Finally all caught up on We Are and my god this show.

I can’t get over just how soft it is, towards all of the characters. It just lets them be, lets them all go at their own pace. It lets them be hurt but doesn’t allow the circumstances that made them feel that way linger for too long before it’s resolved. No unnecessary drama or jealously. They all actually talk to each other. They all actually feel like friends who care about each other.

Each romantic relationship is allowed it’s own time, whether they get together quickly (like TanFang), they take their time (like QToey and PhumPeem) or they continue to meander their way through it, both knowing they’ll stumble into their romance soon enough (like ChainPun) or it just hits them one day, making so much sense from then on (like MattMick). Okay maybe MattMick isn’t official but I do not care, they are canon to me!

This show is amazing. I’ve largely lost my taste for school bls (whether high school or uni) but this show makes me remember why I once loved them so much. It gives me such a warm feeling to watch them grow and move through life.
