@abcleverun counterargument: closed species as a concept are fine, its just the toxic “fandom” and communities that tend to develop around them are bad. cs as a whole are just another way for people to make money with their creations imo, just like adoptables in general, but a lot of the time people use the closed species they own as a status symbol and act real snooty as well as act horrible towards people who make anything with similar features even if theyre really common features like curly tails (but also a lot of the time the owners of the spcies do not condone this and dont care if people have similar traits as long as they dont try and pass them off as official designs to the species)

Long Tail Keyword Is Better Way To Connect With Audience
If you are handling the Search Engine Optimization strategies for your company, then the audience is evaluating the keywords that determine which ones to focus on. Many professionals mistakenly believe that long-tail keywords are defined by the number of words used in a particular search query.
It is a common misconception that “long-tail” keywords represent the number of words used in the phrase. You may think that they have been tailing for a long time because they have more words in the phrase.
Tumblr media
Long-tailed keywords are longer and more specific keyword phrases, which are more likely to be used by visitors when they are close to a point-off or when they are using voice search. They are a little over-friendly at first, but if you know how to use them, they can be very valuable.
Handling long-tail keywords is only a matter of establishing better lines of disclosure between your business and those customers, who are already out, actively buy for what you offer.
Think about it: If you google the word "car" (a very comprehensive keyword that is sometimes referred to as the "head term"), then what are the chances of you clicking for sale? But if you search in google "Hyundai Santro", then you know what you are searching for and you're probably ready to pay for it.
Typically the phrases with low search volume have more words. As a result, these definitions became scarcely over time, and people began to correlate long-tail with the number of words used in the phrase rather than the search term.
Clearly, you’re planning to draw less traffic with a long-tail keyword than you'd with a more common one, but the traffic you do draw will be way better: more centered, more committed, and more covetous of your services.
Finding Qualified Searchers with Long-Tail Keywords
With small keywords, competition for ranking can be fierce, but visits can be low and ROI may be lower. With the implementation of long-tailing keywords, you can pull low traffic and you can go with numbers, but your return on investment will be much proportionally: You must be appealing to those viewers who you are looking for, and those viewers will be closer to point-of-purchase than your low-end rivals.
Less Competition = Lower Costs
Long-tail keywords are useful for businesses, who doesn’t want their content to rank in organic searches, but they’re potentially even more valuable for advertisers running paid per click campaigns. When you bid on long-tail keywords, the cost per click is certainly lower, since there’s less competition.
By targeting specific long-tail keywords in your AdWords campaigns, you can get high ad ranking on relevant searches without paying a premium for each click.
The trick is to find a reliable, renewable source of long-tail keywords that are right for you and for your niche target. Surprisingly, most keyword suggestion tools neglect this category, only focusing on the head, and ignore the rest of the spcies.
Know How to Find Long-Tail Keywords
Finding long-tail keywords with keywords research tools is easy. Let’s find out how.
Using Google Search
Using Google Keyword Planner
Find Low Competition Using Long Tail Pro
By Spying on Your Competitors
Using Google Search is Right Way to Find Keywords
Just in Google search, when you type or search a generic keyword, you'll find something superb and easy to rank long tailed keywords. You can also use the prefix as to search for "how" or "what is" etc.
When you already consider some generic keywords in mind, this is the best method, and the selection of keywords depends on your needs.
Find Low Competition Using Long Tail Pro
There are some tree tools like Long Tail Pro. You can use it for keyword research. This will definitely ask you to spend money, but currently will save you time by showing the full detailed structure of the top 10 pages for your targeted keyword.
It will also help you to check whether your web page is ranking for your target keyword or not.
Always Focus on natural language keywords
A natural language, long-tail keyword strategy can do a lot for your business, and many research tools are available to help with your SEO game plan. Now that you know what is the exact definition of a long tail keyword and how common misconception happens, you will be on the right track while doing keyword research.

autism acceptance month: day 9!
Day 9. Talk about Autism Speaks.  Do you support them?  What’s your opinion about their policies? And/or  Talk about special interests.  Do you have a special interest?  What is it?  Feel free to infodump.
i’m gonna answer both prompts because the first one will take me one sentence: auti$m $peaks is garbage and their policies are garbage and no one should support them however well intentioned that person is.
now!! special interests!!! i have Many but the big ones are harry potter, homestuck, weird sea creatures esp jellies, and words/writing/anything literary or linguistic!
my favorite hp character is luna, closely followed by neville, and then harry and hermione at a tie for third. i also rly love remus and sirius. snivellus manpain aka s3verus sn@pe is a pile of rotting garbage. ginny weasley should have been a lesbian. tonks should also have been a lesbian. she and remus were clearly bearding each other. my fave book is order of the phoenix.

SEA CREATURES, I love. sea creatures. i love fish. some spcies of jellies are immortal and they don’t have brains but they’re ALIVE ANYWAY and i think thats amazing. sunfish aka mola mola are not very bright but they are BIG and so silly looking and i love them and if you ever reblog that pic of one getting a hole bit in its head i will literally unfollow you. cuttlefish are Adorable. i love the way they walk on their lil face tentacles. octopi are so smart and if they ever take over the world i will gladly submit to their leadership.
writing!!! book!!! words!!! reading!! im a creative writing major and i love writing and reading and poems and the way language grows and changes and the way the same words in different contexts can evoke different feelings and i love how silly and weird metaphors are!!! i love slam poetry, i love shakespeare, i love ya romance i love good scifi i love. books. words. yes.

Recently, the mother of a close friend of mine told me, over grilled cheese and milkshakes, about Ben Frye’s interactive artwork “On the Origin of Species: The Preservation of Favored Traces.” Frye overlays, with color-coded highlighting, the original text of Charles Darwin’s On the Origin of Species [1859] with the changes he made in subsequent editions. Even cooler, you can watch the changes appear, and mouse over the tiny lines of text to read them. Some of the changes are small, the edition or replacement of word, but many are longer paragraphs laying out new examples that support Darwin’s observations and thoughts, represented by long blocks of color text on the screen. The most obvious of these is the addition of a new chapter, “Chapter VII: Miscellaneous Objections to the Theory of Natural Selection” in the sixth edition (1872). While Frye’s work is a beautiful graphical representation of the evolving (hah!) nature of On the Origin of Species, it was what Abby (my friend’s mom) said to me after she told me about it that sparked my interest the most.
“You know Darwin’s wife Emma was very religious and made edits to Origin that toned down some of the language about humans? It’s interesting to wonder how much she reshaped it, and how few people know about her involvement.” Abby was right, a fact which became apparent after only a cursory Google of “Emma Darwin Origin of Spcies” (spelling has never been a strong suit of mine). According to Deborah Heiligman, author of Charles and Emma: The Darwin’s Leap of Faith (2009), Emma fixed many of Charles’ spelling and grammar mistakes, and helped him rework sentences and points to make them both stronger and more palatable to the public. To me, one of the most remarkable things about Origin, is the special care that Darwin put into making his argument one the public could follow, one that wouldn’t be too off-putting to them. And Emma likely greatly contributed to this. Despite the role she seems to have played, she is not mentioned a single time in Peter Bowler’s comprehensive treatise Evolution: The History of an Idea (2009 [1983]). Bowler, over 381 pages, tracks historical opinions and ideas about the mutability of species, as well as the historical context in which Darwin developed his theory of Natural Selection, and the myriad of sources that inspired and shaped his work. Yet Emma is not there. Perhaps it’s time historians take a page out of Heiligman’s book and start taking her role in Darwin’s writing and scholarship more seriously.
