Surprised I haven't seen someone coin these before.
Prepucegender: A state where one's gender is connected to having a prepuce (foreskin or clitoral hood) or a desire to have one.
Aposthiagender or Circumcisiongender: A state where one's gender is connected to not having a prepuce or a desire to not have one.
Turns out pro-circumcision conservatives were forcibly transing the kids all along. Not to mention intersex genital mutilation.
