In my opinion, it looks super absurd and fake, like all these TB fantasies about Helaena hating her family. Considering that the black team likes to speculate on the topic "Alicent should have married Helaena to Jace and then there would have been no war"... That's just their rhetoric, yes. Plus, I absolutely don't believe that after the blacks killed her child, whom she certainly loves, she'll think about how great it would be to be on Rhaenyra's side.

If in some incredible way it turns out to be true, this series will reach a new level of craziness, but I really don't believe it.

there’s this really good fanart of Rhaenys by @coldraindropsss that matches your vision. Since I’m not in the habit of addressing characters by hair colors (they all have silver what’s the point?) I rarely consider it a vital choice defining the whole character but Valarr and Elaena set up an interesting precedence for Jocelyn.
