Back cover shenanigans of the current @roccitynews featuring a photo that I made of a libation library that I know all too well. Here's to two years behind many more on the road ahead, @noxcocktail 🍾🍸🍻 (...and congratulations to Virginia of @wallbyrd Theater Company for her cover and feature story. She's a beloved Nox Regular - quite fitting that we should share front/back cover duties of this issue!) .. .. #nox #roc #rochester #villagegate #city #citynewspaper #commercialphotography #libations #craftcocktails #tomasflint #booze #wallbyrd #theater (at Nox: Craft Cocktails & Comfort Food)

CONGRATULATIONS To @lilydeletoile for making the cover of #Citynewspaper for such an important cause and grand exhibit and performance that will bring more awareness to the epidemic of rape and assault. Awareness is the first step to battling these issues that many of us have experienced in the past or are currently going through. So many props to this awesome Lady. So many gold stars. You are a warrior. Thank you. #survivor #likeakiss #art #City #rochester #roccity #roc #ny #glitter #blood #tears #crying #warrior #goddess ☆ ♡ ☆

This is an article I composed for CITY Newspaper in July 2015, while interning at the Landmark Society of Western New York.
The purpose of the HomeWork column is to showcase a well-preserved, older house in he city of Rochester that is currently on the market. By introducing the public to these homes, it encourages city living and highlights different neighborhoods that may not be frequently visited by house hunters.
The house I wrote about is a Second Empire style home in the Park Avenue neighborhood. I did extensive research about the architect - Andrew Jackson Warner, the architectural style, the urban development of the neighborhood, and interior details. The article briefly captures these topics and gives a feel for the atmosphere of the residence.
