got 80% of a wall done w this first round of painting for today! my hands hate having to do this type of work and my biceps are screaming but i feel like thats great progress as i have another painting window later this evening if my hands arent swollen up to balloons like they are trying to do right now

its looking like i will more than likely need a second coat but this base coat gives me a good blank canvas to decide the details I wanna add

the entire basement is this god awful 70s wood paneling so theres these little channels between each panel that im thinking about painting like a a really crystlline blue color. Im going for a very mid 00s fruiter aero see through technology vibe so i feel like that will give a really bright and airy look that i want which means the second coat can wait till i get a brighter white for the base color and then the blue that i want

im also thjinking about adding glitter just bc i fuckin can. my parents literally never use this room so they danm well wont use it even after i leave so im just gonna go fucking nuts

also im realizing that i talk a shit ton about like my every day life and not just 3d shit bc this is just basically my fuckin journal so like if you dont wanna see these innocuous BS posts you can black list the tag

damn today has been a mixed bag like I got to hang out w ppl and go to the Pride meeting but like in both instances one person said they were a chris/tian and talked about like “homophobic Chris/tians aren't real chris/tians” and its like- 100% the “no true Scotsman” but I still feel uncomfortable. and Like then the second person, a dude I also know from something else, and he asked me to wait w him till his parents came to get him and he kept going on about stuff that I felt I was showing obvious signs of discomfort but I think it got better after this other dude (who I will dub “:I” cuz thats the face he makes) joined us and kinda took all the attention off me. AND THEN the first dude made a kinda biphobic remark about a dude he'd talked w on like OKCupid and then he misgendered me (on accident prob) so I kinda was feeling bad nonetheless. Me and :I had a nice conversation walking back to the dorms tho so
