One tangentially related anecdote is that this event being set in Nagasaki is what took for me to realize that the Hoenn games depict Isora's (or more famously Toyotamahime's) High Tide Jewel as the Blue Orb that awakens Kyogre and Low Tide Jewel as the Red Orb that awakens Groudon. Ken Sugimori is from Hakata, it's more likely that he grew up with Azumi no Isora version of the myth, even.

there's the one volume manga that's an adaptation of a drama CD. it's the core of their narrative, containing the furthest extent to which they have any sort of narrative. for the most part, tho, their existence is sort of scattered

there's also HibiChika Time, a 4koma spinoff manga that's much more slice of life and lighthearted in nature

beyond this, it's all one-off appearances here and there. they were in one of the Carnival Phantasm specials, they had a chapter in All Around TYPE-MOON, and they showed up most recently in Chibi Chuka. there might be a few other appearances, but this is what's available in english

So is there anywhere to actually experience Hibiki and Chikagi's story or have they just fallen into the ether?

Summary:
