How I envy the maids who help her dress and undress, allowed to gaze upon her full glory. How I loathe the men who court her, my rage begging me to slay them where they stand for speaking so branzenly to her. But deep down I know I'm no better, unable to tear my sight from her wonderful form.

Tell me, Father, should I remove my offending eyes as you say in scripture? How then will I keep her safe? Surely my purpose outweighs the stain of my base desires, her life undoubtedly more valuable than my own. Would thou allow me this sinful existence, if it means Her Majesty lives a long and prosperous life? If I merely remain by her side, content to watch from a distance? Can I continue to draw sustenance from her presence, since her warmth is forever forbidden to me?
