Marvel's Ultimates Series Welcomes "Ultimate Wolverine"

Announced at the Marvel Comics: Next Big Thing panel at New York Comic Con 2024, Marvel Comics' Ultimates line will be getting a new ongoing series. Ultimate Wolverine will be written by Chris Condon and drawn by Alessandro Cappuccio.

"In order to maintain control of their corner of the Maker’s world, three members of his council – Magik, Colossus and Omega Red – deploy their most lethal asset: The Winter Soldier! But WHO is the weapon behind the mask?" (Marvel Comics)

Ultimate Wolverine #1 goes on sale on January 15, 2025. The debut issue sports a main cover by Alessandro Cappuccio and variant covers by Gleb Melnikov and Steve Skroce.

Readers can have a preview of Ultimate Wolverine in Ultimate Universe: One Year In #1, a special one-shot that will conclude Marvel's first year of the Ultimate Universe. The issue will include a prelude story for Ultimate Wolverine from Condon and Caapuccio.

Ultimate Universe: One Year In #1 goes on sale on December 11, 2024.
