Currently addicted to mists nowadays... I love this trio from Luxe Organix Philippines @luxeorganixph. These are the Skin Mattifying, Rosewater Glow, and the Hydro Firming Mists. I particularly love the green one, Skin Mattifying, since it is an anti-pollution and anti-sebum mists. My face is defo on the oily side, and I try to use this every once in a while to try to lessen the shine, thanks to the tea tree extract. The blue one, Hydro Firming, is also a favorite, specially at night. I use it as a moisturizing spritz at night or before applying makeup. It has collagen and Hyaluronic acid that provides deep moisture and youth preserving properties. I am not fond of the pink one, Rosewater Glow, because of its rosewater scent, but I alternate it with the blue one at night. They say the witch hazel extract makes this perfect for sensitive skin. Lemongrass is a tropical, grassy plant used in cooking and herbal medicine. Extracted from the leaves and stalks of the lemongrass plant, the Lemongrass essential oil has a powerful, citrus scent. I was blessed to part of a great engagement and volunteering activity with my team last 11 Nov 2019. Amidst the hustle and bustle of 'add to carts' in shopping apps, Manila traffic and Holiday hoohaas, our team chose to give back and use our time to help in repacking relief supplies for DSWD at the National Resources Operations Center in Pasay. The NROC mainly houses the NRLMB or the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau, who is responsible in facilitating, receiving, warehousing, processing, producing/packing/repackaging, and releasing donated and procured food and non-food items including the Family Food Packs (FFPs) as allocated by the DReMB, and supervision and management of volunteers assisting in the National Resource Operations Center (NROC) and other production hubs that may be established during disaster relief operations. From the orientation, to the repacking of rice, banding coffee sachets, sorting canned goods, taping up boxes and assembling the actual relief packs, a lot of meticulous care and concern is involved to ensure affected families will receive suitable relief packs.
