The art of happy

Life can be though, I get it really...the feeling of emptiness, darkness. The thing that makes you feel tired, empty, no emotions, sleeping and still feeling tired.

I was once like that, depressed, eating disorder, chronicly ill in and out the hospital. My mindset was just gone. I didn't want to be in this way no longer. So I leared to be a coach in college and I am still learning.

Mindset is my thing now and makes my life whole and life of many others.

Let me take you on my journey to make you whole again. To learn to be happy 💕
