 32 years after their Rescue Rangers series ended, Chip has rebuilt his life as an insurance salesman and no longer has contact with the team. Especially not Dale! So when he receives a call from Monterey Jack, his quiet tidy life changes.

He finds himself embarked on an adventure far greater than any episode of Rescue Rangers. Then follows a race against time to save Dale from a dangerous stranger who attacks various Toons and Humans who obviously have no connection between them. In his quest, Chip will learn much more than he thought he knew about his friend and discover everything he did for one purpose: to become his best friend again!

32 ans après la fin de leur série Les Rangers du Risque, Tic a refait sa vie comme vendeur d'assurances et n'a plus de contact avec l'équipe. Surtout pas Tac! Alors quand il reçoit un appel de Jack le Costaud, sa vie tranquille bascule! 

Il se retrouve embarqué dans une aventure bien plus grande que n'importe quel épisode des Rangers du Risque. S'ensuit alors une course contre la montre pour sauver Tac d'un dangereux inconnu qui s'en prend à différents Toons et Humains qui n'ont visiblement aucun lien entre eux. Dans sa quête, Tic va en apprendre bien plus qu'il ne croyait savoir sur son ami et découvrir tout ce qu'il a fait dans un seul but: redevenir son meilleur ami!
