୨୧ Chip and Zip would probably be attached by the hip, everywhere Zip goes Chip is right after her, following her like a little mosquito and Zip would make sure to know where Chip is at all times, she cant afford the mental sanity to lose him.

୨୧ I think Zip would have those baby strap (is that how its called?) that carries the baby on their chest so they wont have to occupy their hands, she mostly does this to keep track of him and to not lose him in that massive and dangerous school.

୨୧ Chip is the only exception to not be picked upon, Zip does not allow Oliver in any form or shape to bully or at least tease Chip because if he does, lets say things wont end well for Oliver.

୨୧ Zip would often use her little brother's height to her advantage to make him go to certain conversations for blackmail, oh! Is Claire having a suspicious conversation with her friends that is potential blackmail? there goes Chip!
