to be a caretaker that it was easiest for Telemachus to fully relax when he was with him

He knew he'd never be the warrior Odysseus had been, never be able to stand the relentlessness of war, but his parents and his patron were doing everything in their power to make sure he'd never have to. By the time he took the throne, he was the king the new world needed: able to lead with empathy and to keep his battles short

One year of Cyberpunk

First of all, I'm very grateful to Altiera; dearest - for volunteering to take everyone's photo. But next year she better be in the photo too! Otherwise I'll have to pay her spiritual parent a visit. 

(And I'm sorry if I got some of the heights wrong. We all know Kurt should barely be in the picture)

I was thinking of doing one of the “Year in VP” or “Art and Artists” things as a little look back at the year, like many others do. But what stood out more for me this year wasn't pictures I took (since it was my first VP year anyway) or the things I wrote or such. Not the “finished” things, but everything that went into it. First and foremost, I created the two bitches in the center of the picture, gave them a lot of lore and background and ultimately fell in love with them (yes…with Vlad too…*sigh*). Not only with/through my own ideas and other of my OCs or NPCs connected to them, but also with the amazing and beautiful characters my friends have created. Who then allowed my Blorbos to be part of their stories aswell. A full year of co-brainrotting!

(Not just the ones in the picture of course, but even if I would want to, I can't fit all of Leszy's kids in here KEK)

For me, it's still one of the coolest and most unreal things ever and I'm grateful for every single one of you, that I met you and have known you for over a year now - even if it was over in the blink of an eye. But time flies when you're having fun.

I am looking forward to everything you come up with in the future and what we maybe can create together! You are a fantastic bunch of people, crazy clowns, cringe and free! <3

@koishua i did this for you on my previous account but this now my perspective has changed.. ahem ahem so found family in a romantic love setting au like just finding your person, your home and everything you have ever wanted to have to feel alive in your lover. fluffy little moments that means so much and evoke a range of emotions vie never expected.

@eeunoia popular girl with her nerd bestfriend turned fake date turned real lover trope. psyche tried of all the fans hovering around her and asking to go out with her, begs the bestfriend to fake date her for a few months, pda in the corridors and the cafeteria and uni festival and just everywhere anyone is that they don't even realize when it's not longer an act anymore.

@leaderwon classic classmates to lovers trope, but like new classmates yk. staring at each other on the very first day and being like oh they're good-looking! and taking more notice of each other as the days pass by and they talk between classes and sit together during lunch but it's slow burn and then high school comes to an end and they part ways but hit it off after a reunion years later.

@tyunni ta x student trope (they're same age!!) can totally see may being a worldclass genius, top of her class, loved by profs and then in comes the love interest who's just changed classes and can't for the love of god get a single thing inside their head. so every tuesday and thursday may gives lessons and they slowly fall in love..

@jjunae childhood best friend but then turned enemies and then fling .. things happen and like no matter how hard they try something just keeps coming in the way and like by the time they are together they're too old kinda the 'love rosie' movie.

@lheebra a coming of age au with a summer fling somewhere in europe, a 'float' movie au like dani taking a break from lawschool and going on a month long trip to somewhere small and cozy and then falling for this cute guy in the town who shows her around and everything.

@fakeuwus kinda like an "if i stay" au. period. nic getting into an accident and falling into coma where her soul is having an out of body experience and everyone around just wants her to stay but she does not feel like it until, that person that makes her see things differently that makes her want to live and that makes her want to try. crying.

@lilyuwon chaebol heir with the hardworking intern at their family's company. i can also imagine yev as the hardworking intern always scolding the heir about not trying anything because everything will eventually be given to them. and also yev being a bratty nepo baby heir who annoys the hell out of the intern because she's bored.

@sainns college au but sports rivals. captain of two different teams and always bickering about and everything. always fighting in the corridors about who's the better one and throwing glares before getting on their bus for the tournament but texting each other encouraging messages the night before the match and even going to support secretly.

wowowow we got a real old head around here!!! Thank you so much for reading. Especially in the early Corpus Callosum days. That project meant a lot to me, and back then I didn't even know all that it was truly "about." So funny looking back on a story that fixates itself on the perspective of a person who is dead and living in a box with almost no sensory capabilities -- the Autism and dysphoria were all over the page even when I couldn't see it. I never would have gotten where I am today if the support from readers & moots on tumblr hadn't stoked my confidence and left me believing that I had something worthwhile to say, and the right to say it. I feel sometimes that I have let my fiction readers down, by selling out and becoming the mass market self-help author person, or that I've somehow become less of an artist. I miss those days even though they were frequently miserable and isolated. There's a disconnection between my present life and that life I lived online back then, and a part of me longs to be able to go back to it. Anyway, hearing from people who have been around through it and see the connective tissue between that former self and present self means a lot to me! i think it might be obvious what’s coming due to my inactivity on the app… that being said i think my days of writing fanfics have come to a close. maybe not forever but it definitely isn’t something that i’ll be doing as often as i used to over the last 2 or 3 years that’s i’ve had this page! there’s a few projects i wanna work on definitely something with bonny and hopefully try to work up the motivation to finish our joint series too!!!

Auuughhh I feel guilty (kinda???) about this a lot.

the main reason I stopped as A. I’m no longer in the fandom, and it’s hard writing for something you don’t care about as much. Maybe I’ll get back into it who knows, but my fixations now don’t quite line up and now it’s really hard to work on it. B. comics are so demotivating. They take SUPER long, and are a little painful to try to get out in a timely fashion. I’m trying, I swear, but I get anxious trying to work on the comic now out of guilt i promised more , and the fact I haven’t put out ANYTHING for MONTHS.

this entire project is being done my me, alone, by myself. And while I’d LOVE to have help with it, I am a HIGHSCHOOLER who has NO IDEA how to conduct a team of people working on it.

knowing people are still interested is SO MOTIVATING let me tell you, and decently close to finishing the current part. The biggest issue I find is that good freaking lord. It takes too long. And this is the longest part, by far, so taken a long time. the future of this project will probably come in mixed media. I think that by limiting myself to the comic format has made it very VERY difficult to enjoy working on it. My plans are art, short comics, mayyybbbeeeee an animatic here or there, but I feel there are two options that are the most idea. - primarily writing, fanfiction I’ll post on AO3, won’t be as visual but dw I’ll make it work somehow I’m a GOOD??? writer allegedly so eh. - comic, but different. I was thinking that if I do a looser/simpler style, that it could make life easier. Again, I’m the one doing EVERYTHING and I’m not even in the fandom anymore so this would make it a lot easier. It would be a bit of an Artstyle change, but if people care about my WM AU enough I’ll post concepts for different art styles I could opt for to make life easier

A: Who are their exes? Do they still keep in touch? Ariel had never had a proper relationship before both Santana and Quinn, but there was her first kiss, a girl named Candace, whom she met at a summer camp, when both she and Rachel were thirteen. They kissed after she got picked by Candace's spin during Spin the Bottle. They kissed a couple more times during that summer, before Ariel got expelled from summer camp for smoking cannabis. After that, they've never kept in touch, but Ariel does often think about whatever happened to Candace, and where she will be now.

R: When’s the last time they had a birthday party?  The last time Ariel had a birthday party was when both she and Rachel celebrated their fourteenth birthday, and their dads used to throw them both a huge birthday party (all on Rachel's wishes - Ariel wasn't really bothered, if she had to be honest) and the last time, Ariel and her best friend, Pedro spent the whole time getting drunk on alcohol, away from the crowds.

I: In general, are they organized or messy?  Ariel is probably a mix of both. She isn't exactly the tidiest person, but she is quite organized when it comes to her photography equipment and art supplies, and does list all her rock music albums in alphabetical order.

E: Are they the happiest they’ve ever been?   While she knows that she's not perfectly happy, she is still okay with her life, she's got two supportive dads, her twin sister is one of the biggest stars on Broadway (and she does care about her, although she won't admit it), two amazing girlfriends, and she's got a good job working as an anime graphic book designer, while working part-time on her photography projects.

L: How often do they post on their social media accounts?  If we're being honest, Ariel isn't the type that would post on her social media account, every day, as she finds that social media turns humans into zombies, but she would occasionally post a few edgy aesthetic photos onto her account.

Happy New Years Eve y'all!! I just wanted to take a minute to be emo and say that starting this blog and doing all of this art, writing, introspection, analysis, and just every bit of fandom enjoyment one possibly can has been the best thing that's happened to me this year. Everyone has been wonderful, this community and fandom is so welcoming and supportive of new ideas and perspectives, I've never felt more welcome in a creative space than I have here. I love twitter n all my moots, but tumblr *really* was made for me. The way I love to talk to people, to bounce ideas off likeminded individuals, it's so *easy* here and I love it.

My resolution for 2025 is to complete a project. ONE of my many projects, I want to complete one, and I'd love for it to be something you guys enjoy. This year I'm 100% doing the Riddler Ranking Stream, count on that. I would also *love* to get at least a bit of stuff out for Gotham City Limits? Lets not make too many promises, but those are my *goals*! And ofc to keep enjoying the stuff you guys suggest/request, obviously indulging in any media that comes out in the meantime while we wait for 2027 lmao!

Thank every single one of you again for making 2024 a really great year for me. A LOT of really negative things have happened this year, but none of it has come from this experience. It's really just been all amazing. Thank you <3

Darling's Diary: A much needed vent

I am not surprised at all that lorroakan/Mike/Ari who accused me of being racist got outed as one, bonjeacon/Peak/Jojo who cropped my convo with Andrew Wincott to make me look parasocial got outed as parasocial himself, and helluvareceipts who spread said screenshots got outed as a p3do enabler. More often than not these people are projecting their own flaws or inventing them in others in order to rid themselves of their own shame. With these new revelations I hope everyone will take what they say will be taken with mounds of salt from this moment on.

And the more I read about helluvareceipts, their clique's serial harassment, and how they helped destroy Ang Vondra's livelihood, the more disgusted I am. They did the same thing with me by circulating those cropped screenshots and the backlash almost made me end my own life. helluvareceipts is not even a fucking part of BG3twt or the fandom in general but they're known moots with BG3twt's most notorious serial harassers. Somehow they gained access to my private messages to maliciously crop them, take them out of context, and even manipulate them. I know it's Peak who sent them too, because he's one of the few people I shared screenshots of my messages, and he's the only one who had a motive against me.

I lost clients, was booted from communities and I'm now in a financial crisis + on the verge of being homeless due to my inability to pay rent. All this damage against their victims in the name of internet clout. I am fucking appalled. I will never forgive BG3twt's serial harassers for accusing users they wanted to harass off the platform of unsavory shit when all along they've mutuals with helluvareceipts who enabled and supported actual p3dophile Kyle Carrozza's abuse.

"b-but HR called out Kyle when he was exposed as one-" Don't you fucking get it? It's the rabid smear campaign and misinformation that destroyed Ang Vondra while the actual p3do got away scot-free for YEARS. It's your mob mentality that destroyed real lives over made up BS. All things considered, e.g. hate mail, people making a meme out of my conversations, being blacklisted in communities I was welcome in, I handled what everyone did to me with grace. Now I'm extra pissed off seeing how there are more victims that suffered and they had it WORSE.

So now that helluvareceipts got exposed for spreading false testimonies from Jane Amber to smear Ang Vondra, can people start seeing that the cropped screenshots they acquired from Peak that they spread is another attempt at a smear campaign?

I am contemplating publishing conversations I had with AW to dispel all accusations once and for all. If it didn't expose things he asked me to keep private such as a voicenote he sent me on my birthday, and personal information such as his complete DOB I would've done it from the get go. Plus, I've seen how some of the serial harassers reacted to the information of him asking for NSFW art from me and him dismissing my former client's concerns. They'll tear this man apart and for some damn reason my (possibly misplaced) sense of loyalty doesn't want to see that.

Whether or not I will set the record straight regarding the allegations against me once and for all is still something I'm unsure of. My mental health is on the mend after being nearly driven to suicide by the non-stop harassment, and I don't want to risk the progress that I made on myself.

Aside from venting there's nothing much I can do but wait, really. I didn't even have to lift a finger for people to uncover the truth about my accusers, I was busy trying not to off myself. Perhaps the truth about it will come out one day too.
