So this isn’t the LMK blog, but I had to shout praises for a Test of Time somewhere.

I just binge-read all 14 chapters. Poor Red Son is developing so many mental problems from this, I just want to hug this poor baby. He is trying so hard, and yet he is so haunted by every little thing that he’s losing a lot of himself and what makes him Red Son. Yeah, don’t be like King Red, but every facet of himself is being twisted into something horrible that he has to cut off, and his self-worth is just going down the drain. I hope he will be okay.

And then MK has gone through so much crap, but he’s still trying to give Red Son a chance. That haircut scene and then with MK helping was very sweet and nice.

We need to take King Red and PUNT HIM INTO THE SUN-!

Long story short. I love this story, keep it up, and I fear for Red Son’s mental health 😅😂

The prices for food and other basic necessities have increased on a hourly basis, making it impossible for him to purchase and have a proper meal for his family of 6. It also doesn't help that his 3 young children, Ahmed (8), Osama (6), and Mira (4) have been infected with scabies over the summer and they have still have it to this day! It would have been cured with antibiotics, but similar to the pricing of food, the prices for medication has been going up and up! This also includes insulin for his elderly parents as they are diabetics!

Nour Ashour's young son, Muhammed, is disabled. Muhammed needs regular treatment and physical therapy. However, Nour @noor-yashour has been struggling to get him the treatment he needs because of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Medical treatment and physical therapy are very expensive, but without them, Muhammed's condition is deteriorating.

Nour and her family have been living through over a year of war, struggling with hunger, exhaustion, extreme temperatures, trauma, and fear, as well the struggles to get the treatment Muhammed needs to thrive. They have been fundraising since July, but donations keep stagnating, and they are struggling to afford what they need.

Just got finished reading the latest chapter and Welp…we’re in trouble. 😅

First off, Tang helping Red Son get new glasses is nice. Don’t strain your eyes, honey! I say as a glasses-wearer who is nearsighted. RED SON, HONEY, STOP SELF DESTRUCTING, YOU POOR BABY! 😭 Tang was so nice to him. I genuinely read PIGSY saying “You two” and was like “wait, but it’s just Tang” and just assumed it was a typo. NOPE. HI, WUKONG! QUIT BEING A BUTT TO RED, HE’S DOING HIS BEST!

AND THEN…Macaque…I’m going to punt him like a football. Man really cannot let Wukong go, I’d have thrown hands for him calling Tang a “plaything”.

I haven't done anything for Inktober yet so I decided to put my hyperfixation to good use and draw my favorite animatronics from Spirit Halloween's 2024 lineup. My first muse is Emily from Corpse Bride. I grew up on Tim Burton movies and when I saw Emily and Victor in the lineup this year, I attempted to do a backflip! (And failed. Ouch.) I wanted to go for one of those haunted painting looks because my first time in a Spirit Halloween my dad would show me their haunted painting props to scare me and I don't think they sell them anymore because I didn't see any when I went with @cinnamonnt but what they would do is have a normal painting then you'd press a button on the frame and a spooky image would pop up and scream at you.
