saw an ask from a couple days ago and now I'm wondering-do you know any other major roles the vas in prsk play? I know ena shares a va with a pokemon protagonist but is there anyone else?

i'm not really an anime person so this is mainly just me reading off characters/anime i have actually heard of, if you wanna know more stuff check the wiki or myanimelist or something

Caririn (Saki) is kogane in imas shiny colors

Ueshama (Honami) is like. a top billed voice actress which is why she's never on stream. she's in loads. some notable stuff includes ganyu in genshin, sparkle in hsr, and mayu in wonderful precure

Yukki (Shiho) is lisa in bandori and yuuki in imas cinderella girls

Yuichan (Minori) is march 7th in hsr, homare in hugtto precure, and lorelei in reverse 1999

Furirin (Airi) is Ruby in Love Live Sunshine

Honchan (Shizuku) is saaya in hugtto precure

Jiena (An) is elsie in D4DJ

Fumiyan (Akito) is yuuya in phantom of the idol

Itoken (Toya) is doppo in hypmic, michio in sidem, dan heng in hsr, and divus in twst

Daichan (Tsukasa) is misumi in a3

Hinachan (Emu) is sigewinne in genshin and miri in buddy daddies

Machico (Nene) is ibuki in imas million live and ayane in precure a la mode

Tokishun (Rui) is freminet in genshin, kei in sidem, yuki in a3, and hokusai in paradox live

Tomoriru (Kanade) is firefly in hsr, makima in chainsaw man, and tamao in revstar. She was Setsuna in Love Live Nijigasaki but left the role a few years ago

Ruirui is hina in imas cinderella girls

Minoringo is hajime in cinderella girls and angie in danganronpa

Hiichan (Mizuki) is noa in D4DJ, junna in revstar, and Leah in Love Live Sunshine

Ueshama, Yukki, Yuichan, Furirin, Itoken, Machico, Tokishun, Tomoriru, and Minoringo are all signed singers. Daichan is also a stage actor (i think some of the others are too he's just the one i know is in loads of stage stuff. aa fans he's matt engarde in one of the aa stageplays). Pretty sure Ruirui (Mafuyu) is also a stage actress.

kenyuu horiuchi (hiiragi) is professor oak in pokemon and normal osborn in spiderman ps4. he's also done notable dub roles such as angel in buffy, gus in breaking bad, and kronk in emperor's new groove

nobunaga shimazaki (cedric) is kaito in saiki k, haruka in free, and kazuha in genshin

nobuhiko okamoto (slade) is bakugo in bnha

kaito ishikawa (asahi) is tsumugi in enstars and kageyama in haikyuu

as mentioned the other day, yoshitsugu matsuoka (reki) is kirito in sword art online and xiao in genshin

masaya matsukaze (sakaki) is hidetoshi in persona 3, saiko in saiki k, and ryo in shenmue

shinichirou kamio (daigo) is kiryu in enstars

azusa tadokoro (byakkomachi) is kaoru in bandori

takanori hoshino (shinei) is serizawa in mp100. and the official japanese mickey mouse and superman voice.

manaka iwami (futaba) is amber in genshin

megumi toyoguchi (mafumom) is junko in danganronpa, yukari in persona 3, and dawn in the pokemon anime

also hiroshi tsuchida (shindou) is the dub voice of lightning mcqueen that's just really funny to me even funnier than shinei mickey mouse so i had to put it separate from the rest. shindou is lightning mcqueen.

i was looking up the rock music anime that Arata's voice actor is in (it's called Rhapsody) and then i got jumpscared by seeing that Kotaro's is in it too

their characters are both bassists too lmao

(not the first time something like this happened... Shunichi Toki, Daisuke Hirose and Fumiya Imai are all in a theatre themed game called A3! which i played before i knew PJSK)

I knew about the a3 thing and it explains why the seiyuu sometimes post about doing things together on twitter. Also Furirin (Airi), Hiichan (Mizuki), and Tomoriru (Kanade) are all in love live, as well as Chunrun (Hanano) (tomoriru left the role due to disability but she and hiichan are also in revue starlight together). Quite a few of them are in idolmaster too (Machico, Isobe-san, Minoringo, Ruirui, Yukki, possibly more) and some of them got to perform alongside furirin in the love live x imas ijigen fes concert. Also loads of them are in uma musume and multiple of them are in genshin or its sister games but i know nothing about those

Oh hey I remembered to upload the rest of these cndjdj - anyways the first one in this trio set is Emma in the Aoi Canaria MV! My idea of her singing a Shioriko solo dated back all the way to when the actual solo shuffle fes voting was happening,and someone wanted her to sing Ketsui no Hikari - …well that didn’t win,so this was my form of a compromise fhdjdj but I got what that person meant tho,if we learned anything from Aion no Uta it’s that Emma / Chunrun can ABSOLUTELY pull off songs like this,both in vibes and vocally like this is probably the one I feel the strongest about I think this would work rlly well

Setsuna went with a completely different genre than usual which is prefered for me. She sounds cute in this but I don’t know, I don’t like the speaking bits in this song and it kinda holds it back a bit. However I will admit that the chorus part is lowkey an earworm already…

10. Turn It Up (Karin)

Not Karin’s weakest solo, but this doesn’t feel like a solo song tbh. I feel like song gives off a full group vibe rather a solo, so I think this being a solo makes me not like the song as much. Its still good in its own right, but I probably won’t find myself listening to this on my own time.

9. Silent Blaze (Kanata)

The title basically describes the song. I do feel like this song isn’t Kanata’s song but rather Akarin’s song…I don’t know if I like that tbh. This song is still really powerful and the chorus part slaps.

8. First Love Again (Rina)

This song is pretty much a ballad version of Red Gem Wink and that does lower the song for me ranking-wise. I dislike slow songs however this song really uses Chiemi’s voice well and that saves the song for me…Though it does hurt to place her this low when all her other solos have consistently ranked #1 for me.

7. Itsu Datte For You (Emma)

This solo is basically an upbeat QU4RTZ song. I can’t wait for this to release because it sounds good with or without vocals. I really do like this song a lot and Chunrun sounds so cute in this…I feel like Emma is giving me a hug herself with this song and it makes me happy listening to this.

6. Concentrate! (Shioriko)

I feel like off-vocal for this song could be found in a Kirby game so I am a bit biased to this song. But damn, Moepi sings so fast I can’t keep up with her. This sounds like this could be played in a diner or something. I feel like I can really get up and jump when listening to it.

5. Diabolic Mulier (Ai)

Ai getting a solo that sounds different from Meccha Going? It’s more likely than you think. I feel like this song uses Nacchan’s voice so well and I love the Halloween vibes this song has. I also I love listening to the beginning of the song a lot. I am very happy to finally like an Ai song now!

4. TO BE YOURSELF (Kasumi)

I always enjoy listening to Kasumi solos, and if I am being honest I have no idea how to describe this song. It kinda sounds like an anime op but I dunno what genre. Either way, I really like this song and Mayuchi sounds so smooth in this song.

3. Toy Doll (Mia)

I unironically love this song a lot. It’s so cheesy and it sounds like it came straight out of a disney sitcom from the late 2000s. This song benefits so much from being an english song because my brain holds so much nostalgia for this type of music.

2. Eieisa (Shizuku)

Has Shizuku ever had a bad song? The only answer is no. I am sucker whenever they do traditional japanese sounding songs and this song is no different. Kaorin’s voice as always sounds so beautiful too.

1. Break The System (Ayumu)

Holy shit this song HITS. I adore Agupon’s voice but I feel like all of her prior solos sound kinda the same imo, and I’ve never been big on them. However, this song goes off and declares that Ayumu isn’t baby anymore. This was honestly the most shocking one in the album to listen to live but Ayumu deserves this ranking.

OH MAN THE COUNTDOWN LIVE 

Mia and Lanzhu’s VAs literal debut performance how unfair. Shu was SO NERVOUS. Also her Australian accent PFFFFFFFFFFFt

The girls from the different groups finding out they matched with each other in a quiz they took and the increasingly extreme reactions. Like Nakotan from Liella and Chunrun from Nijigaku. Nakotan was like “But she’s my favorite WHAT DO I DO”

Some of the comparisons between the members of different groups was striking. Like when Kaorin (she so SMOLL) stood next to Liyuu (tallest Love Live member?? I just looked it up and she’s actually taller than Kinchan? I had no idea.) Someone from Aqours casually pointed out that everyone from Nijigaku is super skinny and it was laughed at and brushed under the rug but damn she was right and I can’t unsee it. Compared to the other two groups it’s like... someone forgot to feed Nijigasaki???

At the end they did a little section where each member of each group gave a little speech to the camera for the live viewing and the Aqours segment was so different from the other two. They were like constantly dancing and going crazy. Unlike the other two groups they have zero nerves and on top of that this was their third day in a row performing and it was like..... they finally cracked hahaha. Otsukare girls.

Hmm...I'm trying to figure something out.

When I got into Love Live the first time (2015), I fell hard for Rin (who became my first nesoberi to own).

When I got back into Love Live in 2019, it was Yohane.

When Nijigaku aired, I can't recall who out of the original nine I fell for, although it was dangerously close between Emma, Rina, or Ayumu.

When Liella first debuted, Kanon instantly won my heart.

Now, my interests are awkward:

Nozomi became my favorite Muse member (but Rin is still high on my list).

Chika is my favorite Aqours member and best leader (although Yohane is still a huge deal to me; despite surrendering to the whole group).

Emma still remains as a favorite, but Lanzhu is making things hard.

Yeah, Kanon is still a fave, but then there's Mei.

As for seiyuus....other than naming the "obvious", I actually do have interests in other seiyuus outside of Aqours.

In fact, Rippi was the first interest before ever thinking of Sunshine!. I desperately wanted to know more about Kussun, but the trail went cold. (OP's denying her feelings for Emitsun).

As for Nijigaku, contrary to belief, I'm actually dead set on Mayuchi, Homin, or Chunrun (although I'm guilty for seeing more Kaorin, Moepii and Mayuchi clips on Youtube).

When are Sayurin or Nagichan ever going to have a solo debut?! Nagichan would be highly anticipated, just for her vocals alone. Also, Nonchan...

So,along with the Liella unit album covers,they released the winners for that fantasy mixed unit thing!! Honestly I can’t pick a favorite,it’s between 3,6 and 8 for me but they’re all SO GOOD - anyways,here’s the themes for each unit (according to May’s Love Live Days issue) :
