What I needed to buy VS what I actually bought You know you have serious shopping problem 🛍 (and I really need a cure🏥) 🆘when you went out for groceries 🛒 and came home with this..💅🏻👄💄😫 It's a sad reality that most of us turn to these (shopping🛍, eating🍽, drinking🍷, etc.) avenues for a quick relief and escape. But how can you solve the problem if it is part of your daily activity? 📆 Most of us are suffering from stress due to too much work🛅, or too much going on in our lives, and finding it hard to cope. A stress within the threshold is a good thing📈📊, because it tends to sharpen you up, perform under pressure and make you work more effectively. But when it becomes overwhelming, theres is no doubt that it can affect both physical and mental health. In fact, it is one of the biggest workplace problems nowadays. We need a #healthyworkplace🤸🏼‍♂️ Getting stress levels under control🎚🎛 can be a real challenge. I am really struggling🎭, and a good starting point in dealing with stress (I'm not sure if you wanna hear this...) is by making sure that the money 💰I spent will not go to waste 💸🗑🚮. Haha!! 💃But I'm serious about the links between workplace stress and health..👩🏻‍💻🏨 Okay, so much for my mid-day rant🤦🏻‍♀️, sorry naman!!!. I need to get my a** back to work. 🤷🏻‍♀️I have to finish these concept notes, workshop mechanics, methodology, training modules, etc. 📕📗📘📙📚for 2017 as most of these trainings and activities for #sanitation are new or were not conducted regularly.
