Monster au time bc I just wanna prattle.

I think Paeden being Frank would be roughly the same, but instead it's Willy and Barry basically bonding his soul with Paeden's ( a real actual 8 year old boy) so Paeden is essentially possessed and has weird quirks where he gets glimpses of memory + randomly acts really old/werewolf like ( bc I think Frank would be a werewolf too OFCCCC OKAAAAY)

The dads have a similar interaction as they did in episode 1, where they arrive in the world and are freaked out but trying to get their bearings. My idea was that Glenn comes across a hiker and is like " oh, hey human, what's u-" but they start SCREAMING and trying to get away bc.....big weird snake men aren't normal. So Glenn basically brings back a random person to the dads like " guys something is up. This isn't normal." Alternatively, maybe they run into hunters/a group of hikers that they have to fend off without hurting? Thinking thinking.

Also i think Henry realizing he was originally human ( or half-human?) would be the same big thing where he gets sucked into the forgotten realms and bird-ified but I wonder if it was bc Barry was a cult leader of sorts, but was trying to find a way to harness the magic of his bloodline? Doing magic experiments to transform people,,, something to do with enlightenment? Also need to think about it.

Glenn being half siren from Bill. I like that idea. Also kinda speaks to how Glenn isn't quite the rockstar his dad is.

I think it would be funny if a magic equivalent to fortnite ( probably called 4 Knights so the silly) existed in the forgotten realms so they have to rescue Grant from an actual esports tournament where he's CRUSHING it.

Would it be more funny if the Library was just a very unsettling guy who works at a library or THEE library from S1 and he just clawed his way into the world. Maybe the first option so we can have the Likely family also be a normal but unsettling humans who punk the dads.

Doug the Intern stays exactly the same. I cannot stress this enough. Maybe he's conjured or held hostage or something but he's literally EXACTLY the same.

Got myself thinking of the thing I said at the end of this post (tldr; Izumi would make a fine Demeter for a FMA Mythology AU) and honestly... A FMA mythology AU with the Elric brothers being in Heracles' shoes sounds really fun? Like them having to do 12 great tasks to atone for their failed human transmutation and the ramifications of it all the while getting into some other shenanigans in the meanwhile, I mean. I'm kinda surprised that I haven't actually come across something like that already, because it would be pretty easy to execute all things considered. Besides the obvious point of trying to make up for past misdeeds, there are some other things that Ed and Al are already familiar with, such as being forced to work for an disliked authority, step-parents issues and half-siblings issues - the only thing really missing here is Chimera, but Heracles does meet few of her siblings, cousin-once-removed and possibly mother along the way so that should make it up.

Also. During his 12th labor, Heracles just so happens to meet Theseus and Pirithous while in the Underworld. He knows at least who Theseus is, as the two of them went to meet the Amazons together and even left with some souvenirs (Hippolyta's girdle & Antiope) under their belts. Now why are Theseus and Pirithous in the Underworld? Because Persephone, that's why. It's a long, silly myth. Now I'm having a mental image of Ed and Al going to the Underworld, meeting trapped Ling and Russell, Ed annoyedly asking what the hell the two of them are doing in here, them trying to explain that they heard what happened to Izumi's son and are trying to help with Ed not buying it, Al saying that they should help them as they're friends and Ed reluctantly agreeing to his brother's wish all the while muttering passive-aggressively that he signed to get only one person out of here and now he has to help three instead.

dipper ( brown spotted deer centaur ) = the other pines twin that doesnt sprout magic flowers from their hooves . he can switch between quad and bipedal forms , typically mistaken for being a satyr once bipedal . he is fords apprentice and takes the same school as mabel does .

mabel ( snow coat deer centaur ) = the pines twin that has flowers grow from the ground her hooves walk on . everyone loves her because the flowers are always based on what shes thinking , its always sweet when shes happy ! mabel doesnt mind that dipper is fords apprentice , she appreciates that he wants to pursue science and magic ! she , herself , is actually stans right hand ! mabel helps him run a flower and mystery shop , theres a gift shop with a box full of random prizes .

stanford ( griffin with a lion head ) = the stan twin with two too many toes in his true form . he was made fun of for his wings and toes deformity in his early and late childhood , however , he pursued the weird and wonderful mysteries of interdimensional travel and whatever wacky science he could find . with the help of his old pal fiddleford , they decided to create a little pet project dedicated to finding a world similar to theirs . with the support of northwest industries and his fellow monster kind , he was able to accomplish just one of his dreams , to travel the universe .

stanley (chimera with lion base ) = stanley had heard about ford and fidds little pet project straight from fords lab partner himself . he had a really close connection with the two of them , although , fidds told him that he didnt have a good feeling about the portal . . . something about bi-pedal ? bicycle ? it was just something communicating from the other side . he wasnt sure what was happening but he plans on visiting stanford because fidds last message was unclear . stan was getting worried . fidds never mentioned where ford was . hell have to leave the shop to soos and have him take care of mabel this summer , hopefully dipper isnt in trouble either .

Lowkey been struggling on monster falls cause I can't decide what I want her to be, a selkie or a chimera (or maybe something else) so I'm leaving that one last (I'm also struggling on my personal monster headcanons too- I love gargoyle stan but he'd be so cool as a manticore or if the stan twins were a griffin and hippogriff, no clue for mcgucket also)

I'm honestly unaware of money gravity falls aus after those, I know about that handy man au with bill and then that one where he's a baby or something but that's it. feel free to suggest other aus cause I'm honestly at a stand still- I'm maybe even tempted to make a whole new au just to draw more shenanigans!

Isaac - Roughly 3.2m/10.4' -Unknown age (probably just a few months).

Isaac is an original machine character in this alternative universe.

Isaac is the loyal machine companion of the Sobeck family, serving as both a traveling and battle mount. The sisters unintentionally created him while trying to figure out a way to increase the machine override time. The process they applied in the -back then- simple Watcher rebooted their AI and programming back to its essential functions and disconnected them from their original master, HEPHAESTUS. Once he received his name from Beta, the three family members became his new masters, which he unthinkingly obey to.

Due to his blank AI, Isaac is developing his own sentience and personality by absorbing his masters’ traits and behaviors and learning their morals and concepts. He also downloaded all of the sisters’ Focuses’ data to have some initial communication and works as a backup, so he only knows what they know.

He can speak with anyone with a Focus through its text-to-speech function by sending text messages to them - thus, people who don’t have a Focus only hear his Watcher noises. He can still communicate with other machines normally, so he also works as an information gatherer to help in missions and studies.

Once a simple Watcher, now a super advanced mount and best friend of the Sobeck family.

Isaac's customizable body can adapt him to travel in any terrain, even underwater. He's able to reach high speeds at a low energy and heating cost - he's also lighter than it seems. His sleek, almost snake-ish, body shape makes maneuvering more dynamic for his rider.

His propulsors give him the ability to do long leaps and high jumps, helping the sisters get to places they wouldn't be able to reach by themselves. But a repetitive use of said skills in a short timespan can drain his energy and overheat him quickly.

Like his owners, he's not adept at using one single type of weapon. Isaac's tail ranged weapons and armor can be changed to better adapt to the situation. However, he hasn't developed efficient battle techniques yet, as he's still learning with the Sobecks. Note that his Sawtooth's sabers aren't intended to be used to fight but to climb and carry objects.

Melee Tail Weapons: Thunderjaw's tail, Stalker's tail blade, Stormbird's tail (also used to swim), Frostclaw's front paws.

Ranged Weapons: Thunderjaw's Disk Launcher, Ravager's Cannon, Scorcher's Mine Launcher, Bellowback's Snout.

Armors: Nora (stealth), Carja (speed), Oseran (tank), Banuk (damage), Old World (mixed).

Isaac is a mount adapted for two people: One is the rider, and the other is the cannoneer. He syncs with them through their Focuses, so his responses to their commands are more instantaneous. The rider directs Isaac where to go and when and how to use the tail weapon. Meanwhile, the cannoneer controls the ranged weapons and propulsors.

Only those who have a Focus can see his holographic face. The images shown are a collection of emojis the sisters found in Old World Ruins (which they update when they find more). His three "horns" also can move solemnly to make him more expressive.

Being composed of many different machine parts makes Isaac the first machine chimera to exist - still keeping the base shape of a Watcher, but huge. He was customized by the Sobecks little by little through the Cauldrons they visited on their first journey.

He can still stretch his neck like a Watcher can normally do.

His eye received enhancements to better aid the Sobecks in their daily life and journeys - such as infrared, thermic, and ultrasound visions.

He also has in his head a sound device to play audio files, such as music from the Old World, and a holoprojector.

This au was inevitable.

Also Bill would NOT be a troll in this AU.

The basic idea is that Bill is a Cherub that was born without a twin and through the complete isolation he faced, decided to dig up a SBURB session and play it, destroying his universe. He isn't able to complete it properly so he uses his powers as a Lord of Space to find another universe to create a way for him to hop into it and take over the session that would happen there. He disguises himself as a gold blood troll when he contacts a bronze blood named Ford, who had a mutation just like him.

Ford starts to construct not only a way for Bill to hop dimensions but also the game itself. It isn't until the game is complete that Ford realizes his mistake and tries to shut it all down. The game is started temporarily by Stan and Ford's fight, pulling Ford into a space between dimensions before the game is quickly paused. Canon typical stuff happens etc etc.

Here's the other notes: Stan and Ford are bronzebloods that came from the same egg and both have mutations that aren't blood color related, Fords is his extra fingers and Stan's isn't discovered until adulthood, where his eyes don't develop. Stan wears contacts occasionally but stopped as he got older. Their lusus is a chimera (lion, goat and snake). Stan's horn was broken at one point before the portal incident and he replaced it with a gold fixture. Mabel and Dipper are bronzebloods from the same 'family line' (exact hex code) and also came from the same egg. Their lusus is a two headed bear. Wendy- Rust Soos- Bronze (feels a kinship with the pines more bc of this) Gideon- cerulean blood EASY WHAT ELSE Pacifica- Violet blood that carries on ancestor legacy and pretends to be a fuchsia blood horns go north and west lol Fidds- Olive blood Candy- Teal Grenda- Indigo

Alright, so you can skip this if you wanna, but these are the two options + explanations for yukki: 1) grade 2 sorcerer, completely blind, uses cursed energy to sense sorcerers/spirits around him (there was a whole bit about isagi comparing him to toph, but him not knowing who that is) 2) grade 4 sorcerer, has perfect vision, but cannot see cursed spirits without the help of special glasses, and has no cursed energy (like maki) < this one might not work, because he’s not a twin, but ocs exist for a reason yk!!!

again, the second I started making this I knew 100% Shidou would be an antagonist. The only part that idk ab is the fact he’d willingly work with rin..

now, I don’t have a full plot in my head yet, but these are some pretty important facts that happen in this au (not in chronological order):

The Kyoto and Tokyo schools have an exchange event where the Kyoto students attempt to murder isagi, and the event is later crashed by curse users (rin’s group)

Shidou kills Kunigami (I’m sorry I’m sorry I love him but I had to)

Nanase is outed as a traitor/spy for rin (bros motto was ‘if you cant beat them, join them’)

with karasu’s help, hiori figures out how to do a domain expansion

Bachira (who has previously been fully devoted to rin, since he owed his life to him) meets isagi, and feels an instant bond with him, partially due to yorozu (who took the place of his ‘monster’ in this au) seeking out sukuna

isagi later convinced Bachira that he could reform, and join jujustu tech to live a happier life with him, and just as he’s about to accept, he’s killed by rin itoshi for betraying him. (Again, I’m sorry, but I had to. Think junpei itadori relationship. That’s what they are)

hiori (again, with karasu’s help) breaks away from his clan

I didnt wanna add any nel players bcuz then it’d get too complicated (otherwise Lorenzo would’ve been the perfect sorcerer killer, bc ‘ace eater’ and everything..)

but I do not have any teachers for the Kyoto branch bc of this, and I’m contemplating changing the story a lil bit to have the Kyoto students possibly join the Tokyo school because of their teachers dying or smth?? I’m honestly not sure. there are a couple things I wanna add, but haven’t figured out yet, like nagi betraying (but not really betraying) reo somehow, chigiri witnessing kunigami’s death and fighting Shidou, and Shidou somehow meeting sae (im a ryusae kinda guy at heart)

I was planning to try to draw smth from this au, but I’ve had absolutely 0 motivation to do art lately if I missed smth important or if you have any questions or recommendations plsplspls lmk 🙏🙏

First post on this whole new blog ! I decided to redesign Lionblaze for my Lionblaze is Scourge AU so that he is less "simple" !

For those who might be new : Lionblaze is Scourge AU is about Lionblaze being a "reincarnation" of Scourge, just like Cinderheart is a reincarnation of Cinderpelt. In this AU, Scourge started believing in Starclan after seeing Tigerstar die nine times; he would be sur Starclan does exist when Firestar comes back to life. Starclan would then give Scourge a "new chance" at entering Thunderclan, as Tiny was hurt by Tigerpaw who had the time disrespected the warrior code. That's the backstory !

Now for the actual story, Lionblaze doesn't know he is a reincarnation of Scourge. He is cheerful and kind most of the time. However, he is very scared of the current deputy, Brambleclaw, for reasons he can't explain (Brambleclaw isn't his adoptive father in this story, Shrewpaw/tail is and does know that the Three aren't his kits !). He sometimes feels uneasy around his grand-father Firestar. Since he is a kit, when he sleeps, Lionblaze often goes in a strange place he doesn't know, where the ground is granite, where monsters and twolegs are everywhere and where cats eat from big metalic boxes and cylinders. Lionblaze somehow feels home in this strange place, like he was used to it, and he does now a lot of the streets.

Sometimes, he feels like something is missing around his neck, but it feels great to not have it anymore.

Basically, the goal of this AU is mainly to give Lionblaze a story line that can go through all the books in Power of Three ! Lionblaze was one of my favorite characters because he had some great potential, but I feel like he never was exploited correctly by the Erins. He was just really boring in most of his chapters...

Oh, also for Lionblaze's design : Lionblaze isn't a calico, he is just a chimera :) He "absorbed" his twin in the womb and the only part left of said twin is the black and white paw !

Well, I present to you chimera or genetic chimerism. It is a very rare condition with at least 100 cases recorded throughout humanity.

Now with all this imagine the following.

Maddie did not stop working during the entire time she was pregnant with her children. With Jazz she was more careful about that, but with Danny she was more lenient in that regard.

That's why she never knew she was supposed to have twins and only Danny survived the entire gestation. (Well this is where chimerism comes into play)

Now imagine that souls begin to form or join their mortal body with the first beats of their heart. The simple fact of absorbing the brother who died is a way of maintaining the soul of the other brother.

So this would be more or less a Danny and Phantom are separate but familiar entities to each other.

I don't know how to handle this, it could have some good angst potential, it could be some comedy or something completely different. I don't know how it would fit in dcxdp either.

I was thinking this!! Well, not exactly this, but I was thinking that Danny was probably a twin but he ate the other in the womb, since he had children who were twins (Misty and Jackson).

Ooh, this gives an interesting view of Phantom and Danny when they separated and became their own living beings in that one episode. Especially since it can explain why their personalities were so different.

Ok, so, I randomly saw a post by @corvidonia about Falin!Hypnos.

So, I thought to myself, y'know I just started watching too and this seems like a fun mini-project so I started it. Then I subsequently got way too into it and accidently made a whole rendered scene and au concept... welp! It's here now!

For this little crossover Au whatever you wanna call it I did this main drawing but also came up with a bit of background stuff.

In this Meg would be a tall-man paladin in a sort of Chilchuck situation where she's mostly here because it's her job (and bonus, Dusa's here) and she'd be a paladin. Paladin might be an odd choice (?) but I felt it made sense due to her dedication and none of the other martial classes really stuck out to me like paladin.

Zagreus would be the party's Laios of sorts and a fighter tall-man, I imagine that the reason why they went through all the trouble for Hypnos is 50% Zagreus being friends with him and 49% Than not wanting his brother dead and 1% pity. I don't know if there would still be the culinary focus in this Au, probably not, so maybe instead it'd be more about just general monster knowledge. Like Zag and the gang filling out the codex?

Dusa would be a Half-foot, probably the farthest from their Dungeon Meshi inspo character, Senshi, only really sharing the fact that they came into the party late. I imagine that she's kind of in an "I'm the only monster around that has any sentience or emotion??" type situation though I don't really have a worked out reason why. She's also friends with Meg prior to joining and comes because of her.

I translated Thanatos and Hypnos' godhood into having a particular magical ability as elves, so they're elf twins. Than being a sorcerer rouge mostly for the vibes but also because sorcerer powers are innate to their being. Instead of a wand/staff I think he'd just use his scythe as a casting focus. I figure he'd be sort of like a mix of Chilchuck and Marcille, not bound to the party by a job but still kind of obligated to help Hypnos since they're family and all. I don't think he'd be thrilled about having to risk his life to save Hypnos from another screw up though, but he would and I do think he'd be relieved to have him back after the ordeal. (does Falin ever actually 100% come back? I've only watched the anime so idk actually, I like to think Hypnos would here though because I like my happy endings)

Hypnos is obviously the sort of Falin stand-in, but in a very different way I think. I do think he'd be a sort of magic prodigy like Falin but in more of an intuitive way compared to Than/Marcille's book smarts. I definitely think that the connection to the strange would remain but instead of ghosts it'd be personified dreams in the form of something like the Oneiroi. In this Au the starting incident with the monster would be the same but it'd probably be some sort of big bird/sheep to explain the bird/sheep design I went with for the Chimera design and it'd be Than in place of Laios. I also think that he'd be a cleric type situation like Falin sort of is, I like to think he'd excel at healing magic. I do kind of like the idea of Hypnos not being really encouraged to partake in adventuring due to his lack of physical ability but he'd go against that to spend time with Than and try to look out for him. As for Chimeros (As I've been calling it) I think it'd be accompanied by fog from Lethe rather than the harpies in the original and it'd have a similarly blank personality like Faligon (which'd be especially off-putting from him). Added angst potential, I figure his powerset would be very different from Faligon's and revolve around putting everyone to sleep (go figure) and memory erasure, so maybe the main party wouldn't even remember their first encounter with them?

I do actually have ideas for the remaining party, I'll keep it to one bullet though. I think Achille's would be a paladin/fighter or something like that and would be similar to Namari as a weapons expert, probably leaving for a different reason though maybe to join Pat's party? I don't have a particular idea for Shuro's stand-in, maybe switch the Shuro Falin romance thing to Charon Hypnos brotherhood thing and it could work? Idk though.

I did also make a full design for Hypnos as an elf/not Chimeros and here that is. The staff is inspired by actual myth where Hypnos sometimes has a wand dipped in Lethe to induce sleep.

Ramble over!! Congrats if you were able to push through my incessant yapping to actually get here. First Tumblr post btw, who would've thunk it'd be for this. If anyone is interested in using these designs or ideas for art/writing feel free, I'm probably not going to do anything else with this idea but if you want to I'd be very interested in seeing/hearing it!
