THE FUCK IS HOLOLIVE?: An idol agency except all of its roughly 20 or so girls are youtube streamers who have their identity protected by a live2d avatar. They recently had a very fun live concert and all of them have or will have 3d models, but the majority of content is just them streaming whatever's their fancy at the time. (As of 2/17/2020 a lot of them play a lot of ARK, thank Coco for that) Therefore, they're part of the new form of niche culture called Vtuber.

THE FUCK IS A VTUBER?: Virtual youtubers. Like a normal streamer but, again, live2d portrait instead of their actual face. That's basically it. Content is about as varied as any other youtuber.

ALRIGHT, WHO WE GOT?: Hololive's split into OG Tokino Sora, the girls alongside her who are also primarily 3d, and then 'generations'. Just plug in their names and you'll find their channel easy. Again, variety differs between all the girls, but expect a lot of Nintendo games, chat streams, karaoke, and Minecraft across the board.

-Tokino Sora OG mom slash idol, debuted all the way back in 2017. Probably the only proper idol in all of Hololive. Warm, friendly, relaxing. She mostly does 3d variety streams and song debuts so she's hard to follow without advanced japanese.

-Roboco(-san) Pose happy killer robo with a notably smokey voice and calming demeanor. Plays a large amount of minecraft and first-person games in general; recent streams include ARK, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon remaster, Apex, and Fortnite.

-Sakura Miko ELIIIITE MLG miko idol with a tendency to swear a bit. High energy, fully embraced 'press f', gives herself sunglasses during streams, great friends with Pekora. Also notably into eroge. Did a full playthrough of Papers Please lately and is one of the most addicted to ARK (21 streams at around 4-5 hours each.)

1st Generation -Yozora Mel Sleepy vampire with the occasional killer instinct. Soothing, gentle, kind of lewd. Very much into nintendo games with Smash, Ring Fit, SwoSh, and Mario Kart being her latest content, but she's a little slower with the output. Part of the lewd blonde club with Aki, Haato, and Choco, who were demonetized until recently.

-Aki Rosenthal Cyber elf with detachable twin tails. Pretty similar to Mel in disposition, though less sleepy and more...I want to say 'fantastical'. Recently gained popularity due to her buck naked superhuman beefcake character in ARK, with Kerbal, Go Home, and some ASMR rounding out the rest of her content.

-Natsuiro Matsuri Eternal 17 year old cheerleader from the class next door, Matsuri is a high energy raging lesbian who's also a complete sweetie. Her infamous bandaid clip is what got a lot of western fans into Hololive. Plays a wide variety of games but also twitcasts at random times of the day like when she's in bed or in the bath, just to chat with her viewers about what's on her mind. Well loved.

-Akai Haato The ESL transfer student, girl next door, Haato is, well, exactly that. Commonly traveling for studies, Haato is a bubbly girl with a fine sense for aesthetics; you'll catch her making elaborate builds in Minecraft or playing visual novels during streams, along with a smattering of other games. Notable in that she's the only girl that'll do purely English streams, likely to help with her own education. Also kind of a baka.

2nd Generation -Minato Aqua Disaster masochist maid who's actually stupidly good at video games sometimes. She's both mischievous and hard working, massively popular in China, and, again, stupidly good at games. Soulsborne speedruns, PUBG, ARK (also one of the most addicted), Minecraft (seeing a pattern?), League if you catch her bilibili streams...but she's also the one who will spend a stream calling the other girls and asking them to bully her. Wild card gremlin.

-Murasaki Shion Genius mage who doesn't do a lot with her magic. Pretty well known for her 'neeeeeee', with a distinctly smug avatar/voice. Pretty good at games too, with a variety of Pokemon, retro games, Minecraft, Smash, horror, Mario Kart, etc. Excellent singing voice too, would recommend her covers.

-Yuzuki Choco The totally-not-a-succubus demon nurse at your highschool, Choco embodies :sweating:. Obviously she's lewd, but there's also a silly and petulant side to her that's fun to watch too. ASMR is her specialty. She's also, surprisingly, really into Dead By Daylight, so if that combination sounds fun to you hit her up.

-Oozora Subaru If Haato is the girl next door, Subaru's the bro next door. A very down to earth but energetic and sporty tomgirl, she recently spent three streams and sixteen hours on trying to take down Sans. Other recent things include Live A Live, The Witch's House, and GTA. Refreshingly easy to relate to compared to the other girls sometimes.

-Nakiri Ayame Hello, honored humans~ Hololive's millenium old oni. Has a peculiar way of speaking, especially in her pronouns, which lends a certain charm if you can got on board with it; happy go lucky, easy to like, and really cute on top of all that. Recently recovered from sickness (as of 2/26) so was the last to get on the Ark craze, she's actually very fond of multiplayer games as a way of 'getting to know mortals'. Apex Legends, Mario Kart, Splatoon, etc.

GAMERS: A sort of generation on its own, and also a kind of weird designation when all the girls game so frequently. Oh well!

-Shirakami Fubuki Fox. Not a cat. Super cheerful, makes a lot of weird noises that people turn into youtube poops (that she encourages), and also a helluva gamer. Plays plenty of battle royales, ARK, and of course Nintendo/Minecraft stuff. Infamous for her absolute feral hunter instincts in Project Winter, where she commonly massacres the entire map on her lonesome when she's the traitor.

-Ookami Mio Mom wolf who has to play tsukkomi (straightman) to basically all of Hololive sometimes. Which makes it all the more hilarious during her semi-common charisma breaks, like during Haato's recent English Exam stream. Has been into EDF, Pokemon, Ghost Trick, and Splatoon lately.

-Nekomata Okayu The sleepy smug cat with the most chill personality. Notably very, VERY close with Korone, and in general kind of a playboy in general. Never denies it or any of her myriad transgressions though. Her Mother 2 run has been fun recently, but really you could just tune into her frequent chat streams and relax that way.

-Inugami Korone Dog. An oddball who kind of just goes at her own pace, playing all sorts of weird games like Nyanpo (the pokemon prototype) and weird PS1 retro games. Shows a disturbingly violent side sometimes; her ongoing Blasphemous run and recent RE4 runs have shown how much she's into that kind of stuff. But also she's still a dog, so really don't worry.

Inonaka Music: -AZKi AZKi is closely associated with Hololive but is really more of her own thing, being even more idol than Sora is. Doesn't stream much if at all, has her own album out, does music collabs more than anything else, etc. Helluva singer though.

-Hoshimachi Suisei The vtuber idol who's totally not a psychopath, and totally a goddess at tetris. Like Fubuki, made a name for herself with her psychotic rampages in Project Winter, and also very much unfazed by horror games. Really fucking good at tetris too, doing 98v1 streams lately in Tetris 99, and a godly songstress too. Her karaoke streams are to die for.

3rd Generation: Also known as Hololive Fantasy. These girls are particularly close to each other. If you can find translated clips, I definitely recommend their host club streams where they compete in seducing other Vtubers. (Yes. That's serious)

-Usada Pekora AH^HA^HA^. You'd think she was a cute rabbit, but no! It's a Tewi level shitposter combined with some legit video game skills. She likes playing the heel deliberately just for shits and giggles, like when she nearly walked off with Miko's Nether Star. She's in fact very close to Miko, their relationship being both great friends and great rivals. Definitely one of the most addicted to ARK too; she's been making headway in conquering the ocean.

-Shiranui Flare Handsome half-elf archer, Flare's the designated tsukkomi of the third generation. She's definitely the most down to earth of them, charismatic to boot, and does as she pleases with a relaxed personality and husky, smokey voice. Very very VERY close to Noel. You'll find some really fun playthroughs of various action games like Dark Souls, Bayonetta, and Sekiro on her channel, and thanks to her picking up game mechanics fast they're fun to watch for anyone.

-Shirogane Noel Knight Captain of the Shirogane Knights, Noel's...kind of an airhead, actually. But she's definitely a pleasant, softspoken sort of person who's incredibly relaxing to listen to. Also a big eater, you'll hear her talk about beef bowls and muscles a lot. Just try not to stare too much at her 'pectorals.' As mentioned, VERY close to Flare (they just had a two day long date to a ryokan). Plays whatever with no focus in particular.

-Uruha Rushia The cute, soft, innocent apprentice necromancer, Rushia occasionally comes out of the gates roaring with rage filled screams before chilling out. An absolute cutie though, who loves her fans very much (though really every Hololive member does), her attempts to be cool and reliable lend to some great comedy. She's got a great singing voice if you can find one of her bilibili streams, and otherwise plays a wide variety of things.

-Houshou Marine A~hoy~. The completely safe for work, modern, not-cosplay eternal 17 pirate...and everything I just said was a lie. Most of it anyways. Marine's a riot of a lady with an incredibly dirty mind and dirtier motor mouth, great voice acting ability, and knack for art that she'll happily show off (among other things). Definitely one of my favorites, you'll find plenty of chat and art content on her channel, along with some of the most Ark addiction and a full array of Touhou game playthroughs.

4th Generation: Hololive's newest five girls, it's been a month and change since they debuted. They're notable for working together on some of the most wild content Hololive's put out so far, all helmed by a certain dragon. But we'll get to that.

-Tokoyami Towa The little devil that does whatever she wants, Towa's known for a couple of other things at this point: refreshingly honest personality, Pokemon playthroughs with an eclectic choice in team comp, and her charmingly atypical tomboy voice (though her mic's not amazing). Great singer, super funny if you can find the rare translated clip of her, and was an absolute menace at the recent Hololive werewolf/mafia game. How she managed to fake being a Seer from day one and nearly win, I'll never know.

-Tsunomaki Watame Hololive's bouncy sheep. Ram? Something like that. A very girly, friendly, lightly ara-ara personality, she's an honest and open with her feelings sort of girl. Earnest laughter at chat and games, real emotional tears while watching the live concert with her generation mates, Watame's a total sweetheart who streams a bit of music everyday as the pre-show to Coco's Morning Shitposts (official name). She's also gotten very close to her senpais in some regards...but above all she likes singing, chilling out in Minecraft, and recently playing through a couple Kirby games.

-Himemori Luna If you want to see a completely innocent cinnamon roll looking character say things like 'ass' and 'don't f*cking take crystal m*th', Luna's your gal. Her high pitched, almost childlike voice takes a bit of getting used to but she's a sweetheart that just has fun no matter what she's doing. But she'll also say a bunch of really funny shit while doing it just from sheer juxtaposition of her voice/appearance and the vocabulary. Surprisingly good at video games too.

-Amane Kanata PP Tenshi. Perfect Pitch, Powerpoint...Kanata's a bit of a sheltered honor student sort of girl who has an incredible vocal range, so much you'd be forgiven for thinking she was a professional voice actor or singer. She loves playing along with jokes even if she doesn't get them some times, and is really close with Coco. If not for said dragon she'd be the biggest memelord in the 4th generation, but alas; her channel has lots of collabs with fellow members and a series of cute 'research' videos on the various generations of Hololive. Unfortunately untranslated though.

-Kiryuu Coco The one, the only, the President of Nishinari herself, Coco has been a force of nature since she debuted. Her vulgar sense of humor, rapid fire jokester nature, fluent English speaking, and complete conversion of Hololive to the wonders of dinosaur taming in Ark has made her one of the most subscribed girls in a matter of weeks. Every day at 6am JST or 1pm PST, she does a quick 20 minute gig called Coco News (officially translated as Coco's Morning Shitpost) where she reports on the various ongoings in Hololive. This ingeniously brings attention to the silly crap everyone's been up to, really fostering a sense of community between the girls you don't see elsewhere, while also being a riot to watch as she roasts everyone for their silliness (with full permission). Other notable memes include her stalwart boycotting of Nintendo Switches, her desire to fund a Hololive house, and her recent Hitman 2 run.

Asaka Manato is…

Calm and collected, yet flexible Ever since we were Lower Students she’s been calm and collected, and I’ve never seen her mess up, or seen her cry. But, when we all would get together to goof around, she’d join in, that kind of feeling. In any case, she’s really clever. Also, although she’s the younger one, she has an older-brotherly feeling of ‘Everything will be okay!’, and she’s a really reliable person.

A big eater Although her appearance hasn’t changed at all up to now, I seem to have an image of her eating a lot more in the past… I remember that she wouldn’t be affected by whatever went on around her at all and just steadily kept eating at her own pace… (laughs).

So fast at remembering choreography! Ever since she was a lower student she’s been able to memorize the choreography so quickly! It was the same way in things like Takarazuka Special, and recently when I asked her ‘So how do you learn the choreography?’ she told me ‘I don’t know, I just kind of look at the choreographer and my body moves’, so I wasn’t able to comprehend it at all (laughs). I think she comes by it naturally!

Kagetsu Miyako is…

Unchangingly a cute little creature She’s always been just like a little squirrel. Even as her seniority has increased that hasn’t changed at all, so no matter when I look at her I think ‘She’s so cute~’. As for her personality, she’s really laid-back but also has a bit of a mysterious side to her. I want to have a mysterious side, so I’m jealous of that part (laughs).

Sleeps with her eyes open When we were in TMS, she would really sleep a lot. But she wouldn’t close her eyes properly when she slept, so you could never tell if she was asleep or not (laughs). Nacchan (Kagetsu), do you still sleep with your eyes open~?

Suddenly turned into a great actress She’s such a great performer! What an actress! I was so moved by her in Grand Hotel, and her role of the grandmother in Spring Snow was so powerful! I was thinking ‘and that’s Nacchan…?’ I was able to talk to her in the dressing room about performing the other day, and as a senior actress she has such an amazing way of thinking about things, and she has really sharp perception. I’m so happy that the little creature from TMS became able to have such deep conversations! (laughs)

“This is really info you could only get from a classmate (laughs). But...I know I still sleep with my eyes open (laughs). I’ve always had people tell me I’m like a little animal… Maybe it’s because when I get flustered I’ll be like ‘Wa~h!’? (laughs) Being able to talk with Maa-kun after so long, we were each able to learn from each others’ experiences, so that was interesting. Above all, I’m so happy that she became Top Star!

Sahana Mako is…

Able to see things in such an incisive way She’s always been like this, but she sees things in just slightly different ways from other people. Ever since we were in the music school, I picture Kyabii as looking at things from her own point of view and laughing (laughs). Of course it wasn’t in a bad way at all. As we’ve been in the company longer we’ve gotten so close, so as we’re talking about different things, often I’ll realize ‘Oh, she must have been looking at things this way!’ and being surprised. She’s so fun!

Such a skilled actor I love Kyabii’s acting. Perhaps this is related to her unique way of looking at things, but when we were doing the Culture Festival, all she was doing was drinking something and scowling but she had a totally different atmosphere to everyone else. And now that she is bringing that to her current performances, so I really love that sense she has.

Feminine and kind I think she has an image as a really intelligent person, but she is also such a gentle and feminine person. I like that part of her too (laughs). She’s so considerate, like a really reliable older sister, and she’s also so kind, and always sees the good points in people. Basically I just love Kyabii (laughs).

Snow Troupe, Sahana Mako

“I think Natsuko (Kagetsu) is a really unique musumeyaku, so I’m really honored to hear this from her! As our seniority has increased we have gotten into the habit of talking about all kinds of things, and I wish I had something like Natsuko’s totally unique aspects that nobody else can replicate. But that spacey side of her is really healing too. We talk about anything and everything on or offstage, so our relationship has surpassed that of classmates.”

Kurenai Yuzuru is…

She has an odd way of looking at things When we were asked our reasons for deciding to try out for Takarazuka, she said “I want to paint the seats of the Grand Theatre red”. But...they’re red already.

Loves Takarazuka She’s a dyed-in-the-wool traditional Takarazuka fan. Back then [in TMS] she went and wrote in my performance notebook, where I would pour out my passion, that she loved Asazumi Kei-san. But, even though she said she really liked her, she wrote her nickname of Kayoko-san as ‘Kakoyo-san’.

Stoic in her own way Ever since she was a lower student, she would diligently practice the things she was struggling with. But since she was seeing her goal in a slightly different way to other people, it would have the opposite effect, she would end up running away with herself even further. As a result, to come all the way around she would put in even more steady work than anyone else.

Star Troupe, Kurenai Yuzuru

“Actually, at the beginning what I wanted to say was ‘I want to paint the seats scarlet [T/N: ‘kurenai’]’ but she came back at me ‘That means empty seats!’ (laughs). Running away with myself in the opposite direction… (laughs). That’s totally true! I never see what’s close to me. But, I think maybe it’s good that I’m that way (laughs). I’ve been good friends with Sahana Mako ever since we were in TMS. We would pretend we were in Masked Romanesque together and stuff (laughs).”

“Who will I get…”

Hoshou Dai is…

The top dummy of the 88th class! Our classmates always say that me and Dai-chan (Houshou) were about even in terms of being common-sense challenged, but they all say “If we had to choose, Dai-chan was the worst!” so just give up and admit it! (laughs) You’re number one!!

The calm before the storm... This was the day before a holiday, when we were Lower Students. One of the screws in her head must have come loose. She was goofing around on the train station platform, waving her hat around and cheering ‘Ya~y!’ Of course she was promptly spotted in that state by an upper student, and I’ll never forget watching her be scolded like nothing else (laughs).

More of an older sister type in TMS She was talented in Japanese Dance, so she would help you get your kimono on and look after you and such, but once we all entered the company her character totally changed. What’s with that? (laughs)

Snow Troupe, Hoshou Dai

“I don’t want to hear that from Kurenai Yuzuru! We’re equal, aren’t we? Equal! And then, that memory from TMS (laughs). That did happen, didn’t it! Why on earth did I do that, I wonder. Doing a rockette dance while twirling my hat around… Because of me, the commuter students all got horribly scolded...I’m really sorry about that!”

Yuugiri Rai is…

One of the 88th class band of goofballs Ever since we were lower students, Rai-chan (Yuugiri) and Kurenai and I would be the group goofing around (laughs). Although she has a diligent side too, she also has a lot of surprising aspects (laughs). The thing that left the biggest impression with me was when we were taking the entrance exam. During the ‘creative dance’ portion of the exam, she—she was in a volleyball club, you know—next to me she was doing a twirling serve receive (laughs).

So multi-talented! & she loves cute things! She’s so good at drawing, and really skilled at making things. When she was a junior actress she made slippers for a senior actress. She didn’t just put a simple picture on them, but she was so dedicated to making the design! That creative side of her is so cute, and it made me think she had a surprisingly feminine side to her too.

Her voice is the best!!! Ever since we were in TMS she’s had an amazing voice and such good singing skills! She did well in our classical voice class of course, but especially in popular music, her sense of rhythm was really impressive. “So that must be what it’s like to have natural talent~” I thought; it made me jealous.

Flower Troupe, Yuugiri Rai

“I did do that twirling recieve, didn’t I (laughs). Dai-chan, you see me from all different angles, don’t you. Even if you struggle at it, helping other people gives you energy, so I think picturing the other person’s happiness helped me do my best. I’ve always loved singing, so I listened to all different genres of music and learned them by ear. Daichan, do your best! I hope you will continue performing to the end with nothing to regret!!

Kouzuki Ruu is…

A star student! Ever since she was in TMS she had the top grades, and she’s the leader of all of us. Ruu-chan is so reliable, just having her there lets me feel comfortable! No matter what happens, she’ll calmly be able to handle it, and she gives off such a grown-up aura.

She’s just really nice I’ve never seen her being really grumpy or irritable. My strongest image of her is her smiling gently. Ruu-chan is so nice that I’m always ending up relying on her 💖

She loves Takarazuka 💖 She’s always loved Takarazuka, and she knows so much about it, so whenever we asked her about old times she would have an answer—she’s our Professor Takarazuka! I only had superficial knowledge, so she seemed to me like she was really my senior, a powerful individual who even back then had the otokoyaku aesthetics down and a real presence as a Takarasienne (laughs).

Back to Kouzuki Ruu…

Goal!

“I’m not that nice, though~ I have really major emotional swings (laughs). I hated being called a star student ever since I was a junior actress, and I really struggled to break out of that framework… Also, I don’t know about the whole history of Takarazuka (laughs). I probably just said things based on what I knew from when I started watching Takarazuka  (laughs). But, the otokoyaku style and aesthetic hasn’t ever changed! I think Rai-chan’s strongest idea of me is from TMS, so if you looked at me now it might shatter the picture you have of me… (laughs). Prologue

A 17-year-old boy named, Sutaki was busy flying on a airplane, flying on it for the first time, soaring through the wind, enjoying the view, until something went wrong unexpectedly, and everything faded total darkness.

Background:

When John Hammond, the founder of Jurassic Park, flew out of Isla Nublar with the surviving members of his endorsement team, the entire face of the company changed. There was no longer a plane to manufacture the animals and housed them in a tropical Costa Rican safari park. Now, the company became dedicated to covering up its losses while it hid itself away to lick its wounds. Jurassic Park became a huge disaster; an expensive failure that couldn't pass its first real inspection, InGen was in real trouble. They'd invested millions of dollars into bringing these extinct animals back to life and now all of their hard work had seemingly amounted to nothing more than two islands with large amount of secret dinosaurs that they couldn't even profit off of. They couldn't even talk about the animals without making some sort of big fuss, thanks to the deaths that took place in 1993. And so forth, Jurassic Park was forever abandoned. But Isla Nublar wasn’t the only island.

27 Years Later...

On a foggy day, there was an airplane flying by during a takeoff, and it came from an airport located on the east of central Tokyo in Narita, Chiba. It is called "Narita International Airport." Sutaki is going on a big school trip with his friends & classmates. While Sutaki on a plane, he was watching the sky at the window. He is with Oribe Mutsumi.

Oribe Mutsumi; an adorable, well-endowed brunette with a love for all things creepy-crawly. She is passionate about insects with a wide knowledge in their biology and behavior. She wore a green camouflage jacket over a white shirt and dark blue skirt with black stockings, and lastly, a brown trademark cowboy hat atop her head. Though it's obscured by her hair, she also carries around a blue and white backpack that has a fish design, named 'Gomaotto.'

Oribe was currently sitting to Sutaki’s right at the window seat and sleeping, her head leaning on his shoulder, she was drooling a little.

Sutaki has a childhood friend, named Naruse Chitose. Who is another very attractive and well-endowed brunette. She was sitting to your left, reading a book. Naruse is the class's chairman, and a Straight-A student. Recently, she joined the kendo club.

Naruse was one of Sutaki’s closest friends, her pushing him and tutoring him was probably the only reason Sutaki had transferred into Houshou Private High School. She was also the one to bring Sutaki and Oribe together after he had his nasty break up with your ex-girlfriend, Jinno Misuzu.

She's a slim young woman with a generous bust. She has long copper-red hair that matches her eyes. She wears a white, long-sleeved button down shirt with a black tank-top, tiny navy blue shorts and black boots.

One time, Naruse caught her cheating on Sutaki with his homeroom teacher, and told him shortly after. Revelation was shortly followed by a confrontation with your ex, which included a lot of shouting, screaming, and slamming a door...It wasn't pretty at all.

Naruse introduced Sutaki to Oribe as one of her friends since high school started, and actually got along pretty well since he thought her love of insects was pretty awesome. She filled Sutaki in on a lot of cool bug facts and he shared his amount of archaeology he gained from dinosaur facts from paleontologist, Dr. Alan Grant. She finds it interesting of what he had learned about archaeology and dinosaurs.

Needless to say, Sutaki and Oribe have bonded pretty quickly.

Even more so after the nasty break up and he fell into a sort of depression in which Naruse convinced me to go with Oribe and a rather hot entomologist by the name of Enoki Inaho, to a field survey. Enoki was the one who made Oribe interested in insects. She is Oribe's mentor and familiar with the ecology of insects. It was fun, Sutaki got along well with Enoki, she liked his corny jokes. One time, Sutaki saved Oribe from an unpleasant guy that the Tama no Moriyama City Forest Office decided would be our guide, thought he could try and assault Oribe. So, Sutaki had knocked him down with a black eye and a bloody nose, along with being tied up from a tree and left for city hall, that taught him a lesson.

After that, Oribe and Enoki kept dragging you along for further field surveys. As the trips continued, or those two just asked you to hang out, he slowly forgot about his ex-girlfriend, and started bonding a lot more with Oribe. And it escalated until you started dating, and she became his new girlfriend.

Now Sutaki’s friends are relaxing while flying, until something bursts from the clouds, a large flying reptile, it was a Pteranodon. This single attacker is followed by 15 others, a gorgeous and terrifying sight. They attacked the plane and one of them smashed its windows in an instant. But the overeager pteranodon was too close to the jet turbine, trying to fly away, but the turbine of the plane was so strong it pulled the pterosaur in, and gets decapitated by the blades. Soon the whole aircraft was destroyed as a few passengers screamed as they fall out, now the aircraft comes falling out of the sky as it was making its way to a crash landing.

Moments later...

Sutaki had woke up to see what happened and he sees that he is on a deserted beach area, seeing parts of the airplane around him damaged, and noticed that he crashed on an enormous island that appears on Costa Rica. A more hazardous island, it is apart of the Five Deaths island chain. This island serves as the primary setting for the aforementioned series.

Danganronpa Hollowpoint Despair OCs

I thought I might share my Danganronpa OCs. Only pixel sprites for now, but I am (slowly) working on fic and art.

Yasuko Aoyagi, the Ultimate Secretary and hero of our story. She tends to undersell herself, but is a legitimate genius with data, a keen memory of events and social circles, and is sharp as a needle.

Jinzou Kanaya, the Ultimate Roboticist. Her work is legendary among robotics researchers, and her specialty is robot proprioception - or, simply put, the sense that allows intuitive understanding of one’s body position in relation to itself and its surroundings. She made her first disaster-relief prototype at age 9 and has only grown from there. She’s blind without her beer-bottle glasses.

Kosshi Kimoto, the Ultimate Chess Player. Her frail self-confidence aside, Kosshi is terrifyingly competent on a chess board. Her knowledge of chess theory is unrivalled, and she’s fond of unorthodox openings to throw her opponents off balance. Kosshi’s also very intuitive and perceptive of human psychology. She can also play a decent game of shogi, but her specialty is western chess.

Mikei Uehara, the Ultimate Sculptor. Mikei is crude and irreverent, and a bit of a joker, but her sculpture work is internationally known. She works in both human form and abstract, and can make art out of just about anything. Her strength and dexterity mean even the hardest and heaviest of materials are no object. She’s almost always seen wearing her leather gloves, apron and headband, in case a wave of inspiration strikes her.

Niyoko Unome, the Ultimate Sharpshooter. Niyoko’s skill with firearms has to be seen to be believed. She’s trained all over the world, and has even been hired to give masterclass workshops to crack military teams all over the world. Her proudest achievement is being the youngest ever gold medallist at the Olympics for shooting. She’s paraplegic and relies on her wheelchair to get everywhere.

Lady Pythia, the Ultimate Astrologer. Nobody knows her real name, except possibly the Hope’s Peak faculty, and she refuses to tell anyone. Dramatic, vain and haughty, Lady Pythia believes herself to be the reincarnation of the Oracle of Delphi. She’s constantly fiddling with her star charts and uses them heavily in her predictions, shunning other methods of divination as mere wishful thinking and confirmation bias. It’s said that she’s never been wrong about a prediction.

Rinko Yurika, the Ultimate Roller Derby Ace. Also known by her stage name Marley’s Doughnut, she runs jammer for the team Yamata-no-Rollerchi, an internationally renowned team. Rinko herself is more comfortable on rollerblades than on her own feet, and lives her life at the same hurtling pace as her sport.

Saya Hachimori, the Ultimate Lucky Student. Saya lives her life on Death’s doorstep, and tends to just wear her hospital garb around. Battling a constant tide of illnesses has her consuming about as much medication as actual food, and it’s a miracle she’s survived this long. She’s the type to never expect anything, but is pleasantly surprised when things go right.

Tsubaki Chigami, the Ultimate Tea Connoisseur. Raised on plantations and surrounded by tea and tea workers most of her life, there’s nothing Tsubaki doesn’t know about teas and tisanes. Her extremely refined palate allows her to detect near-imperceptible quirks of flavour, and tea gardens the world over are desperate to get her stamp of approval on their finest crops and blends.

Houshou Ryoukan, the Ultimate Lawyer. His understanding of Japanese law is so comprehensive he was informing citizen’s arrests since he was but a child. He passed the bar exam at 16, and has since weighed in on some of the most prestigious cases in the country. His attitude is directed and precise as a cruise missile, and while he is effective he is well-regarded for not being ruthless in his approach.

Irazu Taikoubou, the Ultimate Apothecary. While his chuunibyou phase has him acting overly dramatic and wearing a Renaissance plague doctor coat and mask at all times, Irazu is every bit the Ultimate he is credited as. He has an excellent working knowledge of both traditional herbal medicine and also modern pharmaceuticals. Ask him for anything, and he can make you a serviceable at worst, to excellent at best, concoction. He’s very self-conscious, and nobody’s seen the face under the mask for years.

Kouichi Ryoushi, the Ultimate Fisherman. Kouichi’s been hauling in prize catches is before he could walk, and legend has it he once caught a river god who, in exchange for his release, gave him a preternatural sense for the best fishing spots. Whatever the truth, he’s a cheerful sole … sorry, soul who’s keen on goofy jokes and home-cooked food. He’s probably the best cook in the class.

Nenosuke Yumezono, the Ultimate Hypnotist. Though he first learned it for a party trick to impress girls, Nenosuke discovered he has a genuine talent for hypnotism and hypnotic suggestion. Now he offers hypnotherapy to the richest of the rich … and, for that matter, the most depraved and dangerous of criminals.

Resak Shindai, the Ultimate Storyteller. An Ainu man with a long memory, Resak is on a mission to learn all the stories in the land. His aptitude for theatrics enriches his oratory style and it is said that he can paint a more vivid picture with just his voice than a whole theatre troupe. Reasonable and perceptive, his calm demeanour keeps him useful in a crisis … but that’ll never happen, right?

Takahiro Hoshinoya, the Ultimate Astronomer. Takahiro is one whose head is often in the clouds and keeps to himself. Ever since he was a child his eyes were turned to the heavens, and his work in the field has revealed dozens of new solar systems. Shortly before Hope’s Peak reached out to him the government even approached him to help with a prototype called the Gofer Project …

Yuiitsu Umashika, the Ultimate Fence. Crafty, cunning and weaselly, Yuiitsu Umashika has spent his life skirting the law. If you want to buy it or sell it, he’s your man, no matter how dubious it might be. He may not be the trustworthy person around, but a useful friend to have nonetheless.

I really didn't want to do this, but I knew this would be inevitable. My time as an RPer must come to a conclusion. With my health rapidly declining due to overworking and immense stress and hardly any time to be at the computer thanks to work and school, it's time I retire from the hobby. What started out as a little fun my old online friends dragged me into back when I was in high school turned into a solid 7-8 years (??? or more??? I lost track of it) of experience and fun. I knew this couldn't go on forever. Although 21 is a young age to retire from it, I knew a year ago that it was close to my expiration date for role playing.

After having spoken to one of my closest RPing friends about the matter, he was right. I should not be denying the cruel truth of reality. It would also be unfair to many of my partners to constantly delay them of my replies and contents. I would love to be on, but at the same time, most of my energy is already spent working and tending to my real life matters. I'm going to NYU, I'm going to become an epidemiologist, I'm going to be working my bottom off, I'm planning to continue my prospective plan into medical school shortly afterward, and I'm definitely planning to work till I die for my community in the health profession. No matter how hard I try to calculate my schedule, RPing... just won't fit in anywhere.

So I apologize for leaving right after my "brief hiatus", but I like to let everyone know that I really enjoy your company and I enjoy getting to be creative with you all. Even if we barely see each other on the dashboard, I really love your content as I'm the type of person who reads whenever I have the chance. If... I don't bury my head in the drafts department. Also, shout out to these folks that I got to know for a long period of time! (some may come from my other accounts because yolo, I'm too tired to bother clarifying my existence and identity more than once)

It is also the final performance for top combi Sagiri Seina and Sakihi Miyu along with Houshou Dai, Karyou Shizuru, Momohana Hina, Hoshino Anri and Aoi Miki.
