Hi there 👋 Today I wanted to introduce you to Anthony Chognard - @chsprod - a little bit more! As you probably know, Anthony stepped into Elyose at the end of 2019 and since then became my main co-songwriter and musical producer. He gave Elyose the sound and identity I had always dreamed about and definitely pushed it to the next level. I'm so grateful to him for sharing his talent, professionalism and kindness through our work together. Hailing from Strasbourg in France, Anthony came to production at first to record his own former band @smashhitcombo . Trained by Chris Edrich and several audio seminars (among which 'Unstoppable Recording Machine' and 'The Studio Experience'), he's been working since then for bands like Breedmachine, Les Trois Accords, Anonymus, Out Of My Eyes, Bad Situation, Tess, Lyre Le Temps... Today we're in the process of finishing our second Elyose release together, which is a full length album this time, and Anthony weighs in: "It's gonna be the best album I've ever made, as much in terms of guitar performances as of musical production." His biggest musical influences are Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, Deftones, Korn, Slipknot, Periphery, Twelve Foot Ninja or Plini. He's also a big fan of heavy rock like Nickelback or A Day To Remember. He's very sporty (a runner like me!), wise and straight edge! If you wish to know more about him, you can check him IG account -> @chsprod https://www.instagram.com/p/CkgFK4joX0Y/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

After a long yet passionate process, the band’s sophomore Album was finally born and was named »Super 90'«. “It’s called Super 90' and for us, it’s our way to celebrate an era we miss a lot – the 90’s. We miss the way how songs were done back then, we miss the sound and basically all the things we had when we were younger - especially music, movies and video games.” – the band explains. With a stronger focus on conceptualism, an inescapable rock sensibility, and another step up in regards to technicality these promising young musicians have crafted a musically ambitious journey that you will soon be able to experience for yourself. “We tried to make the record sound more rock, more organic and emotional than Ascendency to bring back a part of the 90’s vibes we were missing” – KADINJA states. The album contains eleven powerful songs which were produced by Chris Edrich (LEPROUS, THE OCEAN, MYRATH) and Pierre Danel, mixed by Chris Edrich and fully mastered by Pierrick Noel (KLONE, THE MOON DRIVERS). The record also features guest appearances from THE DALI THUNDERING CONCEPT’s Sylvain Conner on the track 'Muted Rain' as well as Raphael Weinroth-Browne (THE VISIT, MUSK OX, KAMANCELLOON) on the track 'Véronique' and Tola on 'Avec Tout Mon Amour'. The cover artwork for »Super 90'« was made by Leo Natale and doesn’t need any explanation. “This album is clearly a mix of what we loved back in the days and what we have now.” – Philippe Charny says. By joining the Arising Empire family in September 2018 KADINJA are set to hit a larger audience with the release of »Super 90'«. KADINJA are: Philippe Charny Dewandre | Vocals Pierre Danel | Guitar Quentin Godet | Guitar Steve Tréguier | Bass Morgan Berthet | Drums --- More info: www.facebook.com/kadinja www.instagram.com/kadinjaofficial

England v Pakistan: Jos Buttler relieved to turn things around
Jos Buttler says he needed to search out the thought to expose issues round after thinking he changed into home to be dropped by England earlier this summer.
Buttler’s reveal changed into in inquire of at some level of the first Test against Pakistan after a chain of wicketkeeping errors.
Nonetheless he played a match-worthwhile innings at Emirates Passe Trafford and followed that with 152 within the third Test.
“I’ve questioned myself within the last few weeks, but stumbled on a extraordinarily unswerving headspace to hang in there,” he said.
It changed into now not except the third Test against West Indies earlier within the summer that Buttler ended a trot of seven suits with out a half-century.
Within the next Test, the first against Pakistan, he dropped two catches and overlooked a stumping, finest to then pull off some fourth-innings heroics with the bat.
With England 117-5, Buttler made 75, combining with Chris Woakes to help the home side to their blueprint of 277.
At the time he admitted his preserving had now not been unswerving ample, but his batting changed into taken to one other stage at some level of the third Test at Ageas Bowl, when Buttler registered his second Test ton and best first-class obtain.
The Lancashire man combined with Zak Crawley, who stroked a comely 267, in a partnership of 359, England’s best fifth-wicket stand of all time.
“A number of games ago I changed into per chance thinking I changed into about to bag dropped,” added Buttler.
“A sure outlook and a belief I will murder unswerving issues has indubitably served me well.
“You are never indubitably that a long way-off from unswerving issues or irascible issues happening. When it gets unswerving you would also honest appreciate got received to discontinue very stage and know you would also honest appreciate got to withhold working laborious because issues can alternate rapidly.”
1. 364 – Len Hutton (Eng v Aus, 1938) 6. 294 – Alastair Cook (Eng v Ind, 2011) 2. 336* – Wally Hammond (Eng v NZ, 1933) 7. 287 – Tip Foster (Eng v Aus, 1903) 3. 333 – Graham Gooch (Eng v Ind, 1990) 8. 285* – Peter Also can honest (Eng v WI, 1957) 4. 325 – Andy Sandham (Eng v WI, 1930) 9. 278 – Denis Compton (Eng v Pak, 1954) 5. 310* – John Edrich (Eng v NZ, 1965) 10. 267 – Zak Crawley (Eng v Pak, 2020)
Buttler, 29, and Crawley helped England to 583-8 declared, their best Test entire in more than four years.
James Anderson then bowled beautifully to chop support Pakistan to 24-3 after two days in Southampton.
“England appreciate played the finest two days of Test match cricket that I’ve seen for a long, long time,” said outdated skool captain Michael Vaughan. “It has been high class and attritional.
“The previous 5 – 6 years, England have not had that mentality of grinding opposition into the grime. Here is the first time I appreciate seen it, and that also can honest be a mountainous signal.”
Buttler is famed for his devastating batting in restricted-overs cricket, but his innings in Southampton changed into built on patience.
He played a supporting role to the orderly Crawley, at one stage going nearly 38 overs without hitting a boundary.
“Jos Buttler played a pure Test-match innings,” added Vaughan, who led England to their famed Ashes triumph of 2005.
“We’re ancient to him crashing it round, but he changed into chuffed to let Crawley play the bigger strokes.
“That’s a signal of a batsman maturing at this stage. I cherished the truth he received to a hundred and didn’t give it away.”
Hugely essential innings for Buttler – diagnosis
BBC cricket correspondent Jonathan Agnew
Now we appreciate all been stunned and seriously impressed by Zak Crawley’s innings. Anyone who ratings that sequence of runs has played well, but we appreciate seen a honest exhibition of what he is in a position to doing.
There are so many issues I love about the blueprint he performs. He is amazingly uncomplicated. The bat comes thru beautifully straight. Striking it simply, he hits the ball the put you quiz it to be hit.
He ought to accumulated obtain a range of runs. England now appreciate Crawley and Ollie Pope, two gamers of a identical young age. That might perhaps be a extraordinarily unswerving signal for the long trot.
Jos Buttler’s innings changed into so out of persona, a man sure to bag to 150. He dinked a pair of sixes on day one, but on day two he played a controlled Test innings, as if to level us that’s what he can murder.
He’s been in unswerving touch this summer, and the stress on his wicketkeeping has focused his mind. It is love he is pronouncing “tumble me if you dare”.
There might be accumulated the belief you would play Buttler as a batsman and Ben Foakes because the wicketkeeper, but, whatever happens with the gloves, this has been a vastly essential innings in Buttler’s profession.

Ask Steven: Who has scored the most Test runs in a month?
Visit Now - http://zeroviral.com/ask-steven-who-has-scored-the-most-test-runs-in-a-month/
Ask Steven: Who has scored the most Test runs in a month?
I know that Mohammad Yousuf scored the most Test runs in a calendar year. But who scored the most in a calendar month? asked Nicholas Hayes from England Rather neatly, the answer is also Mohammad Yousuf. In the course of his record-breaking year of 2006 – in which he scored 1788 runs in Tests – Yousuf amassed 665 runs in three Tests against West Indies in November, hitting 192 in Lahore, 56 and 191 in Multan, and 102 and 124 in Karachi.
Next comes Graham Gooch, with 640 runs in July 1990 – 154 and 30 against New Zealand at Edgbaston, and 333 and 123 against India at Lord’s. Ricky Ponting, with 634 in December 2003, is the only other man to score more than 600 Test runs in a calendar month.
The record for one-day internationals is held by Zimbabwe’s Hamilton Masakadza, with 595 in October 2009, in five matches against Kenya and three against Bangladesh. Sachin Tendulkar comes next, 564 in April 1998.
Four batsmen scored centuries when India played Sri Lanka in Nagpur last November. Was this a record? asked Rajesh Rajasekhera from India That performance against Sri Lanka in Nagpur – when Murali Vijay (128), Cheteshwar Pujara (143), Virat Kohli (213) and Rohit Sharma (102 not out) all reached three figures – was the third time India had had four centurions in the same Test innings. It happened first against Bangladesh in Mirpur in May 2007, thanks to Dinesh Karthik (129), Wasim Jaffer (138 retired ill), Rahul Dravid (129) and Sachin Tendulkar (122 not out), and was repeated against South Africa in Kolkata in 2009-10, by Virender Sehwag (165), Sachin Tendulkar (106), VVS Laxman (143 not out) and MS Dhoni (132 not out).
There are 20 further instances of four centuries in the same Test innings by other teams, but there have been two cases of five: by Australia against West Indies in Kingston in 1954-55, and by Pakistan v Bangladesh in Multan in 2001. For the full list, click here.
The Australian 1934 Ashes squad: Bradman and Ponsford (middle row, third and sixth from left) twice made scores of over 175 in the same Test innings PA Photos
Bevan Congdon, who has just died, once scored 176 and 175 in successive innings against England. Has anyone else done this? asked George Madden from England Those defiant knocks by New Zealand’s captain Bevan Congdon came in successive innings against England in 1973 – 176 at Trent Bridge and 175 at Lord’s. There are 15 other instances of batsmen having successive innings of 175 or more in Tests; seven of those involved consecutive double-centuries.
The only others to do it against England were Don Bradman (304 and 244) and Bill Ponsford (181 and 266) in the same two innings at Headingley and The Oval in 1934, Bradman again in 1946-47 (187 in Brisbane and 234 in Sydney), Arthur Morris in 1948 (182 at Headingley and 196 at The Oval, in the innings in which Bradman ended his Test career with a duck), and – the only non-Australian – Sri Lanka’s Mahela Jayawardene in 2007-08 (195 in Colombo and 213 not out in Galle).
Vinod Kambli scored 224 in only his third Test, for India against England in Mumbai in 1992-93, and added 227 in his next innings, against Zimbabwe in Delhi a few weeks later. The other batsmen to hit successive scores of 175 or more in Tests are Wally Hammond (1928-29 and 1932-33), Bill Edrich (1947), Mike Denness (1974-75), Zaheer Abbas (1982-83), Kumar Sangakkara (2007), Michael Clarke (2012-13), Brendon McCullum (2014-15) and Virat Kohli (2017-18).
How many players have scored a hundred in their 100th one-day international, as Shikhar Dhawan did at Johannesburg? asked Ibrahim Kamara from Kenya Shikhar Dhawan’s 109 against South Africa at the Wanderers the other day made him the ninth batsman to score a century in his 100th one-day-international. The first to do it was the West Indian opener Gordon Greenidge, with an undefeated 102 against Pakistan in Sharjah in 1988-89, and he was followed by Chris Cairns (1998-99), Mohammad Yousuf (2001-02), Kumar Sangakkara (2003-04), Chris Gayle (2004), Marcus Trescothick (2005), Ramnaresh Sarwan (2006) and, most recently, David Warner (with 124 for Australia v India in Bangalore in September 2017).
There were three scores of 150 or more in the first Test between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Has there ever been more in a single Test? asked Savo Ceprnich from South Africa That recent match in Chittagong, which featured innings of 176 from Mominul Haque, 196 from Kusal Mendis and 173 from Dhananjaya de Silva, turns out to be the 33rd Test match to contain three scores of 150 or more. But there is just one instance of four: in Karachi in 2008-09, Mahela Jayawardene scored 240 and Thilan Samaraweera 231 for Sri Lanka, then Younis Khan countered with 313 and Kamran Akmal 158 not out for Pakistan.

______________
The ghost hobo
The day began with a strange phenomenon. 2 microphones and our GoPro setup were completely displaced ... The camera was on the floor. No one went to the studio since we left last night. The ghosts are beginning to haunt the recording studio and the session. When the spirits are involved, it's always the sign of a good album. We decided to name our new friend affectionately Hobo. We'll see tomorrow if he'll return to visit us.
Otherwise, things continue to go well. We recorded three more songs on drums today... so there's 6 songs left! Chris Edrich is 'boiling hot'. We worked on many small details (cymbal selections, choice of grooves or drum fills, etc.) and modified some drum patterns in different song sections to highlight some parts of the songs; nice job! 'Ça l'effectue' as they say in French.
If all goes well, in two days, the drums will be completed and we will start to setup guitar and bass rigs.
Until then, here is a short excerpt of what can happen during the takes ... beware, this is not always very exciting! Here's the proof! :P

KADINJA RELEASE MUSIC VIDEO FOR NEW SINGLE 'THE MODERN RAGE'
Today, progressive metal powerhouse KADINJA from France released the music video for their new single 'The Modern Rage' off their upcoming sophomore album Super 90', which will be released on January 18th 2019 via Arising Empire. Watch the video for 'The Modern Rage' now here: https://youtu.be/P-nKk3hT2NQ Get the song now here: https://Kadinja.lnk.to/TheModernRage "'The Modern Rage' is a kind of patchwork of all what we love and tried to gather on this album. It's a very characteristic song of the album Super 90'. This song mixes techniques, neo-metal/rock parts, clean and harsh vocals, etc. with a real balance between old school elements and modern metal stuff." - KADINJA "For this video clip, we wanted to make something more ironic and funny, and tried to imagine what a classroom of students suffering from 'Modern Rage' would look like. To do so, we gathered a bunch of friends in a school in Paris with only one directive: bring along all that you find annoying and which unfortunately represents our generation, our era. Combined with a few old school elements (nineties here again!), this is a good symbol for this song, mainly based on a confrontation between two ways of thinking." explains the band. Missed the previous single? Empire 2. From the Inside 3. The Modern Rage 4. Icon 5. The Right Escape 6. Véronique 7. Episteme (acoustic) 8. Strive 9. Muted Rain 10. House of Cards 11. Avec tout mon Amour
Merely one year after the release of their debut album, in the spring of 2018, it was time for the band to re-enter the studio and record the already written second album to show the world KADINJA's latest musical endeavours. After a long yet passionate process the band’s sophomore Album was finally born and was named Super 90'. “It’s called Super 90' and for us it’s our way to celebrate an era we miss a lot – the 90’s. The cover artwork for Super 90' was made by Leo Natale and doesn’t need any explanation. “This album is clearly a mix of what we loved back in the days and what we have now.” – Philippe Charny says. By Joining the Arising Empire family in September 2018 KADINJA are set to hit a larger audience with the release of the upcoming album in Early 2019. KADINJA are: Philippe Charny Dewandre | vocals Pierre Danel | guitar Quentin Godet | guitar Steve Tréguier | bass Morgan Berthet | drums More info: www.facebook.com/kadinja www.instagram.com/kadinjaofficial
