Jin

His first instinct when you told him you were sick… was to make a joke.

"Did my handsome face make you sick with love?"

You start laughing, but it was cut short because you would began to uncontrollably cough.

All his adorable jokes he had in mind we’re out the door.

Even though you were hot, and breaking into a sweat, he wrapped you in a blanket and ran to get you tea.

While the tea was brewing, he researched and tried remembering everything his parents would do for him when he was sick.

After giving you your tea, he sat down next to you and showed every article he found about feeling better quickly.

You would giggle at how much of a drama queen he's being, but the second he heard you laugh, his eyes went wide.

"Don't laugh! You're sick, and it says here if you have a sore throat laughing will make it worse."

He pointed at the article he was talking about, and you would try your hardest not to laugh again.

"Aegi, I don't have a sore throat."

"And how would you know?" He looked at you up and down with a stink eye like you were making things up.

You shake your head then try to unravel yourself from the blanket he put you in. You sighed to yourself when you realized he wrapped you too tight and just decided to explain it to him from inside the blanket cocoon.

"Because I already went to the doctor, Jin. It's just a minor cold."

You thought this would reassure him, but instead, his eyes went wide again, and he was back to researching, this time about mild colds.

You shook your head and smiled at him. Even if he was being very dramatic, you loved that he cared about you this much.

Suga

When you first told him you were sick, his first instinct was to back away from you.

Yoongi hates getting sick, and he hates being around sick people.

When you realized his reaction, you gave him the pouty lip and grabby hands because all you wanted to do in your sick state was cuddle.

"I'm not cuddling you while you're sick! You know I hate being sick, Y/n."

This made you roll your eyes at him.

"It's not contagious, Yoon. Come on, don't you want to comfort me in my dying state."

You fanned like you were dying with your hand on your forehead, and he rolled his eyes at you for being dramatic.

After considering his options, which were very little since he knew you would just pester him until he finally gave in. He sat down next to you and pulled you into his embrace.

You rubbed your cheek against his chest and smiled up at him.

"I love - AH CHU!"

Yoongi shut his eyes and got a face full of snot. You were laughing up a storm at what transpired and wiped his face for him.

"Your laughing now, but if I get sick because of you, I won't show you the music we've been working on."

You gasp at his threat.

You leaned in close to him and said in fake a but sorta real - anger, "You wouldn't dare."

He leaned close to you too, raised his eyebrow, and smirked.

"Try me."

J-Hope

At first, he would legit think you're dying.

He would hold you flush against him, and he wouldn't let go no matter how much you struggled against him.

It was like if he let go of you, you would disappear.

"Hoseok! What are you doing? Your holding me so tight."

"Oh no Y/n! How long do you have? Our life just started together. You can't die yet! I won't let you!"

You laugh against his chest, and he would look down at you, confused.

"I'm not dying, dummy! I just have a sore throat."

You then rubbed your throat for emphasis.

Hoseok then let go of you, and his lips were in an 'oh' shape.

"So... your not going to die and leave me?"

"Never, ever." You stated while squeezing his cheeks.

He then wrapped you in his arms again and pulled you over to the bed.

You both landed on the bed, with him on top of you, and you squeaked from the impact.

He started to kiss you all over your face, and it made you giggle.

"Ho-seok! W-what are you d-doing now?" You said in between giggles.

He pulled away from your face and said with his famous bright smile, "My kisses will cure you! Don’t worry Nae sarang!”

And this just made you laugh even more, and he continued to attack you with kisses.

You'll honestly say you felt a lot better after he gave you his "curing" kisses.

You were honestly very confused by his reaction.

The second you told him you were sick, he ran out of the room without another word.

After a few moments, he came back with a bunch of stuff in his arms.

He had bottles of water, a bunch of over-the-counter medications, a heated blanket, and books for you to read since watching tv wouldn’t help you if you had a headache.

He laid it all out on the bed in front of you, and you stared at the pile in awe.

“Namjoon, what is all this for?”

“You said you were sick, so I got everything a beautiful sick person like yourself would need.”

He turned on the heated blanket and wrapped it around you. He then took a couple medications in his hands and showed them to you.

“You didn’t tell me how sick or what your symptoms were, so I just brought everything. After you take the medication you need, I’ll make you soup, okay, Jagi?”

You couldn’t stop staring at your boyfriend in awe.

You didn’t even get the chance to tell him it wasn’t that serious, and he got all these things for you regardless of how sick you were.

“Oh, Namjoon~” You then jumped into his arms and kissed him passionately.

He laughed into the kiss but wrapped his arms around your waist.

When you pulled back from him, you had the brightest smile on your face.

“Your the sweetest man alive, you know that?”

Jimin

Similar to J-hope, he would automatically think you're dying.

But instead of probably killing you with a bone-crushing hug, he opened and closed his mouth repeatedly because he didn't know what to say.

Luckily, you know Jimin so well that you knew this type of reaction was going to happen.

He always worries about your well-being, so he was definitely thinking the worst when hearing you were sick.

"It's okay, Jimin! It's just a minor cold. Some antibiotics, and I'll be right as rain."

He then let out the breath he didn't realize he was holding.

"Thank the heavens! What do you need me to do to help?"

You looked at him fondly for having such a caring boyfriend.

"Nothing, but a good cuddle would definitely be appreciated."

He shook his head and smiled at you.

He knew you loved to cuddle, and you swore he had the best cuddles in the world, so he should have expected this to be your only request.

He took you by your hand and brought you into bed.

He made sure you were extra comfy with a blanket and fluffed pillows before he laid down next to you under the covers.

He pulled you against him, and he rubbed your back to help you fall asleep.

You fell asleep no more than five minutes later, but he wouldn't be leaving that bed until you were feeling better again.

He would honestly laugh at you.

Of course, he's upset that you were sick, but he couldn't help but laugh at you in your current state.

You have a tissue shoved up your nose, and you sound all muffled when you talk.

"Don't laugh at me!" You scolded. "What if I'm dying?"

He rolls his eyes at you and laughs again at how you spoke, and how dramatic you're being.

"You're not dying, Y/n. Did you go to the doctor?"

"Yes."

"Did they say you were dying?"

"No, but-"

"Then you're not dying, silly."

You huffed out in defeat and crossed your arms like a little kid.

He laughed at how childish you were acting but then sobered quickly when he saw your lip start to wobble.

You weren't actually going to cry, but you knew he couldn't resist your puppy dog face.

"Aww, Jagi~"

He rushed over to you and wrapped you tightly in his arms.

He kissed your temple and maneuvered you both, so you were lying comfortably in his arms.

Taehyung was like an actual living heating pad, so you were already feeling better by being wrapped in his arms.

Jungkook

He would crock his head at you like he didn't hear you correctly.

"Your sick?"

You sneezed into your elbow and nodded your head.

"Isn't it obvious? I feel so ewwy inside and out."

His eyes went wide because you insulted yourself, which confused you at first.

"You are not ewwy Y/n. You're the most beautiful human who's ever walked this earth, even when you're sick."

You blush and try to hide under the blanket, so he doesn't see how much his compliments affected you.

Jungkook always knew the right things to say.

Jungkook wasn't going to let you hide from him, so he jumped into bed with you and tried pulling the blanket away from your face.

"No, Kookie! You got me all blushy now."

"And you extra adorable when you're blushy. Please let me see your face, Jagi."

He jutted his lip out into a pout, and because you couldn't resist his beautiful face, you pulled the blanket away from your face.

"There's my, Jagi." He then kissed you on the forehead. "Now, since your sick, what do you want me to cook for you? Soup, I think, would be best."

You smiled at your caring boyfriend and nodded your head in confirmation because you could never deny Jungkook's fantastic cooking.

Jungkook made you soup, and he wrapped his arms and legs around you, holding you like a mother kola does with their young, as you ate.

Even though you hated being sick, you loved every second of Jungkook's affection.

The Ultimate List of LGBT Kpop Songs/MVs

This has come about because whenever I come across queer kpop lists I am disappointed by how short and repetitive they are. My goal is to have THE MOST comphensive list of songs and music videos with any sort of lgbt themes.

Each song or mv listed will have a little (or not so little) description explaining how gay it is or why it is gay. This does mean I’ve let some more questionable songs and mvs on the list but from the description I shouldn’t be leading people astray or getting their hopes up. (I decided against including covers of songs eg. where the artist hasn’t changed the gender in the songs. bc I feel that would become too messy and complicated. Also there are artists and songs I dislike on this list, and some artists can be considered problematic however I felt that if I excluded anything based on personal opinions it would make the purpose of this list invalid).

Hopefully kpop fans can diversify their playlists and discover new bops, as well as giving comfort to lgbt+ kpop fans. I plan to update this list as new gay content is released :)

Park Jungmin (SS501) – Not Alone an anti-discrimination bop and includes a drag queen

Epik High - AMOR FATI Feat. Kim Jong Wan of Nell In the very words of Tablo “I wrote 'Amor Fati' for people who are mistreated because they were born the way they are.”

IU – Peach, Red Queen, Everyone has Secrets feat. Gain of Brown Eyed Girls Peach was written in dedication to former f(x) member Sulli. Red Queen’s lyrics also romanticise a girl and it is said to yet again be about Sulli. The lyrics of Everyone has secrets can be very relatable to the lgbt community.

Nam Tae Hyun (Winner) – I’m Young a love song where the lyrics only mention a masculine pronoun

2YOON – Why Not these lyrics can be interpreted as gay

EXO – Playboy, They Never Know The lyrics of Playboy make more sense when you interpret as a secret gay relationship. The live performances of this is the opposite of heterosexuality. (note: Jonghyun wrote Playboy). In They Never Know the lyrics have moments like “Love is Blind” and discussion an unconventional love, it is widely accepted to have a strong gay theme. Also special mention to their 2017 winter album “Universe” for being completely 100% gender neutral

Oh My Girl – Knock Knock Girls singing about girls

Black Nut – Beenzino Black Nut takes his fanboying for Beenzino to the next level

Jonghyun – 02:34, Monodrama, Cocktail, most of these songs have light gay themes, and make more sense when interpreted as gay. You delve even deeper into his discography and interpret them in a gay light.

Gain & Minseo - Imi Oneun Sori (The Footsteps of My Dear Love) From the OST of the Korean film The Handmaiden, which itself has lesbian themes.

NCT’s Ten - Dream in a Dream This is a bit of a reach but the inclusion of Lucas in some of the scenes of this MV is an interesting choice. Also I would like to give a shout out to NCT U (Ten & Taeyong) - Baby Don’t Stop, for being a lowkey gay tune even if nothing about it can be pointed out as explicitly gay. He has released a song called New Heroes, which lyrically talks about standing up for what you believe in and working hard to get successful whilst facing adversary, which is a great message, but with Ten’s almost meme-like status of being a “confident gay” (despite not actually being out) this song has definitely made a lot of people claim it as gay anthem, make of it as you will (I feel conflicted about this; 1. he’s not standing up for the gays as a gay person if he isn’t out and people shouldn’t pressure him to do so, especially when he is a foreigner in s.korea; 2. it’s all well and good to quietly within the fanbase to joke about confident/panicked gays, or gay icons, but it can go too far, especially when it becomes their branding and only personality trait to both fans and the broader (western) kpop fanbase. these issues also apply to many like Sunmi and Taemin.)

Twice - What is Love? The girls take turns in depicting and parodying famous cinematic couples, so fanservice based crossdressing and gayness.

How To: Make Your Own Chu Sarang
