______________________________ #MajidMajidi #childrenofheaven ♦️Baba rolünde Mohammad Amir Naji, ♦️Ali’yi oynayan Amir Farrokh Hashemian, ♦️Zehra rolünde Bahare Seddiqi... ♦️♦️♦️♦️ #irancinema #iran #iranmovie #movies #theatre #video #movie #film #films #videos #actor #actress #cinema #dvd #amc #instamovies #star #moviestar #photooftheday #hollywood #goodmovie #instagood #flick #flicks #instaflick #instaflicks https://www.instagram.com/p/ByET-HVgCA-/?igshid=1nhal8w00ckwt

"It is the story of a brother and sister, just like that of Children of Heaven, with the difference being that the siblings are grown-ups and tackle greater conflicts, with the bustling city of Mumbai serving as the backdrop"---Majid Majidi . An year of #BeyondTheClouds ❤️ . Beyond the Clouds was by no means a great movie, but for those who've adored the ones like '#TheColourofParadise', '#TheSongofSparrows', '#Baran' and '#ChildrenOfHeaven', watching an Indian movie made by #MajidMajidi was some fanboy moments of beautiful proportions. He's a filmmaker who is known for handling complex emotions in the simplest of manners and most of his films brims with life and Beyond the Clouds was no different. #Amir and #Tara were grown up versions of #Ali and #Zahra, the kids from Children of Heaven who won our hearts with their astute determination to win for their sibling. Though not on the same light, the sibling's bond in BTC was a matured and touching one, amidst the backdrop of Mumbai slums. Some visually stunning long shots from #AnilMehta stood out, especially Amir's introduction scene with Rahman's beautiful background score with some evocative Tabla notes. And the scene where Amir dances in front of the kids through the shadows with #MukkalaMukkabla in the background was Rahman and Majidi at their very best. It did make me teary-eyed at places and the climax where Tara glances onto the skies laced with the 'Beyond the Clouds theme' made me love the movie all the more. #IshaanKhattar in his debut outing and #MalavikaMohanan were terrific enough to carry Majidi's vision on their shoulders. And #ArRahman as always left me awestruck with his score. How well he had used Nikhita Gandhi's voice in the Beyond the Clouds theme is something I'll cherish forever. Simply put, Beyond the Clouds was love for me then and will continue to be like that forever❤️. . . . #fanboyforlife #1yearofBeyondtheClouds #BTC #ishaankhatterfans #malavikamohanan #nikhitagandhi #bollywood #moviereview https://www.instagram.com/p/Bweyr_hHHkH/?igshid=wr2s50u74qtm

“Bazen kazanmak kaybetmektir..”
Children Of Heaven- Cennetin Çocukları
Herkes izlemeli bence 🙈

The Blessing Siblings
Children of Heaven is a drama Iranian movie on 1997 written and directed by Majid Majidi. It is a story of a family, a siblings the older brother is Ali a nine year old boy (Amir Farrokh Hashemian) and Zahra a nice and sweet girl. They lived in a poor state of living, they only rent their house.
At the start of the movie, Ali is at the shoemaker to repair his sister’s shoes.  After the shoemaker finished repairing the torned shoes Ali gone to the grocery store to get a food for their breakfast then Ali leave his stuffs outside of the grocery so his hand are free to get  the potatoes.  But then a junkman came and picked up Ali’s stuff outside knowing that those are garbage including the food and the shoes. Ali then stepped outside looking for them, and he got panicked thought that it fell down inside the wooden boxes full of fruits and veggies.
Ali gone home and trying not to let his sister know that he lost the shoes, he’s really afraid to he tell the truth.  Ali decided to find the shoe but promise Zahra not to tell to father because they knows it will get mad. Ali came back without the shoes so Zahra is upset because she has nothing to use when going to school.
This is the interesting part and also funny scene of the movie.  Ali is a wise boy, he can make decision on his own also for their sake not to get scolded by their father.  Ali knows that they have no money to get Zahra a new pair of shoes, also because of the financial they haven’t paid the landlord for the rent of the month or else they have to look for another place to stay.  I really like the part of the siblings writing on the notebook, they were whispering and its funny because Zahra sounds like cursing his brother because he lost her shoes.  Ali will lend his sneakers to Zahra as the answer of the problem.  Zahra goes to school every morning so she will use the sneakers first, so Ali is waiting for her sister to switch shoes every afternoon.

FILM BLOG: ‘CHILDREN OF HEAVEN’ RUN FOR YOUR SHOES
Children of Heaven tells of the story of a young boy named Ali (Amir Farrokh Hashemian) and his sister Zahra (Bahare Seddiqi) on their quest to find shoes. You heard me right, shoes.
While it may seem that the journey to get shoes would be simple, it doesn’t go as well as expected. As Ali was about to go home from the shoe repairman, he takes a quick visit to the grocer to buy some potatoes. He carelessly placed Zahra’s newly repaired shoes outside the shop premises. And as luck has it, the shoes got taken away by the garbage man. By the time Ali was done rummaging through the mini potatoes, the shoes outside were gone. Ali searched through the crates, but sadly, could not find it.
Ali went back home and apologized to his sister. To which little Zahra panicked on how she was going to go to school without them and especially on how their father would react. It was quite a problem as their family wasn’t very well-off, and couldn’t afford to buy them a new one. Ali then thought of a plan so that they could both go to school even with just one pair of sneakers – they were going to switch shoes directly after class.
So, the plan went to a start, with Zahra running back at their meetup point to pass on her brother’s beat-up shoes. And Ali taking back the shoes and running towards the school. Think of it as a baton pass marathon but with shoes. About most of the time in the film, you could see them running, something which has a very significant effect later on at the last parts of the film.
The brotherhood between the two is really touching. With Ali even joining his father find work with Zahra’s shoes in mind. And when his father asked him what he’d like when they were about to go home, he answered that he’d want his sister to have new shoes. Even as he went through the challenge, it was the thought of his little sister that got him going.
This film works universally sporting a story close to people even in different countries and even in their different languages. The very noticeable aspect of it was poverty, to which every country has and experiences. This was apparent with various parts of the film such as Ali and Zahra both having worn down shoes which they have to take care of as they couldn’t afford new ones. The shoes of the students in their school, to which some also has that beat-up look. And even with Ali, at a very young age, has to go to find work with his father.
The actors did a great job in the roles, with none of the young actors doing over-acting (which is kind of familiar in other films). And the small actions that Ali regularly does, which was drinking water in faucets, adds a small significant overlooked detail. I mean, just look at other films with the characters bursting full of energy without even having to take a break.
The film is really touching and delivers a very heart-warming message. You could really feel the brotherhood between the two, in challenges and in quirkiness. Complete with little sibling practices, especially in the scene wherein they write notes of their plans to each other to hide their secret from their father. It is also very realistic per se as they still fight, and also Ali’s ‘gifts’ for Zahra not to tell their dad, reminds me of what I’ve used to do as a kid with my bro. The small details of some parts of the film also struck hard, such as Ali seeing kids with very supportive parents and at the time he removed his very worn-down shoes to show his feet full of blisters. A definite watch for the family, especially when teaching kids to love and understand their siblings instead of bickering with them.

Cinderella in the Desert
Have you guys ever sacrificed something for someone? Well if you did, you’ll be able to relate to this movie with the title of “Children of Heaven”. The movie tackles the love of the boy to his sister where in he’s willing to sacrifice somethings for her. Now let me give you guys an over view of the movie. The movie was set somewhere in Iran, and it started where in a boy named Ali was making the cobbler fix his sister’s shoes. After that, he went to the market to grab some potatoes, he left the shoes outside of the stall while he picks for some potatoes, little did he know, a garbage man was collecting the garbage and her sister’s shoes was accidentally collected as well, and that where the journey of this poor brother and sister will start.
The lost of her sisters’s shoes made them force to share one pair of sneakers, her sister promised that she wont tell their parents if he promised as well that he will look for her shoes. Her sister will use his sneaker first, then after that she will run like hell so that she will be just on time to give it to his brother, this is their daily routine. The struggles was difficult where in there are instances that her sister wont be there on time and it will made him late for his class, and there’s this event where in the shoe fell into the gutter because it is to big for her sister that it went off while she’s running.
The movie will went on with the event where in her sister will spot her shoes in another girl’s foot, literally. She followed the girl up to where she lives, and when they come to retrieve her shoes, they were awestruck by the situation of the girls father. They pitied the girl so they just let her have the shoes.Later on the movie, ali will join a marathon where in the goal is not to win but to be on the third spot for the price is a pair of shoes, but ali accidentally got the first place and it leave him devastated that he wont be able to fulfill his promise to his sister. The movie’s end was open ended in a scene where in their father is buying them both a new pair of shoes.
You see, you don’t have to be rich to prove someone that they’re important, you just have to be someone who’s willing to give anything and do the best you can for them, and if you guys were awestruck by that story, you better watch the movie.
