saint was just instantly comfortable around yoongi when they first met. they didn’t talk much for a while due to the language barrier and the two of them not being the most outgoing people in the world, but that never stopped her from joining him on the couch to study while he watches a show. the effect hobi has on yoongi that gives him energy is the exact opposite effect yoongi has on naledi. put her with him and she will become so sleepy. (this is actually a hack that jin and namjoon figured out during their early days and on their way back from a schedule they would make sure she was sitting with him)

hoseok was the one who suggested adding coco to the group in the first place. he saw her potential immediately and after she joined, he sort of took her under his wing. she attributes all of her talent to him and is grateful that he didn’t give up on her. he reminds her the most of her older brother in the sense that he makes it a point to look out for her but also acts more like a best friend. she takes him shopping with her a lot and he is always the first person she goes to when she wants opinions on what she is working on.

as joon was the only member who could speak english and naledi was still learning korean, she used to follow him everywhere. in the beginning they weren’t exceptionally close, naledi already having jin and hobi looking after her, but she did need somebody to talk to and joon was that person. this ship is definitely a talks x listens one with saint being able to sit and listen to namjoon talk about whatever new thing he read for hours on end. he is the smartest person she knows and she never fails to tell him.

naledi and jimin grew close naturally as they were both the newer members and thus they kind of banded together. they used to train and practice together when everyone else was busy and even to this day, they dedicate a specific day in their schedules to visit the practice room, even if it’s just to mess around. you will always find them cuddling in the background of a bts video in their own little world. a very affectionate duo and fans are obsessed with how comfortable they are just giving each other kisses.

obviously, being the youngest members automatically makes them best friends. except not quite. saint joined bts during the month when jungkook was in the us training so imagine his surprise when he returns and there is not only a brand new maknae in the group stealing his hyung's attention, but she's a girl. it took a while for him to warm up to her but once he did, they became inseparable. basically brother and sister at this point and if you can’t find one, just look for the other.
