Here some fresh ideas: My aim is to create great retreats as beautiful getaways to improve health and fitness, destress from every day life, and connect with other like minded. The retreats will combine energizing yoga workshops, fascia stretching classes, meditation in motion sessions and hiking. The workshops will be accessible for all levels of yogi's and hikers, making these retreats interesting, fun and effortless. Blending principles of mindfulness practices will help to move from meditative sessions to bodyawareness with ease: * The yoga sessions will be mostly filled with flowing movements, linking meditation in motion with breathwork, moving our bodies through both power and restorative poses. * The fascia stretching classes will include deep slow stretches for active recovery after hiking with creative and balanced sequences for full body-mind relaxation. * As for the daily hikes, the intention is besides to discover the beauty and harmony of nature, to become more centered, peaceful, energized and nourished.
