I wonder if he will go biking again... When I broke my wristt poorly few years back I told myself NO MORE ICE SKATING and I will never ever put skates on my legs (same story with roller skates and skate board, I have a bingo of broken wrists lol)

I don’t even want to speak dave on a bike into existence because im afraid ill jinx him but let’s just say if it happens again. I will sob uncontrollably

hi !! i so love the driver edits you make, especially your stylistic choices im obsessed. just curious, as someone who dabbles in editing, how’d you figure out your style and what’s your process like in making them? @blaneyism

AAAA THIS ASK WAS ACTUALLY SO SWEET TO GET!!!!!! why yes i will detail what goes into making my edits!

okay so as for how i figured out my style, i’m still not 100% sure 😭 i definitely love and i’m constantly inspired by the pop art genre (a lot of which featured bright colors and the use of what i call the “sale” shape)!!! ive always liked making stuff that’s dynamic and catches people’s eyes because the stuff i used to make looked pretty one-dimensional now that i look back on it!!! but honestly i just started trying out things to see what i liked and what stuck, so overall experimentation with styles, fonts, etc, are very useful!!!

as for the creative process, it’s usually pretty easy for me to make a graphic since i use my phone to do so (i do have two laptops but one won’t run photoshop and the other one is old and laggy so it has a hard time running photoshop), so i use picsart to make my graphics!! here’s a true step by step guide:

• as for where i find photos for drivers, i usually download photos from their instagrams or from getty images, depending on the driver (OR on tumblr!)

• as for where i get fonts, i usually find them on dafont (where you can download fonts for free)!! as well as sometimes font packs on deviantart if i see a font i like but can’t find it on dafont!

• i experiment with the background colors/fonts and placement of the driver until i find something i end up liking and boom! graphic complete!

i hope that this helps!!!!! i am pretty bad at explaining things so if you want clarification on something lmk!!! 💖

so ive been really following 23xi racing in nascar since i got back into it and it just feels like they’re a very close-knit group…..I think when i say found family I mean they’re just four guys who have become super close….michael jordan and denny hamlin just care for tyler reddick and bubba Wallace so much….AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE TYLER/BUBBA DYNAMIC. they’re just two guys who are close!!!!!!!! they’re dorks and i love them so much…..OH AND BUBBA AND DENNY WERE AT TYLERS WEDDING!!! IT WAS SO CUTE!!
