Since we’re talking about timeline… am I the only one weirded out by the fact that Marisol is sticking around since last season, is obviously getting along with Chris (and I really don’t think they meet so early on their relationship even if Chris was the one that convinced his dad to call her) and still we don’t know shit about her?

from a real life perspective, I don't care to know more about her cause I want the actress gone, but from a storytelling perspective, it's lacking. it's been obvious by the lack of development that she's not sticking around, but it also means the confrontation on thursday is going to be a bit of a let-down. the focus is of course going to be on chris, but if it was ONLY on him then they could have had pepa drop him off, or had him arrive alone from a friend's house. marisol bring there means we're gonna get the blow up about cheating, but it's gonna be very meh

Canderemy - candace takes jeremys name 1000%. She has dreamt of being Candace Johnson for way too long to accept anything else and jeremy is fine with whatever she wants to do

Fluttercord - no surnames to begin with so no name changes. Raises the question of how that usually works in this universe if you have just one name. Cause i think ajs mom took her dads name right? But then you have names like Rarity

Fraphne - depends on the timeline but in sdmi fred DEF takes daphnes name. Half bc he just wants to and half because of the jones/chiles trauma

Schrucy - they both keep their names. Neither of them want to change because neither lucy felton nor schroeder van pelt sound good

Viony - anyone who marries into the parr family, not just tony, will have to change their name to parr. Sorry its the rules bc that name is too iconic.

Joanfk - i think joan just goes with kennedy bc Of Arc is not an easy surname to have. Makes legal documents annoying

Zeddison - addison takes zed's name as a political statement but they only reach that conclusion after arguing over who gets to take whos name

Sorikai - they don't have canon surnames but kairi and riku would take whatever sora's is.

Miyumo - yuko and mo become marconis by default bc theyre nolastname

how would season two have been different if byron stuck around instead of being replaced by ash is the question. like would he have gotten a job at the juicenet creating closer proximity between himself and emma? or would he maybe have actually begun teaching elliot to surf in earnest rather than just leaving him on the sand to mess around while he pisses off with emma lol again resulting in the pair getting closer. would he have tried to force her into the water like ash? would he have made her a romantic dinner or demanded to know her secret? would he have gotten in a homoerotic feud with zane over a game of pool? would the overarching conflict still be roughly the same, or would byron have more interaction with charlotte than ash did?

How do you think everyone in H2O celebrates Earth Day?

bella: i have a headcanon that she’s vegan, partially for environmental reasons, and to celebrate earth day she makes vegan “gelatin” treats for her friends that are shaped like trees

emma: is very environmentally conscious, as is the rest of her family. only rides her bike instead of driving for the entire week. elliot is trying his best, but she snaps at him when he leaves the faucet running while brushing his teeth

cleo: goes to the beach and cleans up the coast so plastic doesn’t harm the turtles and other marine life

charlotte: goes to her favorite botanical garden and paints it for several hours

rikki: kind of ambivalent about earth day, but decides to turn off the lights when she’s not using them. spends the day on mako island to appreciate nature

nate: has never heard of earth day before, but when he stumbles upon a climate protest, he realizes that there are actually a lot of Ladies™️ in environmental activism. he decides to stick around at the protest, starts serenading them with an improvised song about the earth, and somehow gets a few numbers

byron: celebrates earth day on the wrong day because he’s confused. his celebrations consist of listening to the “vibrations of the earth” while stoned

sophie: actively opposes earth day and thinks climate change is a hoax
