The clinic I work at is in an older house on a dirt basement. As I climbed these terrible stairs out of it today, I happened to say, "This is the most serial killer basement," to which my co-worker laughed because we all think it, I'm just the first to say it out loud.
Like, I kid you guys not, you legit have to TELL someone when you're going in the basement and premise it with "If I'm not back in 15 minutes, come look for me."
It's more a crawl space, but you can almost stand up in it. Still, everyone smokes themselves in the head with a pipe at least once.
It's creepy, to say the least. The stairs are steep and sloped to inspire falling face first down or toppling backward on the way up. You also nearly smack your head on the way into the basement.
It's always moist, so we have a dehumidifier running, which means you can't hear a damn thing if someone sneaks up behind you. And there is a full dirt crawl section where there is a second furnace (I feel sorry for the heating guys when they have to come service it).
It's gross, scary, and you definitely don't look into the dark too long. 😬
Am I saying something is living in our basement? Probably not, but I still don't turn the light off until I'm back upstairs.
And none of us have ever turned the light off on someone in the basement.

However, proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure they continue to function optimally and provide the best possible hearing experience. In this guide, we'll explore practical tips and techniques to keep your hearing aids in top-notch condition.
Why Proper Maintenance Matters
Before delving into maintenance tips, let's understand why it's crucial to care for your hearing aids:
Prolonged Lifespan: Regular maintenance can extend the lifespan of your hearing aids, saving you money in the long run.
Optimal Performance: Well-maintained hearing aids deliver superior sound quality, ensuring you don't miss out on important conversations or sounds.
Prevention of Damage: Proper care reduces the risk of damage from moisture, earwax, and other environmental factors.
Now, let's move on to the actionable steps you can take to keep your hearing aids in excellent condition.
Maintenance Tips
Clean Your Hearing Aids Regularly
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe away any debris or earwax from the surface of your hearing aids.
Use a specialized cleaning tool (provided by your audiologist) to gently remove earwax from the microphone and receiver openings.
Avoid using water or cleaning solutions, as they can damage the delicate components of your hearing aids. 2. Keep Them Dry
Moisture is the enemy of hearing aids, so be sure to remove them before showering, swimming, or engaging in water-related activities.
Invest in a hearing aid dehumidifier or drying kit to remove any moisture buildup overnight.
Store your hearing aids in a cool, dry place when not in use, preferably in a protective case. 3. Handle with Care
Always handle your hearing aids with clean hands to prevent transferring dirt or oils.
Avoid dropping or knocking your hearing aids, as this can damage internal components.
When not wearing your hearing aids, store them safely out of reach of pets and children. 4. Schedule Regular Check-ups
Visit your audiologist for routine maintenance checks every six months to ensure your hearing aids function correctly.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to prevent further damage or deterioration.

Hearing Aid Repair Near Me - Keeping Your Hearing Aids in Good Condition
Hearing aids are complex devices that perform sophisticated operations each day to support your auditory needs. These state-of-the-art digital electronics are comprised of many delicate parts that can break, crack, or get clogged with earwax if not properly cared for. Hearing aid repair near you is necessary if your hearing aids become damaged or begin to fail.
Keeping your hearing aids in good working order will limit repairs and extend their life. Some things you can do to help keep your hearing aids in better working condition include:
Daily cleaning with a small brush or tissue is an excellent way to minimize earwax build-up and ensure your hearing aids are clean and free of wax. Earwax build-up can clog microphones and sound ports, and cause feedback and other issues. Avoid touching or dropping your hearing aids, and make sure to store them safely in a case when not in use. Also, keep your hearing aids away from children and pets who may try to eat or play with them. Lastly, never apply hairspray, sunscreen, or cologne while wearing your hearing aids; these chemicals can build up on and inside the microphones, receivers (speakers), and buttons.
Moisture is one of the most common reasons for hearing aid repair, and can often be avoided with simple maintenance. Moisture can damage or cause failure in numerous components, including the battery compartment and ear canal hose. It is important to dry your hearing aids every night by opening the battery compartment, removing batteries, and letting the devices air out. Investing in a dehumidifier, especially if you live in a humid area or exercise a lot, can further reduce moisture accumulation.
If your hearing aids have been extensively damaged, it may be time to consider replacing them. Depending on the cost of repair, it can be more economical to upgrade to new technology that offers more features and is more advanced than your older hearing aids.
A qualified hearing professional can help you decide if repairing or replacing your hearing aids is the best option for you. They can provide you with a comprehensive hearing assessment and demonstration of the latest products to see what would be the most appropriate solution for your lifestyle and hearing loss.
If you have any questions about Hearing Aid Repair Near Me or need to schedule an appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us today! We look forward to helping you improve your quality of life with a healthy, properly functioning pair of hearing aids. *Audio Help Hearing Centers offers a free hearing assessment and demonstration for potential consumers only. How can I create a clean and asthma-friendly home environment?
Tumblr media
Creating a clean and asthma-friendly home environment is essential for managing asthma symptoms and reducing potential triggers. Here are some steps to help you create an asthma-friendly home:
1. Regular Cleaning:
- Dust and vacuum your home regularly, using a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to trap allergens.
- Use a damp cloth for dusting to prevent dust from becoming airborne.
- Wash bedding, curtains, and upholstery frequently in hot water to kill dust mites.
2. Reduce Allergens:
- Encase pillows, mattresses, and box springs in allergen-proof covers to prevent dust mites from infiltrating.
- Minimize or remove carpeting, as it can trap allergens. Opt for hard flooring like wood or tile.
- Wash or replace pet bedding regularly and groom pets to reduce dander.
- Use high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) air purifiers to help remove allergens from the air.
3. Control Humidity:
- Keep humidity levels in your home between 30% and 50% to discourage the growth of mold and dust mites. Use a dehumidifier or air conditioner if necessary.
4. Address Mold:
- Fix any leaks or water damage promptly to prevent mold growth.
- Use exhaust fans in bathrooms and kitchens to reduce humidity levels.
5. Ventilation:
- Ensure proper ventilation in your home to improve indoor air quality.
- Use exhaust fans or open windows when cooking or showering to remove moisture and odors.
6. Avoid Smoking:
- Do not smoke indoors. Ensure that your home is a smoke-free environment.
7. Choose Low-Emission Products:
- Use low-VOC (volatile organic compounds) or VOC-free paints, adhesives, and cleaning products to minimize indoor air pollution.
8. Regularly Change Air Filters:
- Change the filters in your heating and cooling systems regularly. Use filters that are rated to capture small particles.
9. Keep Clutter to a Minimum:
- Reducing clutter can make it easier to clean and reduce the hiding spots for dust and allergens.
10. Bedroom Optimization:
- Encase pillows, mattresses, and box springs in allergen-proof covers.
- Consider using hypoallergenic bedding materials.
- Wash and change bedding regularly.
11. Control Pest Allergens:
- Seal any cracks or openings in your home to prevent pests like cockroaches from entering.
- Use traps or baits to control pests rather than chemical sprays.
12. Create a No-Shoes Policy:
- Have a designated area near the entrance for taking off shoes. This helps prevent tracking in outdoor allergens and pollutants.
13. Store Chemicals Safely:
- Store household cleaning products and chemicals in a well-ventilated area away from living spaces.
14. Regularly Replace Filters and Clean Ducts:
- In addition to changing air filters, consider professional duct cleaning to remove dust and allergens from your HVAC system.
15. Asthma Action Plan:
- Work with your healthcare provider to create an asthma action plan that includes steps to take in case of an asthma exacerbation.
By implementing these measures, you can significantly reduce potential asthma triggers in your home and create a cleaner, healthier living environment that is more conducive to managing asthma symptoms. It's also advisable to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized recommendations and asthma management strategies.
You may want to consider scheduling a consultation with Dr. Parthiv Shah at Sparsh Super Speciality Lung Clinic in Borivali, specializing in asthma treatment. Dr. Shah can evaluate your condition and provide guidance on whether a referral to a pulmonologist is warranted.

How to Use a Mould Remover For Walls
Tumblr media
Mould and mildew on walls is unsightly, can damage paint and is bad for your health. It’s also a sign of moisture problems in the house that need to be addressed.
To get rid of mould on your walls, you’ll need a few common household items and some elbow grease. We recommend wearing a mask and gloves and working in a well-ventilated area to control fumes.
Bleach
Having surface mould on your walls is unsightly and can cause damage to fabrics and decorations, not to mention compromise the air quality in the home. If left unattended, mould can also be very unhealthy for young children and the elderly.
If your walls are covered in surface mould, bleach can easily be used to remove it. However, it’s important to remember that the removal of mould isn’t just about removing visible stains, but eliminating the roots of the fungus.
Before using bleach, it’s a good idea to wear rubber gloves, protective goggles and a respirator mask. It’s also a good idea to move furniture out of the way and cover it with a protective sheet or blanket. In a large bucket, mix equal parts of water and bleach. Dip a sponge or cloth in the solution and scrub away the mould. After you’ve wiped all the stains, let the walls dry. Be sure to keep the windows open to speed up the process.
Vinegar
A lot of people use vinegar to remove mildew from walls but there are a few things you should know. First, vinegar does not kill all types of mold. Vinegar should be used only on non-porous surfaces. Second, it is very slow to act. You may need to scrub the area several times with a brush or scouring pad. Third, if you have a porous surface like drywall you need to up the game with borax or another more aggressive cleaner.
Clorox bleach and Tilex mold and mildew remover both contain chlorine and are effective at killing mold on hard, non-porous surfaces. They are also faster and easier to use than vinegar.
Borax
A chemical that is used as a cleaning agent and an ingredient in some laundry detergents, borax has strong anti-fungal properties. When mixed with water, it forms an inhospitable environment for mold spores and kills them. It also removes some stains and is a good alternative to bleach.
If you notice black spots on your walls, do not ignore them, as they could be the early stages of a mold infestation. It’s important to treat it immediately, as mold spores can cause many health issues and damage plaster and wall coverings.
Mix a solution of 1 cup borax with a gallon of water and apply it to the affected areas. Spray the solution or wet a cloth with it and wipe. Avoid rubbing the area, as you may disturb the mold spores. If you need to scrub the area, use a sponge or toothbrush. The solution is safe to rinse, and the borax prevents mold growth.
Myhome
Aside from walls, mould spores are often found in soft furnishings like curtains and armchairs. This product from Furniture Clinic is designed with these types of surfaces in mind and promises to blitz the fungus while shifting any unsightly discolouring.
The product is formulated in Britain and boasts a natural, non-toxic formula that’s both vegan and PETA endorsed. It also promises to deliver a fuss-free user experience and offers a powerful mould remover that works quickly and effectively.
Mould often forms in damp or humid areas of the house such as behind wallpaper, on ceilings, and in jute carpets and wood. Mould spores are a common cause of allergies and asthma, so it’s important to clean up and fix the problem as soon as possible. A dehumidifier is a good choice for tackling systemic mould growth. Investing in one of these can help maintain RH below 50% and stop the fungus from growing in the first place.

Water purification System: Challenges Faced by Laboratories
Challenges that laboratories face to maintain purity of water:
1. Ensuring proper filtration: Water filtration systems must be regularly maintained to ensure they are free of sediment and other contaminants.
2. Controlling microbial levels: Microbial levels must be carefully monitored and controlled using regular testing and disinfection methods.
3. Minimizing cross-contamination: Laboratories must take extra precautions to prevent cross-contamination between different samples and different areas of the lab.
4. Minimizing environmental impact: Laboratories need to take extra steps to reduce or eliminate any environmental impacts that may result from their water purification processes.
5. Ensuring product stability: Laboratories must carefully monitor and control the chemical composition of the water to ensure that it won’t degrade over time.
6. Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards: Laboratories must ensure they are compliant with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
Challenges faced by laboratories tackle waste water:
Laboratories typically manage wastewater by collecting it in special tanks or holding pits, and then disposing of it according to federal, state and local regulations. This includes treating wastewater to a certain level and disposing of it into a sewer system or a designated receiving body, such as a body of water. The type of treatment used depends on the contaminants present in the wastewater. Some common treatment methods used by laboratories include filtration, chemical precipitation, activated carbon adsorption, ion exchange, electrodialysis and reverse osmosis.
Small variations in water quality can affect final results:
Small variations in water quality can significantly impact the final outcome. Improved sensitivity of instrumentation allows for more accurate data and measurements to be taken, which can influence the accuracy of scientific research results. Small variations in water quality can also cause disparities in the results of the research by making it hard to compare data and results between different samples. If different samples have different water quality characteristics, such as different temperatures or salinities, it can be difficult to compare the results and make meaningful conclusions.
How do labs ensure purity of the water for best outcome?
Research labs usually start with purified water such as reverse osmosis water or deionized water, and then run additional filtration and purification systems such as ultra-filtration, distillation, and ultraviolet (UV) light to further purify the water. Labs may also monitor the chemical and biological purity of their water as well, in order to ensure it is within acceptable levels for clinical research.
What is the alternative to bottled water in laboratory settings?
The alternative to bottled water in laboratory settings is Water Purification System For Laboratory Use which uses deionized or distilled water, which can be generated through water filtration systems. Deionized water has had all of its mineral ions removed, making it purer and more suitable for laboratory applications.
How does in-house Laboratory Water Purification System help to maintain the required level of purity in the lab?
An in-house purification system can help maintain the required level of purity in a lab by removing contaminants, such as dust and bacteria, from the air and surfaces. This can be done through a variety of methods such as air purifiers, air filters, and dehumidifiers. Special cleaning agents and antiseptics can also be used to maintain a clean and sterile environment. In addition, an in-house purification system can help maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level, which is essential for proper chemical reactions and processes.

What is the Most Effective Treatment for Tinnitus?
Tumblr media
The tinnitus issue, when not taken care of on time, can become serious and result in a poor quality of life. Thus, treatment is extremely important to carry on with your regular activities and avoid complications. Make sure that you look for tinnitus treatment in Boston to get the best assistance.
Treatment options
You must research well to find a professional who can provide timely support. Remember, tinnitus can result from an underlying health condition. So the doctor might be able to reduce the symptoms by treating the same. Some of the examples here can include.
• The removal of ear wax causing the blockage can actually reduce the symptoms.
• In case of any underlying blood vessel condition, you will require surgery, medications, or other treatment to address the problem.
• In case the tinnitus results from noise reduction or related issues, then using hearing aids can improve the symptoms.
•If you note that the medicine you are taking is causing tinnitus, then the doctor will advise you to reduce or stop the drug or switch to a different option.
Noise suppression
Although the tinnitus issue cannot be resolved, there are treatments that can help you make the symptoms less noticeable. The doctor aims to use an electronic device to suppress the noise. This will include the following.
White noise machine
The devices can create a similar sound to the environment or static sounds such as ocean waves or falling rain. This works well for treating tinnitus. You can try a white noise machine along with the pillow speakers to help you sleep better. Besides the use of dehumidifiers, humidifiers and fans in the rooms can also produce white noise, which can help make tinnitus less noticeable at night.
Masking devices
The device is just like a hearing aid. This can produce a similarly low level and continuous white noise, which will suppress the tinnitus symptoms.
Counseling
There is a behavioral treatment that aims to help the person living with tinnitus issues by changing the way they feel and think about the symptoms. A search for tinnitus treatment in Boston will help get a proper understanding of the same.
Tinnitus retraining therapy
It is the individual program that the audiologist or the treatment center will provide. The therapy works as a combination of counseling and sound masking. You will have to wear the device in the ear that will help mask the tinnitus symptoms while you are receiving the counseling. Over time you will notice fewer effects of tinnitus, and it will result in better management of the same.
Cognitive behavior therapy
You can find a good mental health professional who will help you cope with the techniques for making the tinnitus symptoms less noticeable. Counseling can also help with the problems that are associated with tinnitus, like pressure or anxiety.
Start with the treatment

Hm. Don't like trying to pack all my worldly possessions and move in the next two weeks and also deep-clean the apartment and also konmari the apartment and also probably take Rugal to the vet for a sore on his hind leg that isn't healing and also take myself to the human vet for an X-ray of my hands and more bloodwork and a follow-up appointment and then schedule yet another abdominal CT my doctor ordered (hello barium contrast my old friend) and also go back to the cardio clinic downtown to get Holter monitor removed and schedule tilt table test and probably an echo, and also at some point I have to like. Get groceries? And do my usual Sunday commitment. I slept until 2 pm and I'm still too tired to get up, I had miso soup and cold cuts for lunch. I have to call my new building manager because they have four "Unit 1s (A-D)" and I don't know which one mine is and ComEd is giving me too many options and I need to transfer my utilities. Also need to schedule transfer of forwarding address with: USPS, the specialty pharmacy that delivers my Xolair, the regular pharmacy that delivers my other prescriptions, and get the address of the CVS near my new apartment for T and Concerta scrip forwarding, then input the info on MyChart. Need to give landlord a firm move-out date, and tell him to let M, the new tenant, know that he will have to restart gas in his own name and backdate it to the 26th even if he moves on Sept 1st. Updated address on all court materials, gotta send them from the Humboldt post office, also A1A test and Polish contract. Change address with bank, change address on invoice template for freelance, change address with Rugal's vet. Change shipping address default for: eBay, PayPal, medical supply bulk warehouse, ???. The antykwariaty have me do it manually each time so it's fine. Today we need to buy: a reptile carry case that will keep Rugal warm over 24 hours while I move and set up his tank, and a portable cooler for 4-8 syringes of Xolair so they don't spoil. Mom is being very good intentions but wants to get me, like, barstools when what I need is medical storage or a file cabinet, so send her links. Start looking at bedframes? Assemble the cardboard boxes. Refill pill case. SHOWER. Deal with dishes, mold, etc.
ADD TO INVENTORY FOR MOVERS:
Dehumidifier
Rugal's tank (glass)
More boxes of books
Meds cart
Couple of trash bags, just put your pillows & shit in there
Oh there is so much more to do but my brain is as soggy and disintegrated as the chunks of tofu in my miso soup

Refrigerators - Things you must know
Refrigerators come in many shapes & sizes but whatever your requirements they can be found if you just know where to look. There are also many different shapes & sizes when it came to domestic or household refrigerators but generally the most common sizes on offer begin at 50 cm wide, 55 cm wide, 60 cm wide and 80 cm wide. Also available are 50 cm wide and 55 cm wide and these fall under the name "Domestic Refrigerators". You can also get under the name of commercial refrigerators and these are for commercial use. A lot of people buy commercial refrigeration to take advantage of the fact that they are large and store food.
All household refrigerators now days are built to be more energy efficient so this is one of the main features to look for when buying a new fridge. They now also come with an automatic cooling system but many don't like these because of the possibility of them being left on all the time. You can however choose from either a manual defrost unit or a de-cluttering system which is also known as an auto defrost. With a manual defrost unit you need to keep the doors open to let the cooling units circulate the air. These are generally only suitable for larger refrigerators as they do require more space as there is not as much clearance to the back of the refrigerator.

Inside the majority of domestic refrigerators there is one chamber which is generally sealed off with a metallic or plastic door. This compartment is generally a lower area than the remainder of the unit and contains the heating element. In some case the heating element will also be contained within a separate compartment and this is known as an integrated heating and air-conditioning (IHA) system. In modern day refrigerators fitted with an air compression system there is one chamber that contains the air compressor supply duct and the other is the absorption refrigerator part.

Compressors, also known as centrifuges are basically a rotating shaft device that converts a higher volume of gas to a lower one. The internal pressure is then controlled by the variable speed drive or the V-screw drive. The modern domestic refrigerators will have a single, two or three-speed compressors depending on how much cooling is needed. There are basically three types of compressors namely, rotary screw compressors, scroll compressors, and reciprocating-screw compressors. Most domestic refrigerators are fitted with a single screw rotary screw compressor.
Refrigeration compressors also contain a cooling compartment which is used to cool down condenser components and associated materials. Ice machines are installed inside some refrigerators and they use an ice-water pump to release ice-cold water into the storage compartment. These ice machines are widely used in hospitals, and clinics as well as in residential homes to chill water and drinks. Apart from this, these refrigerators are also used to cool air conditioners, kettles, and other cooking devices.
One of the oldest models of compressors were the screw pump units. This kind of refrigerators contained a sealed screw pump which was fed through a pressure control cylinder and into a condensing unit where the cooled contents were collected. This is a relatively expensive unit as well as being highly energy consuming. Modern screw pumps are now fed into double-walled compartments, thereby reducing their size and increasing their efficiency.
Compact refrigerators, as their name suggests, are extremely efficient and compact. These types of refrigerators are made to be used in extremely small space and to make them highly economical. In addition to this, they feature adjustable temperature controls to maintain the right food temperature at all times and can even be programmed to maintain a constant freezer temperature. The freezer compartment can also be fitted with a dehumidifier to keep food items hygienically fresh and free from airborne particles. Compact refrigerators are very popular in home kitchens and many families keep one or more of these units in their kitchen for easy and efficient food preparation.
Peltier refrigerators are the most compact type of refrigerators and the term 'peltier' comes from the fact that these units have a layer of felt on the bottom that absorbs heat. This is because the bottom of the unit absorbs moisture from the atmosphere and heats it up before releasing it. These types of units have become exceedingly popular in commercial settings like restaurants because they are extremely energy efficient. However, because they are so popular in restaurants, they are also quite expensive and peltier units have been banned in some countries because of their harmful effects on the environment.

what are the non-pharmacological treatments for asthma?
Tumblr media
Yes, there are several non-pharmacological treatments and lifestyle modifications that can be used to complement asthma management and improve overall control of the condition. These non-pharmacological approaches can be particularly beneficial for individuals with asthma and can help reduce symptoms and the need for medication. Some non-pharmacological treatments and strategies for asthma include:
Identifying and Avoiding Triggers: Recognizing and minimizing exposure to asthma triggers is essential. Common triggers include allergens (e.g., pollen, dust mites, pet dander), smoke, air pollution, cold air, and respiratory infections. Taking steps to reduce exposure to these triggers can help prevent asthma symptoms.
Allergen Control: For individuals with allergic asthma, allergen control measures can be highly effective. This may involve using allergen-proof covers for pillows and mattresses, regularly cleaning and vacuuming the home, and avoiding or minimizing contact with known allergens.
Dietary Changes: While there is no specific "asthma diet," some people with asthma find that certain dietary modifications, such as reducing intake of processed foods and increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables, can help improve their overall lung health.
Regular Exercise: Regular physical activity is important for overall health and can improve lung function and reduce asthma symptoms. However, individuals with exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (EIB) should work with their healthcare provider to manage symptoms during exercise.
Breathing Exercises: Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing and pursed-lip breathing can help improve lung function and reduce the feeling of breathlessness during asthma episodes. These exercises can be taught by a healthcare provider or respiratory therapist.
Stress Management: Stress can exacerbate asthma symptoms in some individuals. Stress reduction techniques, such as meditation, yoga, and mindfulness, may be helpful in managing asthma.
Weight Management: Maintaining a healthy weight can be beneficial for asthma management. Obesity can worsen asthma symptoms, so weight loss and a healthy diet may help.
Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers: Depending on the climate and individual sensitivities, adjusting indoor humidity levels with the use of humidifiers or dehumidifiers can make the environment more comfortable for people with asthma.
Regular Check-ups: Even when asthma is well-controlled, regular check-ups with a healthcare provider are essential to monitor lung function, assess asthma control, and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.
Asthma Education: Education is a critical component of asthma management. Learning about asthma, how to use inhalers correctly, and understanding the importance of adhering to an asthma action plan can empower individuals to better manage their condition.
It's important to note that while these non-pharmacological treatments can be beneficial, they are often used in conjunction with prescribed asthma medications as part of a comprehensive asthma management plan.
Individuals with asthma should work closely with their healthcare providers to develop a personalized plan that includes both pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies tailored to their specific needs and triggers.

Cursed birthday club
Woke up to my dog having gotten sick all over my carpet
My dehumidifier empties into a bucket and it overflowed while I was sleeping
Found a dead kitty (scooped him up and brought him the vet while sobbing and posted him all over Facebook to find his family)
Missed my bus so I had to take an Uber
Had my bipolar diagnosis confirmed
Misssd my bus and had to take another Uber
Arrived to class and only after my first class did I realize like all of my side boob was out
Walking to next class and realized my ass was out because my backpack made a short dress a SHORT dress
Finally got done with school and figured I’d stop at the clinic and see if they’d found a microchip on the kitty and if someone at least got the closure they need. Nope.
Got home and gave my rug a deep clean cause the puppet got sick again while I was at school (he’s fine my grandparents just accidentally gave him peanut butter)
Now I’m doing statistics homework 🤦🏼‍♀️
