i really love killer instinct (also sucks at stringing proper combos in killer instinct)

folks is it ethical to have a crush on a fictional character that’s canonically a (warrior) monk? Asking for a friend. /genuinely inquiring.

No I don’t like him AT ALL (lying)#shallow rambles#combobreakerposting#you know the whole monks aren’t really allowed romantic relationships#so I guess my best bet is a one sided crush on a fictional monk.#OR he’s like. Romance favourable but sex repulsed which is always an option I guess.#There’s some things about character’s canon backstory that you just kinda have to honor.#I guess it makes for GREAT side potential angst but also I don’t want to hurt my own feelings and#Mental health in the process. Because when I think about angst I can genuinely feel those emotions affecting my body#like your heart aching/yearning or whatever you want to call it.#So as much as it would be cool to indulge in that. I also need to protect and look out for myself and my well-being too.#soo any input is appreciated.

my only complaint about killer instinct 2013 is that it doesn’t make it clear to newcomers what the ‘Shadow Lords’ mode is on the starting page. Like it’s very clearly a rogue-like (using different types of buffs or items to improve your chances of surivival), but for some reason they don’t make that super clear.
#Also unfortunately it seems like the narrative is more mixed into the shadows lord mode which kinda sucks…#combobreakerposting#shallow rambles#I only say it kinda sucks because some people don’t have the time or patience for a roguelike fighting game#FYI think of the mode like blazblue’s abyss mode.
