this is the smallest idea i have for a swan lake au where white swan henry is trying to protect alex and their love. but black swan george magically turns into henry to trick him. hope you enjoy<3

Perhaps he should just get it over with. As an official member of King James’ court, it is not like any of the people he surrounds himself with hold any virtue anymore.

His twin brother, George, certainly does not.

Henry hardly even recognizes him now. Pompous and rude, far from the caring brother he grew up admiring. Peacocking around the palace because he shares the king’s bed every night.

Not to mention every time Henry thinks he has a connection with another man, George swoops in to whisper in his ear that they have already slept together, which immediately makes Henry sick to his stomach.

Writing quick drabbles about the obscure blorbos I kept forgetting to write about 1/4

okay I fully admit that this is incrediby self indulgent but Joe Goldberg obsessing over writer!reader hits so so different. You came into Mooney's looking for a first edition of some obscure book, and the second Joe saw you it was game over. The light in your eyes, the way they sparkle as you scan the shelves and look at the titles has him hooked, but when you ask him if they still have any copies of what you're looking for, you have him hook line and sinker. He never thought he would emet someone as perfect as you, much less someone with such good taste and interest in literature. Then he finds out you write too??? he thinks there needs to be a word stronger than perfect. once he learns more and more about you wthout your knowledge, he doesn't find a single red flag. He worms his way into your life, and before you know it, you're living together and he's the perfect dream boyfriend. He protects your time to write like a dragon protects its hoard. He knows what kind of distractions to eliminate, when to sit with you in silence and when to leave you alone, when to bring you more coffee or tea and encourage you to keep going and when to tear you away from your laptop, insisting you give yourself a break. He'll never pressure you to share anything before you're ready (even though he has access to your google docs or scrivner in the cloud, but don't worry, he's really good at acting like this is the first time he's reading your work when you do show him. He's had plenty of time to hone his reactions and perfectly articulate all the praise he's going to give you.) when you do share your work with him, it makes him feel closer to you than ever. He's notjust getting to see inside the deepest most intimate parts of your mind, but you're letting him. you want him to. you want him, just like he wants you.

really love amateur Internet horror as a whole like its a great medium for passion projects and creativity but if there's one thing id like to never ever see in the space again its "legitimately good subtle story but we added a scary monster that runs at you BWAH!!"

I'm gonna go on a bit of a rant here (again) (this is gonna be a bit over the place, I'm awful at actually putting my brain down lol)

While I'm a fan of power scaling and 'who would win's?', one thing I really, really hate is when superman is brought into the question, or Batman as well.

Why I hate it is because how boring they are in these. Superman immediately wins, Batman immediately wins because 'prep time' or because 'it's superman.'

And I get it, Superman is literally 'That Guy' for DC, I do. But because of how overpowered he is, and because of dudebros, it immediately makes any fight with him so fucking boring because he won't struggle. He won't have to make an effort, he'll just one shot them blah blah blah.

It's why so many people don't like Superman, because he's been portrayed as a god, unfeeling and simply a tool for people to say, 'he sweeps' without explaining why or how he wins, which would at least make it a bit interesting. When Clark is written well, I;E as someone who actually has emotions, people get surprised because of how deeply their characters have been butchered.

(Batman using guns and abusing his kids, Superman seeing himself as above humanity. These two get their characters massacred the worst out of everyone and it sucks.)

What makes fights between powerful characters entertaining and fun is HOW they fight each other.

How do they counter attacks? How do they injure each other? How do they dodge each other's attacks? How do they use their surroundings and terrain, their intelligence and tools? That's what makes it interesting.

To just summarize a fight with "oh he just flicks a finger and the other guy explodes that's it" like. No. That's not an interesting fight, a shameful way of writing a fight.

It's why I avoid anything regarding battles between Supes or Hulk, of Saitama, or Goku, not just because the comments will be utterly insufferable, but because I know it's going to bore me out of my mind. Especially when they act like the other character isn't powerful, and is just some weakling.

With Batman, I hate Batgod.

Batman is a human. Peak human, incredibly intelligent and a damn invaluable fighter, but still human. I hate it, when people just say he wins bc 'prep time', especially if he's fighting a powerful character for the first time, you can't prepare for the first encounter that happens in a death battle.

I like seeing characters struggle during battles, I like it when they put effort in. I like it when they have weaknesses and aren't just a flat character of 'oh he's unbeatable' with no other defining features.

The best stories with them are when they're struggling, mentally or physically, when they have to test their beliefs and their physicality.

TLDR: learn how to write creative fight scenes using elements from their characters and not just how hard they can punch for the love of fucking god if this keeps happening I'm going to shoot every fight scene creator istf-

It's 3 AM but I just woke up from this dream where I was playing the main character from a TV show all about how this guy wanted to murder me

I was helping my friends organize a charity event at some Pride Month Festival thing (?)

But I kept having hallucinations of the guy who was trying to kill me where it was just his plans to murder me but from his perspective, in which he was always presented as an action hero trying to save the world, because he believed he could do that only by actually slaughtering me

The worst was when I got to the one where it was how he viewed me and I was this weird distorted monster where you could still tell it was meant to be Me just completely fucked up

Also this character was played by 1980s Nic Cage with lots of facial piercings because why not

And in dream-world this was a real person this wasn't just nightmares I was having in my dream, but I never met the guy before. I had this friend who met him once or twice and I was trying to ask about him in the most subtle way possible which didn't work she was just like "yeah that's a weirdo move on"

Then there was this scene where I was talking to an old friend I hadn't seen in years but I totally zoned out, due to the stress probably, and then I hallucinated Hugh Laurie as House sitting right next to me and he was like "hey actual fucking Sherlock Holmes here, let me fill you in on what your friend was talking about when you were busy worrying about your little murderer problem"

I was focusing on the reflective doors across from us, which showed that myself and friend had a reflection but not hallucination!House, as he summarized my friend's conversation and then gave me sarcastic asshole statements I could say to get out of the conversation

I just found the nicest way I could to end the conversation and leave, but I totally fumbled the facial expressions, causing her to worry and House to make fun of me as I just walked away

Then I was talking with someone else about some prizes she had bought for a raffle she was planning to run during the charity event, and I asked her if she ever had any hallucinations. Then all the prizes started looking weird and dream-melty which caused me to wake up before I could see if Nic Cage was gonna try to kill me or not

And that's why he never, ever, missed the opportunity to talk about his girlfriend whenever he had the chance.

He mentioned her during interviews, press conferences, social media post and even fan interactions. To the point where fans started making compilation videos with all the moments he publicly obsessed over his girlfriend.

The most popular one gathered millions of views on YouTube, showing multiple occasions Lando couldn't help but be down bad for her.

The video started with a clip from Q&A with fans, someone asked him about his favorite way to relax after a race. Without missing a beat, Lando replied, "Cuddling up with my girlfriend, of course. Nothing beats that."

"You're really whipped man, It's embarrassing," Oscar, his teammate, teased beside him, making the audience laugh.

"It's not, really." Lando shrugged proudly.

The next clip was taken from McLaren's Tiktok account, their content creator tried to do the "Can you watch my ___ for a second" prank on Lando.

"Oh my girlfriend already did this prank to me," Lando said, laughing at the camera, "Baby, If you're watching this, I miss you. Your pranks are way better than McLaren's"

The video moved to show Lando during a post-qualifying interview, his suit hanging by his waist and his fireproofs showing, when asked about his strategy for the race, he cheekily replied, "Well, first I'm going to call my girlfriend for some good luck wishes. Then, I'll focus on getting to the front."

"Zak Brown should hire your girlfriend as your strategist then," the interviewer joked.

"That would be great but I don't think we would be getting any job done. You know what they say about mixing business with pleasure."

The next clip showed Lando with his friend and fellow driver Max Fewtrell, playing a trivia game about how well did they knew each other. Max had to answer what was Lando's worst habit.

"I'm going to say leaving dirty plates around the house," he said, showing his board, "You do mate, admit it."

"My girlfriend would agree on that," he admitted, "She's always complaining about it."

"I don't know how she's still living with you."

"Because she loves me, and I would die if she leaves me."

On the same note, a video of Oscar teasing Lando followed right after.

"Who's most likely to snore?" Lando read the question, and Oscar quickly put ut the cutout with Lando's face, "How are you so sure? You didn't even hesitate."

"Mate, I've heard you, plus your girlfriend literally complained about not being able to sleep properly last night because you kept snoring."

"I did keep her up last night, but it wasn't just because of the snoring," Lando said, a cheeky grin on his face.

"Put the not safe for work disclaimer at the beginning of this video please."

The next segment was from Lando's own Youtube channel, he was doing a little vlog in Miami before the race weekend.

"Hi everyone," he said, filming himself in the mirror with his camera, "Today I'm back with another LandoLog, I'm going to be filming some behind the scenes of this Miami weekend, so without further ado, let's go," he moved the camera around, focusing on his girlfriend who was putting some mascara on her eyelashes, "Here's my beautiful girl, who takes ages to get ready. Say hi baby."

"Hi everyone," his girlfriend waved, laughing, "I'm not taking ages, I'm just making sure I look good."

"You always look good for me," Lando said, giving her a quick kiss on the cheek before turning the camera back to himself, "See, I told you she's the best."

The next clip showed Lando and Oscar together once again, this time they were giving a tour around the McLaren hub.

"This is my driver's room," Lando said as he opened the door, "It's cleaner than Oscar's, clearly, and looks like I have a bed."

Lando moved to put together the small bed that was behind the door, "This is an upgrade from last year, we didn't have this. I'll be definitely giving it some good use, to nap or with my girlfriend."

"Can we have a video where you're not a horndog please?" Oscar said, putting his hands on his hips.

"You're the horndog, I never said what we were going to use it for, we're just going to cuddle."

The video moved to show one of Lando's post race interviews after winning the Miami GP, he had been asked ho would be the most excited person about this win besides him.

"My girlfriend, definitely. I couldn't have done it without her," Lando said, his voice filled with emotion, "She's been my biggest supporter, my inspiration, and my motivation. This win is as much hers as it is mine."

The video then cut to a scene from Lando's gaming stream with Max Verstappen. The two drivers were deep into a game of Call of Duty, their banter and laughter filling the screen. Lando was focused, his eyes glued to the monitor as he coordinated with Max.

Just then, Lando's phone buzzed on the table beside him. He glanced at the screen and his expression softened, the comment section noticing, "Hey, mate, I need to go. My girl needs me for something," he said, setting down his controller.

"Lando! Are you serious right now?" Max said, his eyes still glued to the screen.

"I am, see ya," he turned to the camera, smiling not so apologetically "Sorry, guys, duty calls. See you next time."

The last scene was a snippet from an interview, Lando had been asked what he saw in his future.

He paused, a soft smile playing on his lips. "Honestly? I see a lot of racing, hopefully some championships," he laughed, "but most importantly, I see her. I can't imagine my life without her."

The screen faded to black, showing a text that read: Get you a man who is as down for you as Lando Norris is for his girlfriend.

i have so many thoughts about the tommy song/video and theyre a jumbled mess. i wouldnt call this an analysis this is just. most of my thoughts surrounding the video and what it shows about tommy

one of the things that stuck out to me (outside of how depressing and just like. is this guy okay) is something that ive always respected tommy for because he's always stuck with it and its his like. fervent conviction in people doing things theyre passionate about. thats always been one of the things he talks about all the time!!!

when AI started appearing he was talking about death of creativity, with the internet he's always talking about how the real tragedy is the algorithm killing people's passion by driving them with views and money, and even when he talks about youtube itself, and nowadays standup, its so full of passion.

and i think thats really important because it would be extremely easy for someone like tommy, who's in the process of maturing his online image from a very loud, immature and PASSIONATE persona, to make fun of it. it would be so easy to do like so many other creators and laugh at how "cringe" it was and make a quick cash/attention grab with a funny clip of him laughing at himself. but he never has. well don't get me wrong he's laughed at himself or old videos but it's always just. good natured taking the piss out of himself, it's never this like. mocking your younger self who was so excited to do what they did only because now its "cringe".

not only is he constantly giving that advice to other people (its been years of him replying, to any kid in his chat or donations asking advice on how to be a creator etc, "just go and do it if you love it!!"), he's coherent with how he applies it to himself. he realised he was making cash grab tiktok react vids and hated it so much he just stopped uploading for a while.

i dont know i just think there's something admirable about being able to still be sincere in a time where everything especially online has to be processed through a layer of irony. and its even funnier because he's more sincere THROUGH the irony i mean he's literally going into standup.

letting yourself create something that "means" something is fucking hard especially when half the internet still sees you as a kid who screams around. except the thing is that kid DID make stuff that mattered and that meant something because he was, in his own words, having fun.

i think thats what the format of the video was about too. i mean i think it was pretty clearly not a song thats meant to be streamed, its not purely music, its also a video because tommy is also first and foremost an editor who went to film college. its also not a "comedy" song like he's made some before, because those were all intentionally created to land as many jokes and make a big buzz— which doesnt mean they were bad! im philza is a contemporary lyrical masterpiece. but they had a specific purpose and it was to make people laugh and i think this video was completely like. opposite of what peoples expectations are of tommy. the "wow hes not a child anymore hes being mature🤓" reactions are the most obvious aspect of this (which, like, its been a while, get with the program).

i think the point of this was to make something that genuinely meant something but that was also like. as unpalatable to the algorithm and to the TommyInnit Viewer as possible. even now that he's gone into making quieter, more reflective videos, we've never had the flashing texts and the projector images and just all of that. hes always talking about how he hates the way the "youtube formula" has dictated the course of content and stolen all creativity for youtubers. its not meant to be a YouTube Video tm. its just meant to mean something to someone, and obviously process some sort of personal emotions, and i just think thats. yeah. yeah

i mean he even says so outright. "this needless, self indulgent spiral of self gratification" is pretty damn explicit. its not meant to be funny content its really a cry for help or for just. anything at all really

it was also a lot about perception, yknow the "entertainer" dilemma, "its all attention porn"... theres a layer of this point thats universal, everyone struggles with how they're perceived and i think any "artist" or "entertainer" figure can see themselves in it, but there's also a layer thats completely impermeable to most of us because it touches upon the sheer absurdity of a "youtuber". especially one of tommy's popularity. especially one who blew up so so fast so young. i honestly think its IMPOSSIBLE to process that. its about the ethics of having millions of people's time so readily available to you if you just press the right buttons to make the algorithm happy and then you've got them. im like 75% sure i remember him saying this on stream once, something like "your time is valuable" and if a fan didnt value him as an entertainer they should drop him.

and even here^ thats the saddest "lmao" ive seen in my life SORRY LOL but its really just. yeah im not gonna repeat myself it speaks for itself. perception and internet expectations and all that

one of the other images that stuck out to me was also this:

"yeah i know its too much like bo burnham but it wont be in a year though. in a year it will be like tom simons. just let me figure out what that means, ok?"

a lot of the video is about. influences and inspirations. the bo burnham references are so obvious he's poking at them, but i think he's raising a good point about the creativity that he's constantly praising. its never something that springs up on its own, its all about looking at others work and making it your own and feeding yourself with all those experiences and slowly, surely building your own way of doing things (tommyinnit "minecraft talent show" and "a tribute to dream smp" serial quackity + schlatt impersonator would know all about that) ->

and its daunting! its fucking scary to move away from that! which is also the main vibe i got from the video which, outside of his own issues with how he's perceived online, was the sort of existential dread that comes with actually creating. its one thing to preach you need to be passionate and create, its another to sit down and create something thats BY you. its a part of growing up! and we're literally seeing him do it live (well the bits that he chooses to show obviously)! thats also part of why i think tommy's so relatable to so many people is that he's so like. honest and real about what it's like to grow up, simple as that, and growing into yourself.

"this was everything to me" and using the picture of his younger self... man. theres obviously so much sadness underlying the whole thing but i think the nostalgia and melancholy in mourning being someone who was only inspired/excited by your interests and role models is universal. and obviously for tommy a lot of those influences turned out. well i think it was pretty damn clear who/what he was referring to here. ->

i don't think i need to go too in detail about that, especially cause a lot of the video was clearly a way to process his own personal emotions. especially with those next few images. i just hope he's okay and that god doubles his pain and gives it to mr beast to quote my friend bronzetomatoes. man.

of course he had to end with a funny clip about a hot anime girl and i think that kinda. sums it all up in a way. if that makes sense. at the end of the day its about the fact that he has to use humour to make the thing work when its out in the open, even when he tries not to and to be actually honest, but theres also the fact that hes literally a comedian and creating something "honest" IS through humor. its kindof a double edged sword

Scrolling through TikTok, multiple videos made me giggle. Matt was sitting on the couch, doing who knows what on his phone. I had seen the trend of someone putting on sunglasses to “hide their eyes” but looking directly at their significant others selected feature, and I wanted to hop on the trend as well. So, while Matt was on his phone, distracted, I took it as the perfect time to do it. I grabbed my Prada sunglasses (thank you matt) from his room and walked to the living room.

“Hey babe.” He muttered, I ignored him and started my TikTok. I started it by just a quick clip of me sliding the glasses onto my face and cut the camera. I then changed my angle, resting my arm along his hip, and face directly above his crotch, staring down at his dick. I pressed record for the last 10 seconds. Matt moved his phone to his left a little, saw the camera and smirked. Next thing I know, his hips thrust up, hand on the back of my head, face slamming straight into his dick. He put his hips back down, starting to cackle. I looked up, shocked but with a slight smile. The TikTok ended there. “Matthew!” He was still laughing, I unbelievably chuckled, playfully smacking his chest. He grabbed my arm, playing with my gold rings and put a hand on the back of my neck, pulling me closer. “You know I love you.” He whispered as he placed a passionate kiss to my lips.

“Four million likes in less than 24 hours??” the triplets were astonished, having shocked looks. I nodded my head, “Yeah, this really blew up. You know matt, this could be really good for your guys’ career..” Of course it would, but I definitely just wanted to do more trends with him. I poked him and wiggled my eyebrows. He looked at his triplet brothers, who looked just as hopeful as me. He looked back to me, “I’m sure it would.. fine.” I jumped up, “Yes!” and that only just started the growth of the tiktok “it” couple.
