High turnover rate (they have iirc literal dozens of livers who were terminated or graduated), excessively low salary, management abuses their power, fuck they even encourage livers to fight and create controversy for ENGAGEMENT and most livers have to SHARE managers. Nijisanji is way below the industry standard at every turn yet is widely considered to be the biggest rival to Hololive purely through the sheer will and honest passion of the livers, and Riku can't even take care of the people whom his success is based on?

Sleep after finishing art is always messy, the day after finishing art is always weird, it feels very anticlimactic.

Going back to not having anything to hyoerfocus always needs some getting used to. Ultimately I want to hyoerfocus much less on a specific drawing, but after enough progress and I get to shading it's almost impossible not to.

I really need to work on my speed. My current average for fully rendered art is at 2 weeks/~50 hours per character and this doesn't feel sustainable.

I have around 2 weeks before I have to start some specific art and I'm not sure of what I want to do in the meantime.

I should be drawing proper sfw art of Josa's Greater Imp form, but there's also chuubas I've been saying I want to draw for over a year. I guess it depends on what I can come up with in the next couple days

The Venn Diagram of people I know who would appreciate seeing a ZX Spectrum port of Doom but also not be physically revolted and confused by seeing an anime girl in the corner is zero. There is nobody I can show this to.

YouTube has been recommending me Amiya for like, months now and I finally clicked on one of her streams and yeah the YT algorithm knows me well. She specializes in playing retro games and even has her own itch.io page where she's made a couple small games!

I haven't watched the stream (yet), but she is probably the only VTuber has played Descent? The only other one I could think of that might is Onolumi (another retro game chuuba, focuses on PC games), but she "only" played through Freespace 1 and 2.

not to get too into how the sausage gets made but the busiest part of the week for me is by far sunday/monday and conversely tuesday/wednesday are essentially my weekend, so I tend to store up any ideas or even just "huh I should draw something of this specific chuuba" thoughts for that weekend and every time lately it feels like I'm a wellspring of ideas on tuesday and then on wednesday I go blank. I hate when I wanna draw but nothing comes to mind like not even an idea of who I wanna draw, but the hands feel the need to put something to canvas and the brain just isn't letting them I almost prefer it when it's a bad case of the brainworms because at least then I can pinpoint what's wrong with me, but it feels like every wednesday I just develop a bad case of the "nah not feeling it"'s that I know aren't actually true
