Riley Scott is a 16 year old kid who suffered from kleptomania, they with their enhanced reaction time and suit that gave them super speed. Their father Zephinaia was a surgeon at the local hospital owned by angel tech who was known never giving up on a patient and always helping people who had struggled with money by paying their bills for them, Though after the death of their sister, their father changed he became Dr. Fallout. In response to this Riley became the hero known as Road Rage in an attempt to be like their father and help the less fortunate.
