Another gossamer painting experiement, in which I learned some important lessons. I found out it IS possible to paint wet-on-wet on a spiderweb, but it's extremely difficult! Unfortunately my little galaxy painting suffered some damage this time. It's also possible to gloss it! I practiced on this cobweb painting since if it DID collapse entirely, as I half expected it to, it wouldn't be too much of a loss. But it turns out if you hold the spray can back a little farther than usual, it's gentle enough to deposit the gloss without destroying the web.
