🚨 Always on patrol-e for a lil bit of mole! 🚨 This is the #moleoaxaqueño with #chicken from @cienegalastlayudas in #coronany #queensny #nyc and this former #bodega has become a beacon of incredible #Oaxacan food for the entire city, known for their tlayudas, I’m very partial to their mole as it’s hard to find Oaxacan #mole in Queens as most Mexican Americans here are from Puebla. Oaxacan style mole leans more sweet than spicy but still is incredibly complex and deep in flavor.
