obviously there’s a lot of imagery and symbolism regarding dazais clothes and especially his coat and the way he wears it but I’ll never get over how it falls as he runs to get to oda. the coat that stayed on his shoulders as he handsprings someone unconscious and throughout every other mafia plan — and it falls as he runs to hold his dying best friend?
