#Repost @thebrewbabe ・・・ ANNOUNCEMENT 📢 I've been keeping a little secret for some time now. 🤫 I joined the @descendantcider team as Assistant Cider Maker and couldn't be happier. 🍎 In the last 5 years I've worked at breweries and cideries in marketing, sales, and management positions in the taproom and in the field. But my heart truly belongs in production. I didn't realize how difficult it would be breaking into that part of the industry, being someone who has been actively involved for over 7 years now. Even with the proper education, certifications, recommendations, and experience, I've been rejected plenty of times and promised production job positions that never happened. It truly was an uphill battle that I never stopped fighting. I'm sure new challenges are ahead, but I will not stop learning and growing as a cider maker.
