My morning’s mediation was about “loving your body”. -loving all of it, even the parts we may not like to look at. but the body gives us ability, health, strength, life. Loving all of it brings us closer to loving our whole self. And only in loving our true self can we expand to loving others. And in that lies the big conundrum: There is a massive loss of self-love that is missing in the people groups that discriminate, judge, and hate others. So in the reflection of this knowledge, I feel sadness for those that don’t have enough love in there hearts to see, accept and celebrate the beauty in humanity. Spread love, People.
