Seis anos depois do Trip to Italy, a viagem à Grécia mantêm a sua forma mas perde em espontaneidade. O mote �� uma viagem da Grécia à Turquia para o Observer, sendo esta primeira parte interrompida próximo da Ilíada.

Steve e Rob encontram-se mais solitários desta vez, a família e as equipas de filmagem têm destaque para assegurarem a sequela em detrimento dos encontros fugazes que se iam sucedendo ao longo da viagem.

O filme inicia-se fazendo alusão a Lesbos e à crise de refugiados, mas ultrapassando com soberba esse apontamento temporal, onde atravessa a bordo de um iate de luxo esse mesmo mar... A crítica incide sobre a permanência num mesmo campo durante 10 anos, como a acusação de Steve de não se recordar do refugiado que o ajudou no ano anterior...
