Anelia is a 26 years old human. She is 174 cm tall, goes by she/ her and is bi.

This young woman is seen as super sly and smart. She is the one planning most of the missions, together with Frederic. As the brain of the shelter, she often comes off as a know-it-all, but sharing knowledge is her love language and she only means well. Anelia is somewhat obsessed with Julika, so she gets extremely frustrated if someone stands closer to her than herself.

Anelia and her sister Julika had to leave their village after it burnt all down. Both of the sisters got wounded, Julikas back was burnt, while her sisters leg was engulfed in flames. It was difficult, but both of them survived and managed to arrived in the next biggest city. They spent some time there, healing their wounds and preparing for the next steps of migrating to another country. They hopped on a convoy that drove them to France. The journey was arduous but they made it and were referred to shelter 1647 as soon as they arrived at the lab. Quickly, Anelia and Julika made friends in Noah and Frederic. Anelia is part of the exploration team, and one of the swiftest people in the team. She takes care of the mapping out of the places they already went to.

Premiers succès et la guerre

Klee retourne à Berne au moment de la déclaration de la Première Guerre mondiale. Jawlensky et Kandinsky s'exilent, tandis que Marc, Macke et Heinrich Campendonk sont mobilisés. Marc et Macke engagés volontaires, sont tués. Klee reste à Munich et continue sa peinture jusqu'en 1916, date à laquelle il rejoint l'armée où il est admis dans un régiment de réserve, ce qui lui laisse encore la possibilité de peindre, de participer à des expositions et de vendre des tableaux. Klee accompagne en 1917 un convoi de troupes à Nordholz, ville située en Basse-Saxe, et au retour, il rend visite au collectionneur Bernhard Koehlernote de Berlin.

Une exposition des tableaux de Klee est organisée en 1917 à la Galerie Der Sturm de Berlin, ses œuvres obtiennent un grand succès, et le journal de la Bourse de Berlin fait paraître un article élogieux sur son travail. Klee a surtout envoyé des aquarelles de 1916 avec des motifs figuratifs. Mais le peintre dans lequel la critique voyait « l'artiste allemand le plus significatif depuis la mort de Marc » n'a plus jamais connu un succès pareil par la suite. Cette exposition est un grand succès de vente pour Klee qui ne semble pas concerné par la guerre. La critique parle de « l'indifférence de Klee devant les évènements qui secouaient le monde », ce qui est un malentendu. Klee a été initié aux idées du socialisme par son ami Fritz Lotman, professeur de droit, qui lui a fait connaître l'essai d'Oscar Wilde, L'Âme humaine et le socialisme. Klee a intégré la révolution dans son art. Sa correspondance avec Kandinsky montre qu'il est préoccupé par la guerre mais qu'il s'attend comme beaucoup de gens à une rapide victoire des Allemands dont il espère « qu'elle apportera à nouveau les moyens en audace et en argent, de la part des mécènes et des éditeurs écrasés par le poids des dernières années et qui manquent de courage ». Son point vue sera modifié après la mort de Macke.

Les conditions économiques et financières de l'Allemagne sont favorables aux classes possédantes qui se sont enrichies grâce à la vente d'armement, ce qui les pousse à placer leur capital dans l'art moderne, comme le souligne Otto Karl Werckmeister, qui considère que ce moment est celui dans lequel « l'art moderne, qui jusqu'à la guerre, avait été un défi jeté à la culture bourgeoise, rejoint cette culture dans une idéologie commune(…) et c'est à cette guerre, qu'il croyait avoir condamnée, que Klee doit sa carrière. Klee est ici en pleine contradiction avec la revendication de liberté qu'il a exprimée en 1915 à travers sa théorie de l'abstraction »

En 1916, Klee a renoncé à l'abstraction et il s'est lancé dans l'illustration de poèmes chinois que lui a envoyés Lily. Il ne poursuivra pas cette expérience au-delà de quelques essais dont le plus souvent montré est : Jadis surgi du gris de la nuit 22,6× 15,8 cm, aquarelle, plume crayon sur papier, découpé et combiné avec du papier d'argent.

Julika is a very caring and calm person. She rarely ever loses her cool and keeps strong reactions and emotions at bay while working, making her very professional. But at night she breaks her own mind by overthinking the fate of her patients. She has a lot of motherly qualities and sees herself as the caregiver of the younger members of shelter 1647.

Julika and her younger sister Anelia are from a small rebuilt village on lake Balaton in Hungary. It isn’t usual to live in normal villages these days due to the beasts roaming the world and the overwhelming heat during the day, however the lake made it possible. Due to the colder air over the lake, life was relatively ordinary. Julika’s father was part of a collection of villagers that took care of the monsters. But one day catastrophe struck when a high ranking beast burnt down the settlement. Almost no one survived, but Julika and Anelia were able to safe themselves, carrying gushing burn wounds from it. They saved themselves to the next biggest city, where they took a convoy that travelled through Europe, ending up in France, where they settled down in the Strasbourg neighborhood. They now live in shelter 1647. Julika was able to learn how to become a nurse back home, and got trusted with the title of verified by the lab.

Julika rarely ventures out with the exploration team, since she isn’t part of it. She usually stays in the shelter to take care of the weak.

Lawless Utopia: Unbound Kingdom of Pirates (Anti-Army) (B+): Certain interpretations of Avery's fate after her most famous raid make the claim the she established a utopia for pirates on an uncharted island. While the veracity of these claims are dubious, the idea was nonetheless so firmly entrenched into the minds of the common citizen that it has become inextricably intertwined with the Heroic Spirit of Henry Avery. This Noble Phantasm allows Avery to summon phantasmal "pirates", less living beings and more the personified concept of "a pirate", as well as fleets of vessels for them to crew and command, all of which bow to her authority as the "King of All Pirates".

L’histoire du Transsiberien est indissociable de sa géographie, celle d’un pays immense qui  s’étend sur 7 fuseaux horaires. Avant d’être un lieu, c’est un mouvement, une traversée  continentale du levant au ponant, composée des milliers de vies qui l’ont construite et qui  l’ont racontée : voyageurs, aventuriers, écrivains, prisonniers, opposants politiques et autres.

Devant moi, la provodnitsa circule dans le couloir du wagon, frottant ses chaussons sur le plancher recouvert de moquette, dans un bruissement infime. La quarantaine environ, elle arbore un sourire léger et un uniforme gris, alors qu’elle vérifie les billets des passagers. L’automatisme des gestes répétés des milliers de fois traduit l’épaisseur contenue des aventures, des rencontres et des drames qu’implique la traversée. J’observe ses doigts rougis par le froid qui déchirent mon billet et, de cette infime transfert émanent une multitude d’histoires quotidiennes ou particulières : ici, un homme s’est mis à convulser violemment avant de s’évanouir et d’être trainé par deux policiers hors du train. Là, dans le wagon restaurant, un homme montre à ses compagnons de tablée la photo des restes sanglants de son ami, déchiqueté par un grizzly dans les neiges sauvages du Kamtchatka. A côté, une vieille femme déguste du poisson cru acheté à l’arrêt précédent, arrosé d’un verre de vodka. Plus loin, quatre hommes s’entassent pour fumer en grelottant dans le sas qui sépare les wagons 14 et 15, avec la Sibérie qui défile sous leurs pieds et -20° C qui transpercent leurs chairs.

Après m’avoir rendu le billet, la femme s’éloigne et poursuit sa traversée, me laissant contempler à loisir le compartiment, que je devine assez neuf, par la présence de prises électriques. La couchette, d’un pourpre aussi princier que sa texture est miteuse est aussitôt recouverte de draps blancs sur lesquels je m’étend. Ensuite, je déplie la couverture quadrillée, dont le bon état et la propreté ne laissent pas deviner qu’elle en a réchauffé tant d’autres avant moi. A mon côté, la table, une forme oblongue d’un matériau inidentifiable, accueille quelques victuailles et la tasse cerclée de métal, gravée de l’insigne de la compagnie ferroviaire. Récipient matrice de folles discussions dans les fumées des thés, elle se distingue par son métal froid, lisse et luisant qui agrippe et renvoie la lumière, dans cet environnement plat et sans relief. Au dessus de la table, l’imposante fenêtre laisse le regard errer dans la campagne russe qui défile, recouverte d’un manteau d’environ 60 cm de neige d’où émergent des jardins divers objets dans un état de pourrissement plus ou moins avancé. Les kilomètres défilent à mesure que le convoi de fer poursuit son chemin centenaire vers l’Oural, puis le Kazakhstan, la Mongolie, la Chine et l’extrême-orient Russe.
